I had a very pleasant stay at Ankara Royal Hotel. The staff were the best part of the stay due to them being consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience feel very welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the hotel has a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of variety and different hot dishes each day. Considering the service, cleanliness, comfort, location, and price, it offers very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ankara.

Staff are amazing and very helpful. They will do their best to accommodate your needs. Rooms are tidy and clean. Location is very close to bus stop, supermarkets and "hop" skooters. I came to the hotel 7 hours before my check-in time and they managed a room for me to crash in till check-in time! Breakfast buffet has room for improvement but the existing dishes are good enough. You will still be satisfied with the various things they offer. I would come again to this hotel.

It is unbelievable that this property is still being advertised and accepting reservations through Booking.com despite being closed for more than a month. We arrived late at night expecting to check in, only to find the hotel shut down. At midnight, we were left scrambling to find another place to stay. This is an outrageous situation that caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. Neither guests nor travellers should ever have to deal with something like this.
