Aldino Hotel & Spa

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The free transportation from the airport to the hotel was included with our accommodation, which was very convenient. We arrived a few hours before check-in, but the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, was kind enough to provide us with a room within an hour. He was very professional and fluent in English. At one point, I needed to print some documents, and he kindly did it for me without any extra charge. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with good access to many restaurants and cafés. Our room was small, but clean and cozy. However, the safety box was not working properly, and it took three days to get it fixed. Special thanks to Kayra, another receptionist who assisted us later for following up on the issue and making sure it was eventually fixed. There were also a few times when I could smell cigarette smoke coming through our window or I could hear the clattering of cutlery, which was a little unpleasant.(maby it was because of the location of my room) The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast had a good variety, and everything was delicious. I would especially like to mention Kayra. He was genuinely kind, responsible, and attentive throughout our stay. He was always willing to help and gave us very useful guidance and recommendations. I truly appreciated his kindness and the effort he put into helping us. He definitely made our stay more comfortable.

Perfect location, clean and convenient rooms with a very helpful staff. I will definately stay in this hotel in all my Ankara visit from now on.

During our stay at Aldino Hotel Ankara, one of the people who made our experience truly memorable was ARDA at the reception. From the very first days, ARDA was not only professional and helpful, but also genuinely kind and caring. He guided us with great patience about the best places to visit in Ankara, and his recommendations helped us enjoy the city much more. At one point, we needed several copies of important documents for my parents, and he kindly helped us at the hotel without asking for any extra charge. It may seem like a small gesture, but for us it meant a lot. What makes ARDA special is not only his excellent English and professional attitude, but the warmth in the way he communicates. Talking to him never felt like speaking to someone who was simply doing his job; it felt like speaking with a close friend or even a family member. He listened carefully, spoke with kindness, and always made us feel welcomed and respected. People like ARDA are the heart of hospitality. He represents Aldino Hotel Ankara in the best possible way, and I truly believe he has a very bright future ahead of him in this profession. We are sincerely grateful for his support, kindness, and the positive energy he gave us during our stay. Aldino Hotel was an amazing experience, the staff was very friendly and kind especially Arda sir, he was a fantastic guy and he speaks English very well. He helped us with the check-in he showed us the room and everything was 10/10. The room smelled fresh and super clean every time that we walked in the room it had the same freshness and cleanliness. I recommend it a lot. The location is on top, everything was near us you don't need to worry about anything. We had an amazing stay I strongly recommend. Thank you all!!
