It's a relax and many things to see trip. I highly recommend this small group tour outside of Amsterdam. The windmill, cheese & clog factory are good. Highlights was at Geithhoorn, cute cottage and the boat ride was great. Thumbs up to the tour guide.

Great day trip for a sampling of the scheduled sights, and we lucked out with no rain and no crowds. Our guide, Reinier, was awesome - very informative both in the van and on site, quite attentive, and a great sense of humor!

The villages are good overall. Kai is a nice guide. Only one thing: he texted one time while driving.

My friend and I had an amazing experience with Reinier as my guide; he was kind, friendly, and informative! Countryside and boat ride were so beautiful and fun.

A little disappointing that for a 3 hour round trip drive to Geithorn we were only told a handful of facts for a total span of 10 min. I had to ask basic questions like how many windmills are there, were there etc. I was looking up interesting historical info on my phone. The listing is also quite deceiving, it lists private tours of cheese and wooden shoe making but they were not private. It lists Geithorn as being 4 hours but we were there 3 total, one hour on boat which our tour guide spent most of the time complaining about other tourists in front of us not knowing how to drive the boats. 1 more hour spent eating lunch. 1 hour left to explore which if you include walk back time is more like 40 min. FYI Tickets inside the windmill are extra & we barely had time to do that before rushing back to leave Zannse Schans. All in all decent route for tour but NOT a good TOUR GUIDE at all.

Simon is a fabulous tour guide. He is so knowledgeable about Dutch history and relayed interesting facts about windmills and dykes. He drove the canal boat in Giethoorn perfectly as we laughed with other people on the canals. It was a great itinerary and a great day. Thanks Simon!

Eric was our driver and guide and we were so happy with him. He was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He knew my friend and I needed seats and without asking made sure to move in and save some for us. He took our purchases back to the van so we didn't lug them around all day. Eric was the best!!!!

We had an amazing day outside Amsterdam! Our tour guide Reinier was so efficient, friendly, and accommodating . He got us to our wonderful locations safely with a lot of history in between. Our stops were charming! We loved the windmills, cheese factory, clog demonstration, and finally the beautiful canals of Giethoorn.

The guide who conducted the tour was Leidse. He made this trip a very memorable one. He was very informative and engaged with all tour members. He was punctual in pick up and drop and while showing the areas in Zanse Chaans as well as geethorn.

This is a wonderful tour. The two places visited are beautiful and the guides are great. It is definitely worth the money for an all day tour plus hotel pick up and being in a small group is so nice.

He said hello to each of us asking where we were from and connected with each of us personally with things he knew about where we came from.., and he knew a lot!!!! The tour was beautiful , despite the weather, and Leidse just added sunshine to the group because of his terrific personality! He connected with each of us personally but melded us together as a group… The tour was excellent… thanks to him!!!!!

Although the weather wasn't great, the tour guide was extremely attentive to everyone's needs, making the trip very enjoyable. The itinerary was well-paced—I highly recommend joining this tour!

Our tour has been an absolute blast! The pick up and drop off are flexible. With just 7 of us in a group feels really intimate. The travel in a luxury car makes the journey super comfortable. Our tour guide filled us in with all history, fun facts and all necessary information! Very impressive !

Leidse was very personable. He remembered all of our small group names. He combined history, current culture and some of his personal story as we traveled. We felt very well cared for by him. We had a fantastic time. Great to see these parts of the Netherlands.

Eric was truly an amazing guide! He has so much knowledge about Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans, and Giethoorn, and I really enjoyed listening to all the interesting stories he shared about the places we visited. One of the highlights was definitely the boat ride in Giethoorn. Eric is a licensed boat captain, and his boat driving was fantastic! The boat ride became one of my favorite memories from my entire trip to the Netherlands. I was traveling with my 5-year-old son, and I also really appreciated how kind and thoughtful Eric was with him throughout the tour. I would absolutely love to meet Eric again if I visit the Netherlands in the future. He was truly the best guide we could have asked for. Thank you so much, Eric, for making our trip so memorable!

The group has 8 people in a full van but was comfortable enough during the ride. Leidse was an awesome tour guide. He was attentive and take care of us very well. He shared many information about the sites and Netherlands during the car ride and on the boat tour. He always offer to take pictures for us during the boat cruise and different landmarks. He will contact us when we were lost and gave us good directions to get back to the van. The whole day trip was very nice and he is also very funny. Overall one of the best tour we had and would recommend it to others.

We did this trip with 6 others. The highlight was the canals and boat ride at Giethoorn. Leidse was our guide and driver. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable, funny, and he made the trip really interesting. Would strongly recommend this trip with Leidse.

Reinier was our guide and he was very friendly and helpful! We were picked up at our hotel so transportation was hassle free. He was very knowledgeable about the destinations and even gave us recommendations around the city!

He pointed out the best spots for food and places to visit during our free time. He was very respectful,attentive of our group needs and engaged with ALL of us. We had an absolutely wonderful day with our tour guide, Leidse! He went above and beyond to make our experience special from start to finish. He took us to all the best spots for photos and was always happy to take pictures of us so we could capture the memories together. He even drove the boat for our group’s tour in Giethoorn, which made that part of the day so much fun! What really stood out was how thoughtful and personable he was-he remembered all of our names, made us feel comfortable right away, and even carried some of my souvenirs in his backpack when my hands were full. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to the Netherlands! The tour itself was worth it, we liked the windmills, had a chance to go in one and had enough free time to explore.
