Rom started us off with Gouda and Stropwaffel liqueur & it just got better😋 Walked thru Haarlem & Jordaan & learned some history of the area. Very tasty & enjoyed by all!
Vik was our guide and he was super funny and relatable. Our group was small, of just only four total, and including him. Made the tour feel very intimate. Perfect route of the city and locations were super cute. Loved the bar.
Vic was absolutely amazing and gave lots of insight on the city!
Matt was an excellent guide. We enjoyed the tour immensely
Our guide Matt was great. Answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the city. My frustration is with being mislead. We originally booked the top 6 tastes food tour for 2 hours. Was asked the day before to move the tour up 1 hour due to some places having “problems that need to close early”. Ok. No problem. Meet up with the tour to find out we are the only 2 on the tour that booked the 2 hr tour and we are with a 3 hr tour. At hour 2 we are told we can continue for an extra fee or leave then. Ok we leave, however this is where everyone is being mislead. We only went to 3 places for tastes - not 6 as advertised and we were supposed to end at the place where we started. The group that continued had only 1 more stop. I have done over 10 food tours in different countries. If you state: top 6/10 tastes, you expect 6/10 places to stop. This is why I was frustrated. The places we did go to were great. Just needed more places to feel it was worth the money
Lots of stops to try many different Dutch foods and drinks with very generous portions sizes! Matt was great and very knowledgeable!
This was a lot of great food and a lot of walking. Unlike other food tours the history doesn’t flow but if you asked then Julia would answer everything. She was knowledgeable and fun. More expensive than other tours but you do get lots of food.
We fully enjoyed our tour. The food was delicious, Bas was a very knowledgeable guide and was very caring for his clients.
Vicktor was very good. Very engaging and patient. Food choices were excellent. We really enjoyed the experience.
Skip was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Great personality!

Bas was a great tour guide! Relaxed 3hr walk around Amsterdam with a good mix of history, sights, food and drinks.
We enjoyed the tour. Had a lot of different foods and drinks, along with great explanations.
The guide was knowledgeable and fun, tour was lasting good time and the group was perfect (7-8 people). Recommended for sure. Thank you Skip!
Went on a walking food tour with Ron. He was very knowledgeable and told us lots about Amsterdam as we walked and he showed us some great places to eat and drink. Well done Ron, we had a lovely afternoon. Thank you very much young man!
We had a great day and Sam our guide was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job.
Great tour, Sam was a fantastic guide loved hearing his stories, and the food and drinks were great!
Julia was a great guide, who we had met earlier that same day at the Flagship Bike Rentals. We had a lot of fun walking the neighborhood and having delicious snacks and drinks.
Julia was very knowledgeable friendly. We would highly recommend this tour. Thank you
They canceled the day before by text with no details or contact info. Got phone call the day of
Great tour!! Bas was our tour guide and has extensive knowledge of the city. I learned a lot about the city history and the food in the area.Bas made sure each person was taken care of at each location. It was a great way to get a layout of the city as well. The staff at the Flagship bike center were very helpful in helping us book as well. Juliette was very nice and advised us on this tour and helped us book it. We also met Skip who was a nice guide as well.
Fair amount of walking. Great choices of food. Sam our guide was very good and encouraged us to try new foods.
It was fun. We found some places we never would have found on our one. I personaly liked the bars we went to. It would be interessting if we could her a few more facts around the city. But those we heard were interesting.
Julia was very knowledgeable about the food and the city. We’re were able to take our time and enjoy the aspects of the food and area
Julia was great and knowledgeable food guide. We tried lots of good variety of Dutch foods.
Love the tour with Julia, the food and the quality of care was amazing
best tour we had. Great food and drinks. Wonderful tour guide who gave us a great and interesting history lesson
This is maybe the best food walking tour I’ve been on. The meeting point was easy to find, the guide was excellent and the food was plentiful and high quality. Our guide,Julia was informative and great fun. One of the best guides I’ve experienced
Matt was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. He added personal touches and was able to answer any out of the norm questions. Would highly recommend to anyone. The food choices were subperb. Thank you Matt!
Our guide, Matt, made elevated this experience providing detailed history of the Amsterdam and the Netherlands as well as the food and culture. He was an excellent communicator with a great sense of humor answering all our questions. Be sure to ask for Matt as your guide!! Most highly recommended!!
This walking tour was amazing. The food was delicious. We saw all of the sites of the city. This is one you shouldn’t miss! And ask for MAtt he’s the greatest.
Matt was a great tour guide! He was informative and able to accommodate all ages. We had our 9 and 10 year olds with us and they were kept w entertained.
The WALKING tour was cancelled less than 24 hours before because "some of the restaurants would not be open". ( Isn't that something they should have investigated before creating the tour?) I was added to the afternoon BIKING food tour involuntary but I thought I'd be a good sport and try it, even though it had been 25+ years since I was last on a bike (and I told them this at the time.) Turns out some things don't qualify for the "just like riding a bike* cliche. I crashed twice within the first five minutes so no bikes for me. The guide had taken off with the other members of the tour and come back after 5-10 minutes to find out what happened to me. I was told they would call me the next day to rebook the walking tour but it's been five days and I still haven't heard anything them. They gave a free boat tour that afternoon to make it up on me (?) but that was NOT presented to me as a replacement for the walking tour, only as a bonus. I also had to cancel my unrelated tour the next day because I hurt my knee in the second crash and lost that money. The low rating is because they lied to the about the Walking tour.
Our tour guide Bas was excellent - very knowledgeable, attentive, patient and understanding. Great variety of food stops.
Our guide Inga was wonderful. She explained everything along the way. She also interacted with us all individually.
Skip was a great tour guide. I went as a solo traveller and he was very accommodating. Food tours are great ways to explore the city!
This was a great excursion to explore the city of Amsterdam and the food culture. Bas, the guide had plenty of information about the city and all the food stops and explanations of their origins. Baz was very informative and great fun to do the tour with. I would fully recommend this to her if you want to get some tasting of yummy food and drinks that you probably would not normally have.
Sebastian aka Boss tool us on an intimate walk through Amsterdam, hitting us along the way with plenty of local history and food. It was great, even the herring.
Bas was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and made the tour enjoyable for the two of us
Boss (Bas) was an excellent tour guide he explained all the sites clearly and he gave lots of information, he was funny and gave us a backstory on all the foods. You get a mixture of walking and food so it doesn’t make you feel like your walking forever and you get amazing views and loads of photo opportunities. You get a great serving of food from each spot, the food is freshly made so you get a amazing flavour from every dish.
Thank You Bas for a great tour, I absolutely can recommend.
Matt was amazing, were nice guide full of stories
Matt was really knowledgefull
Julia our guide was funny and engaging Great stops for food Easy walk. Amazing satay as well as delicious herring (in season)
This was a highlight-of-trip tour—thank you Matt! The food was all very tasty (even the scary herring was actually pretty good!), the trip a great mix of sweets and savouries with three Amsterdam-special drinks too. There was plenty of good food, well explained, and the walk kept it from feeling overwhelming. The mix of history and local life in the tour was both illuminating and personal (hi to your girlfriend—we feel like we know her—and the several locals we met and chatted with like friends—hi to the bike man!), led by a guide who really knows the history, but also clearly loves life in Amsterdam. A really great tour
Matt is a fantastic tour guide--very knowledgeable and funny. Great food! Outstanding food tour!
My Guide was Skip and he was amazing! Told us everything about this lovely city and showed us all the delicacys of Amsterdam. Would highly recommend this food tour.
Amazing! Our tour guide Skip was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the history around town as we walked around. Food was delicious! Great experience and highly recommend!
