Great service. We cleared customs early so expected to have to wait for the driver since it was 45 minutes before our scheduled pick up time. Driver was there with a sign with our name as they said they would be. I would give this company six stars if I could!

I cannot not say enough about this transport company that contracts with Viator. The owner was very thoughtful and kind - picked up my grandson and delivered him safely to the hotel in Amsterdam. My huge regret is I forgot to tell my grandson to tip the driver. This was my grandson’s very first trip to Europe and he was flying solo and he has no idea what to do. Airport transfer by Sam from Safar was superb! Although our flight was late, he was there at the arrival area with a visible sign. He was courteous and friendly. Our mode of transport was comfortable and spacious. He provided us with cold waters to hydrate us from our long flight from the United States. He is very pleasant and communicative giving us tips and highlights for our couple days in Rotterdam. Because we do not have a roaming mobile plan and are at the mercy of WiFi, Sam confirmed with us our pick up transfer on our return trip to the airport! We will definitely use services with Safar in the future when and if we ever return.
Sam came very punctually to pick us up, was very kind and gave us a very good service. The car was very comfortable and gave us some recommendations for our stay.

No communication from driver. No info about where to meet him at the airport which is huge and I had never been there before. Price was way too high for the service I received and I will never book this again. I would have been better off and probably paid less to just hail a taxi once I arrived. Thanks for nothing.
Sam was such an amazing host! He opened doors, he gathered our luggage and placed it in the car. He also showed up to the airport with a sign with my name on it! He was such courteous man, with a beautifully and clean vehicle. I would definitely use him again!!!! Plus he gave us a parting gift to remember the trip!!!!

Sam was there as we were getting our luggage. It is great to have someone waiting for you after a long overnight flight. We had two flights coming in and the second was later so he took the first group to the hotel and came back as the second groups was departing the luggage area. He was great. So helpful and we booked our transportation with Safar from our hotel to the pier to board the Viking cruise. Everything was like clockwork with Safar. Wonderful drivers, on time and very hospitable.

Our original trip was delayed 2 weeks, but Safar Limousine Service was not rattled (as we were!). They offered an immediate refund, with new contract and payment information sent, Our flight and consequently luggage were delayed. Jerry waited patiently, with no hesitation jumping into action upon our eventual arrival meeting place. Upon departure, some 2 weeks later, Sam was prompt, efficient and courteous, accommodating additional luggage.

Our driver was very professional. He met us at the meeting place in Shipol airport. Grabbed the two largest bags from the women in our group and led us to his clean van. He loaded all the luggage, provided mints and water for all then drove us to our hotel. He was friendly answering all our questions of the area and unloaded all the luggage by himself. The service couldn't have been any better. We will definitely use this service again.

Our driver Sam was friendly and extremely helpful! He provided transportation for us 4 different times during our stay. I absolutely recommend Safar to anyone needing transportation while in Amsterdam. Most communication is over WhatsApp, so if you don't have it, I'd recommend installing the app before traveling.
My original driver, Roy, made contact with me through WhatsApp when I was still in another country waiting for my flight. The communication of this company is stellar. Initially I was not too happy that he told me it was too difficult to wait for me in the arrivals hall and he wanted me to walk to the Departures hall and meet him there. I explained to him that I had heavy luggage with me (all up more than 40kgs) and this was not the plan and I did not want to have to walk through a busy airport with all my luggage to have to find my driver. He said it was because it would be a long way to the car. I said no and he politely agreed to meet me at the Arrivals Hall as planned and as it should be. Unfortunately my plane was late and I arrived an hour later. My driver had been reassigned. His name was Sam and he was brilliant. I am so glad I had this new driver! He made contact through WhatsApp as well and waited for me outside patiently. My bags took ages to get to the carousel so there was a long wait. Sam was very pleasant, very professional and friendly, and very well dressed. The car was a beautiful black Mercedes Benz Van, clean and comfortable. Sam was a great conversationalist and made some calls to ensure that my departure transfer was organised properly and he advised he would also be picking me up which I was very pleased about. Highly recommended and I will use the company again next time.

Ahmed provided an outstanding service taking us from the airport to our apartment. We were relocating from the US to the Netherlands for work, so there were quite a lot of luggages (4 checked ones and 4 carry-ons) and they were all quite heavy. Ahmed helped us with loading/unloading them. He was also very professional and friendly, trying to get us closer to our destination due to the road closure. In general, a five-star service!
