The itinerary is very good - a guided tour and enough free time - these 3 cities are small - this package is good value
It was a great experience. I personally liked Rotterdam from the three cities we visited. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and we were on time.
It was fantastic! Adrian our driver and Lucas our tour guide made our trip safe and fun. We visited THREE cities in one day and were able to have free time at each stop. We took many pictures and will have lovely stories to share with our family.
This is a great opportunity to see more of the Netherlands than just Amsterdam! Our tour guide was very informative and had great suggestions of things to see and do at each tour stop.
This was an excellent day trip. Seeing all three places was wonderful. It was nice to see more of The Netherlands!
bus was clean. Of note there was no phone charging ports on this bus. There was a prompt departure time. Celine the bus operator drove safely throughout the tour. A dissapointing feature of tour was the guide (Luka), some of the tour spots and time. Luka wasnt provided with a loud speaker device to communicate clearly to the groupm He also would not speak at whole group or wait for full group to arrive at a point to speak. I found Luka was not an enthusiastic tour guide or engaged to get to know the group. We were not provided with bathroom spots by Luka when we would stop at a location. I did inquire re bathroom stop and was not provided with helpful instruction. Our group was also not provided with the info regarding payment via credit card to use the bathroom. This is important as it is a new practice from my country. Luka did discuss watching for cyclists. During a group crossing at a designated crosswalk a cyclist hit a tour memeber. Luka didnt inquire if the person was ok or needed medical attention. Luka did not talk to the cyclist. Instead he using raised tone that told the group memeber that he said to watch for bikes and is aware its cyclist fault. In Rotterdam there was no real site explanation and not much that we were pointed out to see There could have been more developed and discussed further. The markethall i good place to eat with a lot of options of food and a few cute souivneer shops Delft pottery factory the mini tour provided by delft staff was informative and the store is lovely. Very cut short on giftshop to browse and purchase. Luka did not provide fun langauge or cultural facts. I would say the tour was a 2/5.Needs more information included re the sites, tour guides need to have a way to communicate to the group clearly (ie. headset for group members or speaker) and be patient for group members to arrive. Tour guides need to have a passion for the job and understand how to handle an accident or medical event.
Very nice experience. Coach was comfortable. The guide was good but could have done better. Free time was Ok.
Informative, beautiful area. Interesting to see the Peace palace and peace flame. The various residences and offices of the ambassadors of many countries.
Fun way to see a little about these three interesting cities! Highly recommend! Ad was our guide, very informative.
Where to meet, all are there bus tours that I have done I met at the bus. I followed instructions on GPS and it led me in circles around the train station. I didn’t see any instructions to go to the office so I was looking for the bus, I finally arrived at the office at 9:33 for a 9:30 tour i’ll need to find out the bus had already left. There was also another couple that had missed the bus too by three minutes.
Tour guide was very informative We were unlucky and got broken seats on the bus you were unable to lock the seat back so you were constantly holding the seat ahead of you and there was no room for your legs as the seat was stuck forward there were no other seats available the driver told us that they didn’t do the matenance just the driver Really sad to ride a total of 9+ hours holding your self The tour was good but also a lot jammed in
Great day trip to Rotterdam, The Hague and Delft. A glimpse of all three places and giving us facts and showing us things on the way was excellent. Ian spoke in Spanish to the travelers that did not speak English kudos to him for repeating everything twice.
Ian our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the content of our tour and of his country and history. This was on my list and he made it very enjoyable and special.
It was a perfect tour. Best guide. Nice AC bus. Guide knowledgeable. Recommended for everyone to go. Don't hesitate just book. 100% good tour.
They cover three cities, that’s a lot and is wonderful. But the walking tour in each city could be slightly more detailed. I wouldn’t mind slightly less free time if they could make the walking tour a bit more detailed.
Our guide Pieter and driver Florion are excellent but the trip not so much. Pieter is very knowledgeable and explained things really well. Great tour conductor. Enjoyed the town of Defth but Rotterdam was boring. We saw all the embassy’s in Hague from the bus, one building after another. 9 hrs is too long without anything interesting. Cubed houses are something to check out.
The excursion was well organised. Alex and Ian have been a wonderful team, professional and very responsible driving from Alex and informative and entertaining guidance from Ian. Highly recommended.
I really enjoyed this tour. It was just enough to give you a taste of each stop and make you want to plan a trip for a longer stay in each city. Our guide was wonderful. He kept us moving at a very relaxed pace. There was a guided tour in each city and then some free time. I would do it again if I had the chance.
We visited Amsterdam for the first time. We booked a bus tour to Rotterdam which had unique architecture, Delft had a pottery tour and The Hague which had multiple embassies. Our tour guide Pieter was very personable and filled with facts and guided us safely around the busy bike lanes . He made the tour worthwhile.
The small tour canceled us, we didn’t have time so had to go with bus. Tour guide was amazing but the tour didn’t have much stops so we didn’t get a chance to see several places.
Rotterdam was complete waste of time, Hague and Delft were nice. Guide was good and humorous. Bus was dirty
This is the first for me to do a negative rating. All previous tour that I did were fun and informative. However, this one felt like just a bus ride to different cities and not a tour. No information, no history, absolutely nothing was given during this bus ride. The bus would stop, the guide would just say go walk around, see you in an hour. What is where? were are we going? What are we seeing? Every city/ town in Europe is rich in history. This guide gave us none. I was looking forward to this tour because I already knew some of the history of these cities and was eager to learn more. It ended up being the biggest disappointment out of the whole vacation. A free tour of Amsterdam was 100 times more informative than this one that I paid for!!!!
There was a traffic accident from the hotel to the drop off point which was unforseen and unexpected. We had given plenty of time under normal conditions to attend the excursion. Because of the accident, we were an hour and a half late to arrive at the tour desk. We called ahead and let them know as well. They would not do anything to refund us Which given the circumstances, were out of our control
Very bad experience,I was being scam by the company. I was being scam and left in Strange city.I hate this event
Really very nice. Good transport, good bus driver and very nice tour guide (Luca) Very relaxing and good assistance from guides. Delft factory was amazing
Would have been ok with any other tour guide. He was insulting, officious, and talked way too much. Worst ever of many tours.
I would not recommend this tour or tour company (Tours and Tickets, T&T) to anyone who is not already familiar with the Netherlands, where everything is located and able to figure things out like a local. On the day of my trip, I pulled up Tripadvisor (where I booked through - no other information was provided directly by tours and tickets). I located the pickup point through Google Maps and headed to the spot. I asked around to ensure I was in the right spot and many other tour operators assured me this is where all the bus tours leave from. With this double assurance I felt comfortable, however when the time rolled around and there was no guide or individual around I became unsure. I called the overall office who told me I had to go to the ticket office, so I explained and asked if they could wait for me as I’d now be late with the mixup. I was informed they do not hold the bus ever, I’d have to ask the office. I found the phone number for the office online and tried calling but surprisingly the phone was DISCONNECTED, so I was unable to speak to someone leaving me feeling panicked. I ran to the ticket office and was informed that actually the tour also does NOT leave from the office itself, but we have to come to the office to learn which platform the bus leaves from, all before departure time. At this point the bus had left and I had to pay again to take the tour the next day. I wonder if this is a strategy to make more money off tourists. I was informed that this is an error on Tripadvisor part and they can only guarantee the information of pickup spot if you book directly with them. I took a look at the physical ticket provided for the next day and noticed the platform for the bus was also not written on that. The agent had to write the platform number, and he did so only once I asked. I would have had the same issue for the tour the next day. As someone not from the Netherlands, trip advisor/Viator provides myself assurance that the company exists in a foreign company. I have taken many trips and never have I had this situation. Tours & Tickets messed up start to end, refused to take accountability for their error, blaming Tripadvisor, while also disconnecting the phone so you cannot even reach the office in these situations! The next day I took the tour and the guide and driver were great. However the actual context of the tour was boring, would recommend skipping this one (or going with another tour company). I had another tour with Dutch trips during my stay and they were very organized - could be a reasonable alternative
Really really good Tour with Ad who was our guide. Full of great knowledge, history and right amount of walking. Comfy bus but nō wifi. Take your own water but there are plenty of stops. Walk around Hague was fabulous as was Rotterdam. Delft was special with the Factory visit. Relaxing tō be driven in Comfy Coach.
the trip is great..it covered a lot of stops in one day..our tour guide was great..very knowledgeable..funny and helpful.. the reason for the 4 stars was (and that's my personal opinion) because I would have rather stayed more at some stops than others.. but still I would definitely recommend it to her and would do it again
Great trip. Loved Delft factory. Lucas was a fantastic guide, great sense of humour and very informative.
Great overview of Hague. Rotterdam and Delft. Lukas guided us with excellent explanations of f sights.
Informative about area , easy way to see several areas and some country side, great tour guide comfortable bus
Gives you an idea of urban Netherlands and its history. The tour covers important land marks and well organised
was a very good experience but would have been better if the tour guide was provided a microphone so everybody can hear the guide well without shouting
In order to experience the entirety of the Netherlands, you’ve got to get out of Amsterdam and at least see the Hague, Rotterdam & Delft and if you love flowers as in (tulips) the countryside.
Terrible experience. Two languages in the same bus is unacceptable. The guide Pieter is facing OCD problems, please check him. He knows things but he is so stressed especially with timetable so we didnt like him. He was threatening us that if we are a minute late we will face the back lights of the bus. Not only these, he was asking for good reviews and at the end of the trip he was begging for tips outside the bus.
A full day of seeing the south of Holland. Our tour guide Ed gave us an incredible history lesson. We had plenty of opportunities to stroll on our own while not missing out on the lessons. The Hague Gave perspective of the news today, Rotterdam gave us funky, fun architecture and Delft gave us the beauty and awe of seeing the infamous pottery. The trip was well worth the money.
Great way to see three key sites in the Netherlands. Enough time at each stop and great narrative along the way
These were not guided tours. The three places were worth the visit but you were almost on your own. There was no audio equipment and it was impossible to hear the guide the few times he spoke. These were almost like drive by tours.
Over 80 people on the bus. Our guide is bi-lingual and sometimes it was difficult to understand what was said. Very informative.
Exactly what I figured it would be. Wish we could have spent more time in The Hague, but I knew we were trying to squeeze a lot into a day trip. Our guide, Alex, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I was on a tour to Rotterdam with Gours and tickets, with Alex ( Alejandro) as a guide. I enjoyed the tour very much, it was well planned and comfortable. I recommend this tour because you Ho in a bus and visit several different locations. It would be difficult to do it by yourself. There were explanations in several languages and we had opportunities to take pictures. I had a very nice day, and will take another tour if it fits with my schedule .
We enjoyed the quick stop in The Hague and Delft. However, Rotterdam did not have enough to see to spend two hours. I wish we had not stopped in Rotterdam and had more time in Delft. I do not recommend this tour.
We really enjoyed The Hague and Delft! We would have preferred to spend more time in these two cities rather than visiting Rotterdam. While Rotterdam is an important port city, it does not have much to offer other than a memorial commemorating the 1940 bombing of the town. Everything has been rebuilt to modern standards. We really did not see the point to that particular stop.
Some interesting experiences particularly Delft factory and opportunity to see Girl with a Pearl Earring but a lot of time was wasted at the end of the day when the opportunity to visit Delft itself offered very little as everything was closed. Rotterdam offered very little as well.
This was a large crowd tour but was ran very professionally. I particularly loved the delft tour. I could have used more time at the gift shop.
It takes all day. The stops a little short. The Delft porcelain factory was interesting. I would have liked to hear more history about the cities
It was an average kind of tour. Nothing that fantastic to talk about. All 3 places that we went were just very normal except for the cube houses. The transport was the only good thing along with the guide. By the time we reached Delft, most of the shops were closing.
Excellent tour, great value for all the stops made. Tour guide was very knowledgeable, I don’t recall his name but we took the tour on December 11, 2025. Highly recommend this tour!
