Driver was kind and courteous when handling my walker and he assisted me in getting in the van (too short and bad knee). I really appreciated his care both of our persons and our effects. The van was clean and neat and the driver was prompt upon getting our text. Sorry I did not get the name of the driver.

Driver was friendly, trip was fast and car was clean and comfy. But before then, things didn’t go as well as I’d like. First, when I reserved, TripAdvisor kept saying that details were missing but wouldn’t show which ones. I messaged the provider but they never replied in the 3 days between reserving and arriving. Second, when we landed at AMS their instructions said driver would text to set a pickup point, but that didn’t happen, I had to call them. Third, their instructions lacked the important detail that departures (where we were to meet) is upstairs from baggage claim. Adding that info would have been be very helpful and saved some wasted time for both us and the driver.

The driver was kind and courteous. He went above and beyond (more than an hour) waiting for us to get our luggage. And he provide lots of information about Amsterdam and its unique architecture. 5 stars aren't enough! Very happy with the service.

I booked this service because I had TripAdvisor rewards to use and I was not disappointed. The car arrived a few minutes earlier than agreed and waited patiently for us. He got us to the airport on time and without any additional worries.

Driver never showed up. Waited 45 minutes. Avoid this transportation service at all costs. Other companies do better

We arrived after a very long, almost 24 hours flying and followed the instructions on our booking which was that we would be met at the departure hall exit door after being contacted by our driver. I received no contact so tried messaging the number on our booking but no reply. My husband had to go outside to find another taxi driver who advised trying to ring the phone number on our booking. I was able to do this via Whatsapp and then everything went very smoothly from there. So just a heads up for anyone else who may have the same issue we had. The transfer from the airport went really well and exactly what we needed after a long flight and travelling with elderly parents.

Our driver walked around for five minutes near the pickup point without saying my name. Finally, I approached him myself to ask. He made no attempt to help us move our luggage to the vehicle, He was on the phone all during our drive, but he drove us safely to our hotel.

We booked a taxi transfer for 4 from airport to Doubletree hotel in Amsterdam. Service called us while in Customs & arranged pick up point. Driver was friendly, vehicle new & clean, & transfer was comfortable & efficient as expected.

Made this reservation for pickup at Schipol. There was nobody in the meeting area with any indication of our pickup. I called the phone number I had received on email and got no response.

Our flight was early and the driver wasn’t there. We waited in the cold with a 2 year old trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone at 7am. The driver did arrive, with the requested car seat and was very pleasant. The dispatcher finally e-mailed that he hoped we were happy with the service but our plane was early and the driver had another job before us. There’s a simple solution to that! Communication! We would have had our expectations set and waited inside.

Once the driver and I figured out a meeting spot outside the terminal it was very easy. The driver helped with luggage, was polite, asked if the vehicle was too hot or cold. Got the the hotel with no problem at all.

We thought the driver would be waiting for us at the customs arrivals. We would never have found our driver if it wasn’t for another driver from another company who assisted us. When we did get outside I just happened to go to a car where our driver was inside. We were very disappointed with the experience. We have another transfer in Rome and hope we don’t experience the same situation as it’s very difficult being in a foreign country not knowing where you are going

Sent text informing us to notify them when we got our luggage. We heard from the driver very promptly. He met us and helped with our luggage to the van. He was very friendly and gave us tips about the area.

We were expecting a driver to be at the airport to pick us up and bring us to our hotel, I had to call 2 different numbers to reach someone and it was very frustrating.

I did have to call and figure out where our driver was, but once we connected, the driver loaded our luggage, and it was a great experience. The driver was a good driver. We had a great conversation. We felt safe, and enjoyed the ride. We have this company booked for another ride in a few days, and I'm looking forward to another positive experience.

When we got there, I got a notice saying the driver could not reach me by phone. I was nervous, but I was able to text through Trip Advisor, and it was no big deal. The driver picked us up within a couple of minutes and delivered us safely to our hotel. I would definitely use this service again.

Pluses are picked up on time at our accommodation. Van was comfortable and clean. Driver polite and helped load suitcase & lightweight wheelchair. The one negative..asked to be dropped at terminal 2, but was taken to terminal 3. Felt he couldn't be bothered because it was busy. The terminals are connected, and no big deal if I was on my own, but I was traveling with my 93 year old mother, who has difficulty walking distance. I had to navigate both her and our luggage through the crowds between terminals.

Our pickup at Amsterdam airport was very disappointing. There was no clear direction as to where to meet our driver and when we arrived at the meeting point that was provided on the reservation our driver was nowhere to be found. After phoning customer support we were given a completely different pickup location in a different terminal, not the terminal we arrived in. At the time of booking we provided all of our flight information and the app stated that the flight information would be monitored for any delays or changes. I do not understand why then, if our flight information was monitored, our driver was at a completely different terminal. Following a long walk to the new pickup location that was texted to me, again no driver was present. Following an additional phone call I found out that our driver was outside the terminal mixed in with a line of vehicles and I had to find the correct license plate number to find our driver. None of this information was provided at the time of booking or on the app when we arrived in Amsterdam. Now our driver and the car was nice and the driver apologized for the confusion about the pickup location, but stated he was only given our name and that we were ready to be picked up at the airport. Or drive also did a great job navigating the Kings Day celebration to get us to our hotel. There needs to be better communication as to exactly where the pickup location is at the airport. Travel is stressful enough and to have to navigate through an airport that we had never been in and having to figure out where we needed to go to meet our driver only increased the stress. This was our experience and it was not good. Hopefully the information about airport pickup location will improve in the future and others will not have all the difficulties we had.

Transfer to rotterdam from airport and back. Uncharge for Rotterdam was a little disappointing. We arrived on time.

We felt the driver was professional and gave us a pointers while taking us to our hotel. The driver was on time and handled everything to our satisfaction.

Once we connected, the driver, vehicle, and trip in were fine. The protocol we were given said report to a desk which turned out to be a third party service. From there, we were given vague instructions to return to the main entrance on another level and look for the driver. There needs to be better communication here.

Never showed. We messaged them to confirm the night before and they never answered. Then we called in the morning and they told us where to meet, and that a driver would reach out. No one ever showed up or called us. Then when we tried to call back they didn’t answer. Kind of an issue for a prearranged taxi service.

Finding the pick up location was a little challenging because we weren't familiar with Schiphol. Needed to call the driver and get directions out of the airport and to the pick up area. Driver needed a sign with the traveler name. I had to rely on make, model, and license plate for the car. Travel to the hotel was great! Driver
