The proposal itself couldn't have gone better; everything that was initially planned went without a hitch and as exactly as described. Overall, it was a magical evening that we will never forget. I booked this romantic boat tour as a surprise for my wife, and Joe took excellent care of us. His boat was the most elegant one in Amsterdam, perfectly prepared for our special evening. I ordered a few Polaroid pictures, and Joe made sure we stopped at the most picturesque locations. I highly recommend booking this tour at sunset for an unforgettable experience!

I recently traveled to Amsterdam with my partner for a week-long visit. The plan was to propose to him during our stay and I was looking for a creative and memorable way to do it. I came across the website for Romantic Tour Amsterdam and decided to make a booking! I am very glad that I did! The booking process was very easy - I filled out an online form on their website with some basic information. They got back to me the next day to confirm the time and to ask some follow-up questions. They were very accommodating of requests I made, including a different type of flowers that my partner would like. The trip itself was excellent - our guide/skipper was Dirk who was very friendly, informative, and encouraging during our special moment. At a private location on the canal, he played the song I had requested and the proposal took place (with a lot of tears all around)! We continued to tour around Amsterdam for another hour or so after that. I am also grateful that as a same-sex couple, we felt totally welcomed and supported throughout the process and especially during the tour. If I had to do this over I would DEFINITELY do this again! A truly memorable and special experience.

The perfect way to enjoy the canals of Amsterdam. We did a 90-minute tour and would recommend anyone to do the same. Guide was polite and adapted the tour to our liking. We also enjoyed bubbles and snacks that were provided onboard. The silence of the electric engine was a solid plus.

Wonderful views, host, stories, and snacks provided. The rain put a small damper on our view with the rain cover -- but happy the boat had the cover to keep us nice and dry. A quick tour, so if you're tight on time this is a great choice. We especially enjoyed not sharing the ride with strangers--although it did put a little pressure on us. The two of us typically don't do much PDA, but with the romantic theme of these cruise we kind of felt like it was expected of us which was a little awkward.

Rocco was totally great to work with long distance and made me feel that we would be in good hands. As they didn't typically offer an evening ride on the night I wanted. Rocco arranged to have a new skipper take us out for the 2 hour tour. Dirk was exceptional and really went out of his way to make our trip memorable. It was the highlight or our visit to Amsterdam! I highly recommend this tour company.

I used this tour to propose to my girlfriend (now fiancee) and Rocco was amazing in helping me set everything up all throughout the proposal journey and preplanning. We decided to come up with a story and also organise a photographer (who was also in on the story) which worked amazingly well too. The tour was amazing and Paap, who was deputising for Rocco made both of us feel comfortable and the amazing stories he shared about Amsterdam were very informative and cool, also a special mention to the photpgrpaher Mirte who was also amazing and very good at her job, her passion is second to none and the photograph's she shared were stunning and ones to cherish.

I used this opportunity to propose to my girlfriend (now fiancee) and Rocco was exceptional in helping me set everything up - from setting up a cue for me to propose to coming up with a story to organising a photographer (who was also in on the story!). The package I chose included a platter of food and wine + prosecco and Rocco also took some amazing pictures both on my phone and polaroid. Everything went to plan perfectly and smoothly. The tour guide itself was lovely and the ride was smooth. The boat has electronically heated seats but there are blankets available too. This was the happiest day of my life and I would highly recommend this package (or any as I'm sure they would be great too) to anyone!

The boat is very cozy, the ride beautiful and the little delicacies delicious. Communication is excellent with Rocco regarding the organization, it is very nice and kind. We had Valentijn as a guide, he made this moment unique and wonderful. She is a very beautiful person, an encounter that warms the heart. This excursion on the canals when the lights come on is to be experienced. In addition, we learn cool anecdotes about this pretty city! I really recommend this experience, you can go there with your eyes closed with Rocco and Valentijn.
