We had a great day today with Facundo our guide, he was very kind and we loved how he explained everything and how attentive he was to the group's needs. Both he and the driver Fati were very nice and helped us with everything, and both always had a smile. It was a very beautiful experience but they made it special. I will recommend it to my friends. We have not been able to make the excursion today 17/08. The bus has not been presented at the meeting point (Aloha bowling alley). More than 20 people have left us without a field trip. They don't pick up phones or explain, just a virtual assistant who doesn't give any answers. It seems the bus left from another point and we weren't told. Without excursion, we've lost money and no response from anyone. Unfortunate. It's a scam.

Excellent tour, very good explanations from the guide, Roterdam is a beautiful city and with a unique architecture, I think more time in it would be worth it, although they will not visit The Hague
We did 3 tours both the free tour, The Hague and Rotterdam plus Bruges, we loved the three, our guide in the last two was Facundo, he is a very friendly boy and we made the trip pleasant, he knows many interesting anecdotes, a greeting Facundo if you are reading me we are the 3 girls of Ceuta.
We had a great time on this excursion. We were 4 people and on the tour we were only 5 people so we did the tour alone with Blas and everything great. He is very friendly and likes his work. That's rating!

Our guide was Facundo. It is very fun and attentive. It transmits a lot of information in a very pleasant and simple way. He is a great professional (and very good photographer lol). The excursion is 8 hours but we flew by: it is very well organized, you see the key points of both cities and what is not possible to see for lack of time they teach you by coach ride. We were thinking of doing the excursion on our own but in the end we decided to do it with chameleontours. Definitely very good choice! Worth it!

Very friendly people, tried to solve all the unforeseen that arose to us, the rooms, sheets and towels well cleaned, tea and coffee 24 hours. Good location, restaurants, and transportation very close, it is done almost everything on foot for those who like to walk.
