The company obviously knew there were 8 of us being picked up at the airport with luggage! They picked us up in a mini van. We had enough seats for everyone but the luggage was another story. None of the luggage would fit behind the back seats accept backpacks. There was luggage crammed in around us anywhere it would fit and we all ended up holding luggage! It looked like a clown car!
Our driver did a great job. We had issues getting in contact with him, but that was our problem, not his.
I did not receive any communication from the driver until it was to late so me and my party had to make other arrangements.

We booked this company three different times during our stay in Amsterdam. They have excellent communication skills , send text messages in advance confirming their arrival time and as well advising you on their arrival. They met us at the arrivals at the airport with a sign with our name and delivered us to our hotel. Picked us up at our hotel and took us to the Rijksmuseum. The last was a transfer from our hotel to the Cruise Dock Terminal. I would highly recommend this company.

Worked as advertised. The pickup company was in touch with me starting the night before and everything went perfectly. We just didn't want to have to deal with dragging luggage to the train, figuring out the schedule and tickets, then boarding the train, finding the right terminal, etc. This reservation made everything easy. Pickup at the front door and drop off right were we needed to be at the airport.

Take a taxi. It will be a lot quicker and less stressful. We spent 30 minutes looking for our driver after exiting baggage claim. Poor communication. I’m not sure he ever left his car. We finally get to our Hôtel exhausted and he drops us off on a corner and doesn’t help with our bags.
Didi was great. We received perfect communication of where to go to meet him. He was extremely informative about things happening locally that he gladly shared. Our flight arrived early and we got through customs super quickly, so we had a short wait, but he kept communicating with us and got to us as quickly as he could. Everything was great!

Faruk provided transfer service to Schiphol from Amsterdam City Center on our departure date and service was excellent. Our driver maintained contact with us prior to pickup so we were ready for him when he arrived. Quickly loaded our luggage and off we went to AMS airport. On that particular day, there was a electrical power fire that stopped all train traffic to and from the airport so there was an above normal amount of traffic to the airport. Our driver knew exactly where he needed to drive to avert most of the traffic, including some unusual and not very evident routes that got us to the airport a lot quicker. He was a joy to talk to along the way as we shared stories of each of our families.
