It is not what travelers need to know it is the company that pucks us up needs to be aware that going thru passport control takes time. You cannot jump off the plane and be ready for the driver in 60 minutes with the multiple delays and what appears to be staffing shortages by government officials tasked with looking at passports. With current conditions the company 60 minute wait time from arrival time is unrealistic.

Called number given on WhatsApp after retrieving our luggage. Instructions on where to meet were easy to follow. Driver called me as I was approaching designated door. He waved to me as I was on the phone with him. Driver took care of our bags and promptly took us to our hotel in Amsterdam.

Driver met us at the airport and kept in contact. No issues other than navigating through the airport to get to the pickup point. Not the driver's fault as he tried to help us but we struggled trying to get our bags as their baggage delivery was fairly messed up. Communication was poor. Couldn't find driver. We had been honest and said we had 12 pieces of luggage when we booked several weeks before. Then, we were told upon arrival that amount of luggage might not fit and we would have to get 2 vans at additional charge. We had a last minute change to the pick up time from an Amsterdam hotel to Schiphol. The driver showed with a passenger sedan, not the van confirmed. The owner of the company immediately sent us a full refund and apology. Very good service and though we were not able to proceed with their transfer, this is exceptional service. I have owned a small tour company in Italy for over 25 years and understand these things happen. Professionally taken care of. Highly recommend the service.
