Conny, Our guide was so informative and set an excellent pace to catch your breath, lots of stops for photos and and short talks. Definitely recommend the e-bike as it made the trip much more relaxing.

We had a great time with Greg as our guide. He was very chatty and made us laugh in addition to showing us around. A gentle pace and got us safely through the crazy cycle traffic. This was a fantastic e-bile tour! The meeting location was convenient from our cruise ship. Our tour guide, Simon, was excellent. He was friendly and had high energy. He did a great job showing us around and telling us interesting facts about the city. I would highly recommend taking this tour, and if you can, ask for Simon as your guide.

Great overview of the city. Connie was nice, answered all our questions. She’d ask us where we wanted to go, which given we are tourists we didn’t know. She said that makes it tougher for her?!? Kind of odd as we are counting on her to know where to take us. Again nice lady and knows her stuff.

Very good tour around Amsterdam! Saw some nice neighborhoods outside central tourist area. Highly recommend. Do not recommend for smaller children as bike traffic is quite dangerous!

It was really great, and Connie was very knowledgeable. She encouraged questions and asked for personal wishes at the start, so that she could make it a more personal tour. She stopped twice during the tour so that we could see these 'special' places. What spoilt it a bit was that some participants struggled to cycle, and Connie tried to offer them the chance to cancel if they felt unsafe. However, the husbands of both couples declined. Sadly, both ladies of the couples fell at least once off the bike. Connie also provided some hints on where and what to eat if we are looking for a good place. She enquired about if anyone wants to look at a museum and then she was able to provide some great hints on how to visit it. (Thanks for the hints at the Rijksmuseum.)

We absolutely loved this tour with Simon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and covered a lot of ground, not only on the e-bikes but through the history and cultural aspects of the city. Would absolutely recommend this tour and Simon as your guide. Loved this!

Just a great way to learn about Amsterdam and get some fresh air and sunshine. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and our guide Stephane was the best. He made sure we were all always accounted for and safe on the paths. Took lots of breaks to tell us about the city and take photos. Just really fun!!

We really enjoyed our bike riding tour around the city. We got to see a lot of major areas before starting all the travel for the week. Sierra was a fantastic guide. She knew a lot about Amsterdam and made each stop educational in a fun way.

It was a wonderful way to see the city and sights of Amsterdam. I went Sunday morning (which I think was the best day) as it wasn’t too crowded. Obviously, it rained, but it had its moments it let up. I booked an e-bike, but I’d suggest you make sure you are actually on an e-bike and confirm multiple times if that’s what you are booking.

Guide Conny is a gem! She kept the group moving and has so many great stories and insights for each pause during the ride. A unique way to tour the city but as many have said, cycling in the city center is not for the faint of heart.. I had booked an e-bike tour (I ride one at home) and I was the only ebike rider, so I was a bit surprised by this and thought maybe it would have been a tour further out; but the bike was great and responsive so I was glad I had an e-bike, although I don’t think it others felt at a disadvantage, except on the few uphill turns and quick starts ;)…. I’m Boomer aged so I loved it. Have already recommended this tour to a friend. Thanks for a fun day Conny!

We had a great tour of Amsterdam by Rissa. She was knowledgeable and very sweet. We learned a lot and took several photos.

This was the highlight of my trip to Amsterdam. They made the tour super easy to follow, kept the interactions extremely insightful & interesting. My tour guide was sofiya and she went a step further and helped with local recommendations. I recommend you do this tour in the beginning of your trip so you get the lay of the land and can plan the rest of your days accordingly. Highly recommend this tour!

Sierra was an excellent tour guide for our city highlights and hidden gems tour. She was interactive, knowledgeable and made sure we were safe and relaxed! Most importantly, she made sure we had a lot of fun!! 🤩

Rapha was an excellent guide. We had a large group of varying abilities, and not a single rider was left behind. His passion for the history of Amsterdam was evident in his presentation during the ride.

Nice way to get to know the city. Simon our guide had good knowledge and was entertaining. Took care of the group with varied skills of cycling. The bike itself was a different story, it needed some maintenance, also the assistance from the battery was barely there for first 2 hours and 15 minutes, for the last 15 minutes, the settings were changed....annoying

If you do this tour make sure to request Rafa. While I am sure the other guides are great, Rafa was amazing! His way to walk us through the history of Amsterdam allowed us to gain a whole new appreciation of the city.

Conny was our guide. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She took us to a number of places but also asked before we started if there was anywhere we wanted to go and made sure she fit it in the tour

A very good experience and Valerie is an excellent guide. We took the tour with our grandparents and three grandchldre, and we all really wnjoyed it.

Loved the tour, it was amazing biking throughout the city and at the same time having cultural insights about the locations we were passing through, Rafa is an awesome tour guide and explained everything really well. Doing it with an e-bike was definitely easier than with a regular bike.

This bike trip was so much fun and informative at the same time! I want to give a Shout Out to RAFA–who was our tour guide and he was phenomenal!!! Highly recommended this trip if you’re in Amsterdam bc you get to cover a lot of its rich history while enjoying the sightseeing.

The Dutch are pretty aggressive with their biking culture. So, a biking tour is a great way, not only to see the city, but to feel more comfortable on the bike than if on your own. We saw great locations around the city, got amazing information and explanations from our guide and thoroughly enjoyed the trip!

This was the highlight of our weekend. We were led by the wonderful Shakira. Her knowledge, energy and humour made her the perfect host. She quickly struck up a very pleasant rapport with the group and addressed us all by our first names. She led us very ably through the city, sharing her passion for Amsterdam life. Doing this on our first morning in the city helped us get our bearings for areas to visit later in the weekend. We couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough!

Tour of Amsterdam was amazing! Our tour guide, Shanika was wonderful. So friendly and took us all over. Great explanations and very patient riding through the crazy streets of Amsterdam. Would highly recommend. Even better if you get Shanika as your guide. 😊

Fantastic way to spend the morning! I had an overnight layover, so not a lot of time to see the city. I had asked a friend of mine, he used to live in Amsterdam, what he would recommend, and he said “There’s nothing like riding a bike in Amsterdam.” Turns out, he was right. Couldn’t imagine a better way to see the sights or a more fun experience. Our tour guide, Vicki, was knowledgeable and kept our flock together (not an easy task!) I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a few hours of fun.

We had the most great experience on this bike tour, all around the City. Our guide was so knowledgeable, and gave us great insight into the history. We chose to use e-bikes whilst some of the others on the tour used standard bikes, which didn't make any difference to us. This is our second time doing a bike tour across Amsterdam City and by far the best one. Highly recommend.

What an amazing way to see True Amsterdam. Our tour guide Gus a fellow Canadian was top top top!!! I was a little intimated by the traffic and bikes and he just made things so easy! Kind friendly and incredibly knowledgeable! It is clear he loves his beautiful city!

We had a horrible experience! Our guide would cross busy streets and wouldn't wait for everyone to cross. He would just keep going and wouldn't even look back to make sure everyone was following. There were several times when we thought for sure we were going to lose the group. The worst part was when he crossed the street right before the lights turned red and my daughter tried to keep up with him. A car hit her and he was more concerned about the bike than our daughter. Horrible experience!

Great tour. Saw lots of things including one of the windmills on the outskirts. Dodged traffic, cars and pedestrians ! Felt relatively safe but maybe that’s because I stuck close to Connie our guide 😀😂. About 14 on the tour and that was plenty. We didn’t lose anyone

Conny was a delightful tour guide, covered significant ground, and great knowledge of the city. She was very kind to those needing a little more help in a fast paced cycle community. I’ve been to the city before, but was able to see additional areas I had not been exposed to. Very good tour.

Threatened to call the police while on the phone asking for a refund. We are seniors told to not join by the guide as the bike was roo heavy and would slow down the group. Talold we could go in and get a refund, only to find they pushed us to call in for a refund and then subsequently denied as their policy does not permit it. Shame on you Catherine! Your staff convinced us to not go and now you threatened us! And worse, you use the statement that they are not staff that work for you. Hiding behind contractors in an effort to take the money from visitors.

This bike tour was fantastic! Rinse truly added to the enjoyment he was attentive, polite and courteous. Also very informative and easy to listen to. I’d highly recommend this as an activity when visiting the Netherlands 🇳🇱. Thank you Rinse and Mike’s tours.

We arrived 10 minutes late and missed our tour, but were allowed to still ride the bikes on our own for 2 hours. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The owner was very rude, telling us it was our own f’ing problem and very rude when we tried to pay. I would not use them again.

This was a fabulous cycle into the country side. Our guide was very knowledgeable and aware of our surroundings, I felt safe and enjoy the beautiful environment that we cycled through.

Great way to see Amsterdam! Nice e-bikes were provided. We opted to use helmets. Our guide, “Floppy” was fantastic. Excellent Amsterdam site info was given with her answering all questions presented. She was very safety conscious, as navigating the streets and swarms of bicyclists could be challenging. When my bike got a flat tire, a new bike was brought to the group promptly, with minimal disruption. After 3 days of walking the city, the e-bikes were very enjoyable.
