Amsterdam The Original Pizza Cruise With Unlimited Drinks

We Loved everything about this tour, the pizza was great and the unlimited drinks were awesome I would recommend this tour 👍🏻💖👌

I am a frequent traveler and visitor to Europe and Amstersam. I have done same tour many a times in the past. But this time I was totally unsatified. 1. The meeting point mentioned Damrak 22 , and even after extensive search we could come upto # 21 or 23 and the Pier where we are supposed to check in, there is no mention of # 22. 2. They served drinks nicely and frequently but did not serve the Ice cream, which is usually there. During all my last tours ( may be 4 - 5 times), We were always served a nice Ice cream. 3. The Pizza was not as good as it used to be. It was medium sized ( down grade from a full size) , very dry and no taste at all. There was no name of the company which cooked this Pizza. It was in an unmarked brown box and looked like a poor quality work from the begining. Presentation does matter. We saw that most of the people left atleast 25-50% of the pizza served, which was already half the size that it used to be. I felt a cost of approx 40 €, we deserved a better pizza. I think they really to improve.

It was casual , fun and perfect. Definitely recommend it. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful views

Lovely tour of the canals, nice wine and delicious pizza! Great way to spend an hour and a half and see a bit of Amsterdam from the water.

It was a great way to end the trip! The pizza was decent and our servers and captain were fantastic. I wish I could remember the main servers name because she also gave us information on the canal was super funny. Great way to see the canals at a great price.

Very enjoyable, pizza very good. Commentator was very entertaining. Wine service was plentiful and staff were very pleasant

Great value for money. A relaxing way to spend a couple of hours- drinking, eating and sightseeing!! What’s not to like?

We had a lovely time. We got sat with another couple who were wonderful. We had a lovely tome chatting. Eating wonderful pizza and having some beers. Would recommend!

Fun ride and great pizza, at least the Hawaiian pizza was. It is an enclosed boat so it was a little warm and loud. Overall a good time. Fun to see all the house boats along the canal.

This cruise did not include any guided information. All we did was just sit in the boat and eat pizza. We had no idea what we were sailing by they need to include that in this package

Unable to make it due to traffic. Messaged and called. Office was closed. Got there 10 mins late and no o e there to help. Would like a refund.

We did this cruise on a very hot August evening. Check in and boarding was easy. They scanned the QR, asked what pizzas we wanted and showed us aboard. We waited until sailing for drink service and by then everyone was very hot and thirsty. The two servers had difficulty keep up with requests for water and beer and wine. We stopped to pick up the pizzas after about 30 minutes. The pizza was good. The captain gave a few comments on the sights but most of the time he was quiet. It was an enjoyable dinner on the canals. Would recommend but maybe bring your own water if it is super hot out.

This was a very informative cruise with drinks and docking side pizza pickup. Would highly recommend this cruise to all

Really lovely tour of Amsterdam. Captain was fun and Whilemina was an amazing host keeping our drinks topped up and giving the tour. Boat was clean and comfortable. You need to be flexible to get on the toilet but it was perfect for us. Pizza was warm and tasty. Recommend.

It was great doing a canal cruise and getting to see Amsterdam that way. The workers were very friendly. The pizza was good. This was a lovely way to spend an evening in Amsterdam

The location of the boat was not well explained so we went the day before to check it out and glad we did. The pizza was mediocre. The beer and wine kept flowing which surprised me because others said they had maybe two drinks because the service was slow. What was so disappointing was that there was NO commentary from the captain. Came around to ask us how we’re doing one time but otherwise we had no idea where we were cruising.

Very professional tour and both ladies were very good whilst serving the drinks and a whole pizza each! We won't need to eat for the rest of the week! Great skippering by the trainee captain! Only comment but not a complaint would be a bit more of the history on route. But overly no complaints. Thanks Skipper and trainee skipper! and ladies for a great cruise

Highly recommended experience - lovely captain and crew, with specific sights being called out such as notable buildings or historical notes. Felt like a long cruise covering a lot of the canals and open waterways. The pizza was very good quality with a choice of five on offer and drinks are refilled on demand. My family (including older teens 18 and 16) loved it. Perfect length as well. Don’t miss it! The cost overall with dinner and the cruise was fair i thought

For a first timer to the city of Amsterdam this was a lot of fun and a great canal cruise. So relaxing and I would definitely recommend this to all. I would do this one again.

We had book the tour and with the hot temperatures when we arrived they said they weren’t doing them because the boat had a glass roof and we would cook with the heat. Regardless of this our money was deducted the day before. When we asked for a refund as it was $264 Aus they said to try and do it online when we objected they gave us their email address. Here’s hoping it gets refund. It was deducted no problem I don’t see why they couldn’t refund our credit card there and then. TripAdvisor is probably to blame as it was booked with them and being aware of Europe’s temperature at the moment they should have left it to pay on arrival. NOT HAPPY

This pizza canal cruise says unlimited drinks. Unfortunately the 2 servers were sooooo slow. We got only 2 drinks!!! Also the cruise mentions 90 min. The captain ended the cruise 20 minutes early. They said they had another cruise to prepare for!!!!!

Fun way to see the city and staff was great! Good pizza and wine and beer. We met some nice people from all over as well.

We were on board 25 minutes before being offered a drink. Asked for a drink 5 mins before cruise ended - told no longer serving. Two drinks, not quite the unlimited we were sold! Pizza okay, views not great as we were in an inside table in a covered barge. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

I went with my daughter and everything ran very smoothly. Staff were brilliant always making sure you had a drink. The pizza was fresh and the views are amazing.

We had a really lovely experience - all the crew were really friendly and great hosts. We were only in Amsterdam for a short stay, so was great to see the city by boat.

Captain and crew were very pleasant. Captain was funny and knowledgeable. We learned quite a bit of Dutch history.

It was a Good tour, the Guide was knowledgeable. The staff well turned out and attentive without being intrusive. Pizza was about as good as a frozen pizza, but we weren’t there for the food as much as the sights and beer. There are plenty of places to eat near where the ship docks.

A smooth 90 minute cruise around the canals, humorous commentary from the pilot and really pleasant service from the smiling waitresses on board. Free flowing drinks too … Only slight room for improvement would be a better instruction for where to meet the cruise. TOP TIP: sit facing the pilot for the best position to see the sights!

Good informative trip. Beverages good, and pizza ok. Wish trip would have been a half hour longer with some trips down canals in residential areas.

If I could give a zero I would! We purchased 4 Canal Cruise tickets for Amsterdam The Original Pizza cruise with unlimited drinks in April 2026. We got the confirmation and tickets. When we got to the pier and tried to check in they did not have tickets/reservation for us. We were told Stromma Nederland has had several problems with Viator transactions. We were not the first. . The cruise was full, we were unable to board. Still working on a refund!

I already was a few times in Amsterdam, but this was the first time that I did that atraction. I really liked and recomended. Even in rainy days, the boot has glas roof. We saw some important places in Amsterdam.

Nice boat tour with pizzas. The service was ok and fast. Viator should, however, communicate the meeting point (correct pier) better.

I was trying to get there on time .I missed it by a few minutes. I was lost and try to call them and no response.. I can't get my money back.

My mom and I had a great time. Our tour guide was great and knowledgeable. The pizza was good. We had great weather, so that helped as well.

Me and my partner went on this boat cruise for our anniversary. We really enjoyed it and would do it again.

Pizza was freshly made and delivered to the boat after about 40 minutes, you glass is never left empty with the waiting staff continually back and forth to the tables and the guide was both informative and funny. Best part of our short trip

Brilliant trip and service. They made sure drinks were kept topped up and you weren't left empty. They also gave you some interesting facts when sailing around. The only downside was the pizzas were not hot and literally just about to go cold when we got them. I dread to think how they cope on a full boat. I understand they want to give everyone the pizzas at the same time but I would have much preferred they just made them and dished them out asap after they were ready. Even if it meant eating at a slightly different pace than the rest of the party. Compliments to the team on board though. For the price I would recommend.

Amazing trip pizza was lovely drinks and service was outstanding couldn't recommend this enough we'll definitely be doing it again.. The only one thing I would suggest if you like dip with your pizza take your own as this is the only thing you don't get in the service. Everything else perfect

Even though kids are allowed on this tour, I wish I had not taken mine with me. Maybe it was my naivety, or just bad luck but as it was unlimited drinks there were a couple of parties had clearly 'pre gamed' before getting on and then proceeded to act out and made my 14 year old very nervous and pretty much ruined it for her and I. One group was sat by the toilet and every time someone went they banged the door repeatedly and shouted and held it closed when the occupant was trying to leave etc. Staff did their best but it was 3 against many. Pizza was great and when I could get the staffs attention (they were busy trying to handle the louder groups) drinks were good too, but because they were occupied it was hard to get their attention. They were clearly trying and kudos to them but overall this wasn't the best experience for us and did not live up to expectations.
