The driver texted 20 minutes before pick-up time and asked if we are ready. I told him that we'll be ready in about 10 minutes. He was very friendly. We were 6 adults and the van had enough room for our suitcases as well. Highly recommend this service.

they dont bother to conatct client even 1 day before transfer nor they share driver no and asked for prefere timings for transfers. they themselves confirm time and not agree to lsten clientrequest, very very bad experience

They never communicated what time pick up from the hotel would be. The airline suggested 4 hours ahead of flight time. When I called they told me they thought 3 was more than adequate. Called a cab and got to the airport in a Mercedes at the time KLM suggested and for less than half the price these people charged me
On time. In fact, the driver was 15 to 20 minutes early. Our diver did all of the heavy lifting and he was very polite and professional.
The transfer to the airport was effective but allow 4 hours to get through all the checks at the airport. There were 6 queues to wait through. So allow the 4 hours they recommend.

We received advice the day before travel that we needed to be at the airport aN hour earlier so I contacted the operator who confirmed. When 10mins after pickup time there was no sign of the car we had our hotel ring them for us. I explained the situation and was placed on hold for sometime while they contacted the driver. I was cut off and the hotel arranged a taxi. While waiting, the concierge ran out with his phone, saying the driver wanted to speak with me. He apologised and said he had not been advised of the time change and would be there in 8mins. In order to save “25 minutes” he dropped us off at the Sheraton Airport hotel and told us to enter across the road and take the lift up to departures. We had 4 bags between 2 women and the simple instructions turned out to be inadequate. It took us some time to find out where to go and the whole thing was a bit of a frantic rush in the end. Not a good experience.

A complete scam! They dictate a pickup time based on flight departure (2 hrs before an international flight) and do not allow you to change it. They do not respond to email or phone messages, so no choice but to call it close or no refund. A Total FRAUD
Driver was friendly and on time. He was very helpful and the vehicle was very clean. Would diffently use this service again. I was worried they would be late or not show up at all but everytime they showed up and show up on time.
The company quickly accommodated our request the day before for an earlier pick-up time from the hotel as we expected longer than usual crowds at the airport. The driver arrived on time. He helped with the luggage. He was friendly and just the right amount of conversation. It was everything I expect in a transfer.

This tour operator was unresponsive and provided incorrect contact information to Viator. We wanted to be picked up a mere 30 minutes earlier than they emailed and we could not get in touch nor could Viator. We emailed, called and constantly messaged to no reply. I have requested a refund as they did not show up at the time i wanted and we had to call a cab
Our transfer from the hotel to the Amsterdam airport was way better than the transfer from the airport to the hotel. The driver was way nicer than the first driver we had. We got to the airport with more than enough time for our check in and the driver was at the hotel on time as well.

I had a very good experience with that company. We paid Canadian dollars from here about 35$.they were on time and much cheaper than taxi from there which was almost 50 Euro.
Nice car, nice taxi ride. Confusion about pick-up time. Very difficult to communicate with company. No phone number given for while in Amsterdam or local number. 3 different pick-up times discussed. Last one said 6:30 for a 10:30 flight. The cab ride was only 20 min. So we sit at airport for 3 and a half hours?
The driver unfriendly and rude. Its an unfortunate coincidence that we had him just before. He was driving recklessly since he is rushing for another appointment. We were stunned to know this coz why did he even took us if he has prior appointment. Nevertheless, he was our shuttle driver to airport. Since the van couldnt stop in front of the hotel, he just waited for us in the van. We had to cross over the road with several luggage while guiding my elder parents. To add, since we didnt know that he has arrived, we were waiting for him at the lobby. Not even 10 minutes waiting for us, he actually took another passerby / passenger. After knowing we were his client, he actually request the passerby to step out of the van. We were utterly speechless with the overall service of this driver.
Driver was professional. However, time of pick up was not correct and difficult to contact someone for assistance. Viator should make it easier to reach someone especially when in a foreign country.
