I don’t know they charge for unlimited drink but didn’t serve anything. Asked to take by yourself but nothing was introduced. Better to go with without drink.

Itinerary
The itinerary is a little different for each departure location. Each itinerary has its own charm! Please contact our support team for more information on this.
Nestled within the historic confines of the Prinsengracht, this iconic house served as the refuge for Anne Frank and her family during the tumultuous years of World War II.
The Westerkerk (English: Western Church) is a Reformed church within Dutch Protestant church in central Amsterdam, Netherlands. It lies in the most western part of the Grachtengordel neighborhood (Centrum borough), next to the Jordaan, between the Prinsengracht and Keizersgracht.
The Royal Theatre Carré (Dutch: Koninklijk Theater Carré) is a Neo-Renaissance theatre in Amsterdam, located near the river Amstel. When the theatre was founded in 1887, it was originally meant as a permanent circus building. Currently, it is mainly used for musicals, cabaret performances and pop concerts.
The most common theory on the origin of the name is as a derivation of the French word jardin, meaning garden: most streets and canals in the Jordaan are named after trees and flowers. Another theory is that the Prinsengracht canal was once nicknamed Jordaan (the Dutch name for the river Jordan), and that the neighbourhood beyond the canal came to be called this as well. Our Flagship canal tour will stard and end here in the Jordaan
The Amstel is the biggest canal of all and Amsterdam was founded from this canal which was originally a river. Fisherman builded a "dam" and called is Amstel're'dam.
Dutch National Opera (DNO; formerly De Nederlandse Opera, now De Nationale Opera in Dutch) is a Dutch opera company based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Its present home base is the Dutch National Opera & Ballet housed in the Stopera building, a modern building designed by Cees Dam and Wilhelm Holzbauer which opened in 1986.
One of Amsterdam’s many bridges is the beautiful Magere Brug, known to English speakers at the Skinny Bridge. This wooden drawbridge was once so narrow that it was hard for two pedestrians to pass each other. To cope with increasing traffic on the Amstel, a wider bridge replaced the narrow original in 1871.
Since most canals in Amsterdam make a curve, seeing through so many bridges at once is very rare!
The Munttoren, also called De Munt, is officially called Regulierstoren and used to be part of the Regulierspoort. This city gate was one of the three main gates of the medieval fortifications of Amsterdam. The gate was named after the Reguliersklooster (1394-1532). This monastery stood at the height of the later Keizersgracht outside the Regulierspoort.
The three main canals (Herengracht, Prinsengracht and Keizersgracht), dug in the 17th century during the Dutch Golden Age, form concentric belts around the city, known as the Grachtengordel. Alongside the main canals are 1550 monumental buildings. The 17th-century canal ring area, including the Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht, Herengracht and Jordaan, were listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010, contributing to Amsterdam's fame as the "Venice of the North"
The Rijksmuseum was founded in The Hague in 1800 and moved to Amsterdam in 1808, where it was first located in the Royal Palace and later in the Trippenhuis. The current main building was designed by Pierre Cuypers and first opened in 1885.On 13 April 2013, after a ten-year renovation which cost € 375 million, the main building was reopened by Queen Beatrix. In 2013 and 2014, it was the most visited museum in the Netherlands with record numbers of 2.2 million and 2.47 million visitors. It is also the largest art museum in the country. Our boats will sail along the Prinsengracht with a view on the Rijksmuseum The museum has on display 8,000 objects of art and history, from their total collection of 1 million objects from the years 1200–2000, among which are some masterpieces by Rembrandt, Frans Hals, and Johannes Vermeer. The museum also has a small Asian collection, which is on display in the Asian pavilion.[3]

If it autumn or winter months..prepare for the cold temperature. Howwvwr ot was really nice with cold breeze blowing in your face. Open air boat is still better
Kevin was an amazing guide and made the trip worth it! Knowledgeable about the area with lots of fun facts and made it lively with jokes. Nirnan was a wonderful captain and drove the boat seamlessly for a very smooth ride. The "bites" fell short of expectations, but overall I give this 5 stars. The hour flew by!
If youre searching for which cruise to take… STOP! This is the one to book! Excellent guide who gives some history & laughs, beautiful boat (saw some covered boats w windows as well), and the amount of people on board is low. Fair price. Just PERFECT!
Very fun and beautiful ride through the canals. I would recommend though the 2 drink package instead of unlimited.
Ethan and his colleague were very knowledgeable and entertaining in their recounting of the history of various landmarks on the trip. The cheeseboard and wine were very much enjoyed also My only disappointment was that it was a little too short …..Ideally I would have liked to have been aboard for 90-120 mins
Great stories about the canals and general Amsterdam history, with absolutely beautiful views. Highly recommend!
A beautiful decorated boat with flowers - open top but that adds to the fun atmosphere. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to buy at fair prices. A great guide and captain . A very friendly boat. It rained but umbrellas were provided so not a problem .
Captain Sophie and tour guide Sophie did an excellent job. Tour guide Sophie was impressively knowledgeable and witty. She kept all entertained and everyone’s drinks full.
really great experience Frank had a great dry dutch sense of humour and was so knowledgeable. As a Brit had to get money's worth from the booze and was well worh it
Make sure you book the enclosed boat. It rains more than it doesn’t in Amsterdam. Unlimited drinks = cheap beer and wine. Unlimited snacks are a box of crackers and some cheese. The narrators were funny, but set you expectations correctly. It’s more Giligan’s Island than Below Deck.
Meant to leave a review when I initially went but I toured with Anass and Bo! Definitely one of the biggest highlights from my trip to the Netherlands! Would absolutely reccomend!
Frank could speak a little louder The gold brace isn’t really unlimited on drinks which is disappointing Other than that love the atmosphere and caring of frank
Beautiful cruise! Frank was very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome.
We did this on a whim and it was very fun, informative and enjoyable Both our boat driver and guide were great!! The option of a drink was nice
Love how knowledgeable frank is! It’s my second time with Flagship with family this time and still love it
Open boat. Great if weather is good. Guide was very knowledgeable and length of tour was just right.
Really fun experience! Got some great pictures and drank some wine. Highly recommend!
A lot of information about Amsterdam. A lot history in a humorous way, I had a cold drink. I did give a tip
The "bites" are a container of small pretzels and some nuts -- not unlimited, not good. The drinks are unlimited, but the selection is not great. We had to use plastic garbage bags to cover the seats. Fun crew members / tour guides, doing their best in trying conditions.
Great tour of some of Amsterdam's gorgeous canals! The staff, Michael & Thomas, were delightful and offered their local flavor to the experience.
We really enjoyed this cruise. The instructions for the location were not accurate as you have to cross the canal. The entry point is not right outside the station. While we enjoyed the concept of unlimited drinks and snack, the drink choices were fine (very limited) but thr snack was a small container of pretzels and crackers. Not sure it's worth the extra money. Our guides were awesome! Engaging, funny, kind, and attentive. They gave us a lot of history intertwined with some humorous stories.
Loved everything about the tour!
Boat Captain was great! Very informative and was a beautiful way to see part of the city.
It's a very comfortable and fun experience. The tour allows you to explore the canals and the city from a comfortable cruise while having a relaxed time. If you're looking to learn and have a lot of historical data, is not the ideal choice, it's more about having a good time around the city. The drinks and snacks are good for what you pay. Definitely a good option for going around without getting tired, socialize and have a good time.
Perfect tour on Flagboat ship with Frank. Very interesting, cool and funny
We book the drink and snack option. Most of the drinks were out by the time of our tour and they did not restock. We had to go in search for our own cups too. They did not have enough blankets for even half of the people on the boat and it got cold and started to rain so blankets would have been appreciated. The tour itself was ok. Learned a bit but nothing spectacular. Will not use this company again.
A fantastic way to see the city. The boats are, in my opinion, the best looking with flowers around the edges. Competitively priced and a lovely way to sit back and relax and watch Amsterdam go by. Pep, our boat driver and tour guide, was really personable, funny, and full of great facts and information as we went round. This tour was a great addition to our long weekend stay!
First of all, we would like to say that Kevin was a fantastic host who maintained professionalism and humour despite some individuals with urinary urgency who had the 4D experience of the Amsterdam canals. The sights were interesting, such as Nimbus the cat, and the architectural history of the buildings that we perused. Kevin had good knowledge, humour and drinks were regularly offered out to those of us with gold wristbands.
A little difficult to find initially but the tour guide was so fun and the snacks and wine were worth it to upgrade with the price.
Fun times! The guide (Stern?) was funny, informative, and kept the drinks flowing. For those who plan to cruise on an autumn evenings, do bring a coat it can get chilly. Have a great time.
Awesome informative but fun tour. Luciana was an awesome guide. Great facts about Amsterdam. Would recommend.
Jorge M & Frank we’re amazing! Very nice, funny and enriching! Loved it
Francis & Fons were amazing! Amazing history!
It was excellent . Our tour guide Ruben was outstanding funny and very entertaining. Love the information giving in the tour. Only wish I didn't have paid for unlimited drinks if I had to make them myself.
Francis & Fons were great thank you
What an awesome experience! Even with the rain. Great history/facts shared. Guide was AWESOME TO THE CORE!
Great day out lucky with the group size made the trip more intimate and interesting! Great value for money, living in Amsterdam and still learnt a lot. Getting caught in the hail made it all the more memorable. Francis & Fons Were brilliant! Top blokes
I had the best time! Francis was excellent we ended up having basically a private tour, answered all of our questions and was super excellent all round - Fons was a great captain :)
Francis & Fons were incredible - had such a great trip. Francis was lovely and so knowledgeable about Amsterdam!
Wonderful experience, cheese was tasty, guide was knowledgeable, interactive and funny as well as being.attentive to everyone who was there. Trip was an hour around the canals
Definitely misleading in terms of the boat. We booked this option expecting to have an open top boat (like the picture) and it was definitely more like a covered top boat. Also when loading into the boat one of the attendants was incredibly harsh to me and my fiance when I asked her which line to get in. Not sure if I caught her on a bad day- certainly can happen!! But would definitely recommend somewhere else
Great canal cruise that gave us a brief history of Amsterdam and showed us some important sites. Ruben was our skipper and he was relaxed and funny. The boat is not covered but does provide umbrellas if it rains.
We were looking forward to this tour, but it seems our boat was short staffed and I think we did not have the usual guide. Very few historical details and the boat seats were very wet (on a sunny day). I can see from other reviews that people had engaging and enjoyable tours, but this was not at all our experience.
Menno was our guide. He did a wonderful job presenting interesting information and history about Amsterdam while taking us on a relaxing Canal cruise. This cruise is located near Amsterdam‘s central train station, is easy to find, and the boat was clean and well-maintained.
Very fun and knowledgeable. Our captain (Rein) was great and gave us a great cruise. We recommend for sure
Amazing experience! Beautiful, informative, the sweetest captain and helpful crew! Super easy to find, great location… definitely recommend!!
Overall an ok experience. It was raining all weekend including the day of our cruise and the booking states "If it rains, enjoy a covered sloop or classic saloon boat instead." Unfortunately, that was not the case and we were in an open boat. Umbrellas were provided, but it was not a light rain and more of a ten minute downpour and some patrons got completely soaked. Not to mention it was cold out. Cold + Wet = Not a good combo. Our captain did his best to shield us from the rain under a bridge, but it would have been nice to not have to worry about or deal with it at all and the cruise to follow what was advertised. Additionally, our captain was solo - no skipper - so it was serve yourself and limited to wine and beer, which wouldn't be a big deal on a sunny day but again the rain made this more of a challenge for everyone on the boat. The small bites provided was small box of mixed crackers/pretzels. Our captain did a great job explaining everything we saw and passed and did his best to keep us in good spirits so props to him on that. Very knowledgeable. He can't control the weather and made the best of the situation. The company should take better care of him and us in these situations.
What a fantastic time we had on this fun and informative cruise through the canals of Amsterdam. Martijn was a joy of a captain and went out of his way, quite literally, to show us some really great sights. Though we were on an anniversary trip, we wouldn’t hesitate to bring our young son on this excursion; we felt very safe and looked after at all times. We look forward to returning again and will highly recommend Flagship to anyone visiting this charming city!
Really enjoyed the tour. Captain was knowledgeable and personable and maintained a great attitude even in the pouring rain :)
