It is a fun, fast-paced ride. Our guide, Simon, was very knowledgeable and funny too. If you like to ride bikes, this is for you.

Interesting & informative tour. You see a lot of the area of Amsterdam Lots of cycling. Recommend an e-bike.
My husband and I joined a small group of couples for a total of six plus a guide. It was nice to be in a small group going through the crowds. Our guide was the best part of the trip! She was super knowledgeable, was a local, studied history, and was happy to share and not just lecture. The bikes came from a company called, “A-Bike Rental and Tours.” The bikes were awful. Half our group had a problem with their bikes' gears, seats, and we even had a pedal fall off! The company gave the guide a tool bag that didn't have the tools necessary to fix these problems so we had to wait while the guide valiantly rode a broken bike back to the shop to exchange. She was a super good sport but I would not recommend this shop because the bike maintenance was so poor.
Easy flat roads, busy city with bikes, cars, and pedestrians. Our Tour guide, Sam was very personable, informative, and Inclusive. He practiced safety on the roads and rode at a nice pace for the whole group.
We do bike tours in pretty much every city we visit. It’s a great way to see highlights quickly and get your bearings. Mike’s tour did this. The guide, Igor, was very passionate about Amsterdam, keen to share his deep knowledge. With a humorous style. So why only 3 stars? The tour group was full at 15 people. The range of riders spanned competent to unconfident and unskilled. Amsterdam is a busy city - cars, bikes, pedestrians. It’s not a place for a novice rider. Igor did his best, but 15 riders of wide ranging ability riding in single file was a big ask for any guide. Trying to manage the group through the busy streets, talk loudly to be heard by a big bunch, and navigate to time was a tough ask. As it was we ran 30min over time - which was very kind of Igor. But we had little time to take photos - basically at each stop Igor shared his detailed knowledge, q&a from the diverse group, then onwards. At one point the group split in two after a rider toppled sideways at traffic lights. This just highlights the need for a smaller more manageable group of reasonably capable riders for the traffic/cycle/pedestrian conditions! And/or a second guide for this size group.
Wonderful tour of Amsterdam, would recommend. Guide Vincent has an incredible knowledge of his city, so many facts in such a short tour Everyone showed great patience with my wife, who is not the most confident of cyclists.
Gus was brilliant, kept us all safe, lots of good knowledge and great route. The bikes were good, no issues there. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Oh, and Gus, the Albert Cuyp market was brilliant! Thanks for the tip.
This bike tour was the highlight of our short time in Amsterdam. We feel like we hit the jackpot with Katya as our guide! She was so knowledgeable and was so in tune with our group, making sure our experience was tailored to what we wanted to prioritize seeing while also sharing insight only a local would know. We would totally recommend this tour and Katya.
We went on an e-bike tour today, and it was so much fun! Our group was pretty small, which made it feel nice and quaint. Katya was our tour guide, and she was so energetic, knowledgeable, and full of interesting information. She asked us if there was anything special we wanted to see, which made the tour feel somewhat customized. One of the highlights for me was visiting the Holocaust Memorial. It was a very emotional experience, especially for me personally. Katya also took us to a wonderful market where we tasted some amazing cheese and had the best herring I have ever had! Everything was delicious. All in all, this was a fantastic tour, and I highly recommend it. If you book this tour, I would definitely ask for Katya. She made the experience so enjoyable and memorable!
Excellent and enjoyable tour. Safe biking even crossing busy roads - our guide was very conscious of keeping group together and safe. Saw alot of sites around Amsterdam guide was very entertaining and gave us lots of information. Tour did not feel rushed.
Our bike tour was amazing, the guide Gus helped us with cycling protocols and gave a very informative and interesting commentary when we stopped at spots on the way.The staff in the premises who helped us get bikes selected and set up were very professional and helpful. We used e bikes and the cycle was easy I thoroughly enjoyed it, even on a very rainy day.The tour provided ponchos which helped keep the worse of the rain off.Totally 100 percent recommend
Fantastic start to our vacation with a friendly, great guide (Ginny) with a super fun and easy ride around Amsterdam. Saw many beautiful sites with informative breaks with guide telling about history and Interesting facts around town. Highly recommend!
Great tour with Greg, easy ride and we had great weather. A great value and fun! We even went long and saw more than normal.
Connie, our tour guide was terrific. The bikes were in bad shape. The breaks weren't good and two bikes fell apart during the bike trip. You do not need the E-bike becuase you stop and go for the 2.5 hours. It was a great tour.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and told some quite interessting facts. The ride was very easy, you just had to watch out for the other riders.
An excellent tour with Mark, a historian with lots of great stories and facts about Amsterdam. We loved the bike ride, the pace was great and we got to see all over different parts of the city. Highly recommend
Very fun experience. E-bikes worked well. Guide was very knowledgeable. Great way to see the city. The only suggestion for the guide is that she didn't allow time for us to take pictures when we stopped. She would take one group photo and said she would share, but I never got them. She never offered to take pics with our cameras.
Marcus the guide was great. He imparted lots of interesting information on what was a leisurely tour. The bikes were great.
We had a fun and educational bike tour of Amsterdam. It was a great way to see the city and understand how to navigate bike traffic as a pedestrian. Our bike guide, Ginny, was excellent and loved sharing her knowledge and history about Amsterdam with our group. Perfect 2-hour activity.
Our tour guide was great. Very informative and great way to see the city.
Amalia made our tour really special! It was our first day in Amsterdam and a bike is the best way to get your bearings. Amalia is truly passionate about history and created some fun while we learned. I highly recommend!
Absolutely perfect way to get around and see Amsterdam. The tour was perfect. I've forgotten our guides name, but she was perfect. From Italy with so much local knowledge. Highly recommend
This tour was so such a lovely experience. The electric bikes made it very easy to do the 25 miles. I am a 58-year-old woman was not very active and I had no problem. Our tour guide, Rinse, was so knowledgeable. We stopped at several points and he gave us information and we were able to take pictures. We stopped in a beautiful little town that looks like something out of a movie. There were lovely little neighborhood cats that came out to greet us. It was absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. I highly recommend this if you wanna experience the Amsterdam countryside. The homes we saw along the way are nothing like anything you would see in the United States. The lifestyle was simple and clean and beautiful. You will not regret it if you book this tour.
Great tour. Very easy to book, get bikes and meet with tour guide. Tour guide was great and very informative. Spent an appropriate amount of time discussing the sites.
Friendly guide who made you feel cared about. The tour was definitely over sold though with a group of 16 riders and then also the guide = too much. Poor guide tried to even say this but was left with the large group and spent most the time counting heads and when we lost someone it appears their bike was even hit by a car and the guide had to leave us to get the kid a new bike. Left little time to get any "tour" in my opinion so didn't feel very informed about anything. It was a nice day and enjoyable to be on a bike with my own child. Wouldn't sign up for this one specifically again. Bikes were in good shape.
Excellent guide! Sebastian knew the city inside out and had much more knowledge when the Americans started asking difficult questions about Europe in general 🙌 He really made the trip unforgettable. We had small kids cycling and he helped everyone around the city centre with no accidents even though the traffic can be crazy at times 🤠 We thought we ordered electric bikes, but regular bikes was just as good. There are no hills in Amsterdam 😇 Enjoy! Greetings from Norway! Or like we say after the world cup: Row, row!! 💪
A superb tour with Stephane who was excellent. We were in a group of 9. Stephane explained the 'health and safety' requirements - including cycling in Amsterdam which is an experience! Stephane asked if there was anything we wanted to see which was a good touch - to personalise the tour. We rode at a steady pace throughout the tour - with frequent stops which allowed Stephane to explain local details - he is very knowledgable! We had electric bikes which probably aren't needed for a city tour
Our guide Jaap was very informative and kept the perfect pace for our small group. We saw a great overview of Amsterdam and were given lots of ideas of where we could spend our time during the rest of our visit. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time riding through Amsterdam with Igor. He was a very knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humor. He ensured everyone stayed together navigating the city safely on bikes and able to ask many questions. Even though he doesn’t normally give the tour in German, he was able to brilliantly execute it in our mother tongue and even peppered in a few jokes. We highly recommend booking the tour with Igor.
Sebastian was great, patient with us learning the rules of the road. We took two littles in an Urban Arrow and it was a breeze.
Great way to see Amsterdam, interestng and knowledgeable guide.
Great tour guide, mark took as at great points of interest. And pointed of the landmarks and red light district !!!
Great way to see so many sights in Amsterdam. Worked great to keep us busy after the red eye flight to Europe. Pace was good. Plenty of stops. Really helped get us oriented to the city. Highly recommend.
Bike was comfy and easy to ride. The guide shared historical facts and took us to various points of interest around the city, offering to photograph those that wanted pics taken. Amsterdam is a lovely place to visit.
Biking in Amsterdam is a must do. Great guide, Marcus, a young native his whole life, gave us the local culture and sites. My only recommendation to the tour is not to mix e-bikes with regular bikes. We had 5 adult e-bikers and then a 5 person family on regular bikes with kids who couldn’t ride and a father who ignored all the road rules. It was a messy procession in a city that prides itself on bicycle path efficiency and etiquette. That said, definitely do this tour but not with mixed bikes
My grandson had trouble using the e-bike we rented so they let us change our booking to a different tour, I can't believe they worked with us so that we didn't lose our money. They were so helpful. I would absolutely recommend Mike's Bikes!
We had a great tour of Amsterdam. It was literally one of the hottest days on record in Amsterdam and our guide did everything he could to find us shady spots to stop in to give us a little local flavor about the neighborhoods. It was a nice path that exposed us to all the right spots. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
The bike tour was absolutely fantastic! Sophia was a great (and funny) guide, she explained very well how to navigate the chaotic traffic in Amsterdam and showed us many interesting sights we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. It was extremely entertaining which made the time fly by. I highly recommend. Thanks for this unforgettable experience, Sophia!
We had the best time getting a bike tour with Simon! He was energetic, funny, and knowledgeable. I 110% recommend taking this tour as you get to see a other side of Amsterdam.
So much easier with a guide that knows the area and road rules. Our tour guide Simon was full of knowledge and fun. Great pace never left anyone behind and always looking over his shoulder to make sure everyone were there. Fantastic experience.
Our guide David B was good. Pace, distance, scenery was all good. We rode 25 miles thru Waterland area thru a few small towns, along farm's and canals. Only negative bike needed a tuneup. Constantly clicking. chain kept jumping. If bike worked well I would give it 5 stars for group tour but I did rent a bike, to go biking and it worked poorly.
We were excited to tour Amsterdam for 2.5 hours on pedal assisted E-Bikes and a bit intimidated at first by the sheer volume of bike traffic, trams, and cars. But our guide Rissa ensured we were prepared and ready to go - safely. We had a blast! This is a great way to experience Amsterdam and become oriented to key sights like the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum, the Jordaan neighborhood, and so much more. It helped us learn the tram system, which ultimately is the best way to get around. Thanks, Mike and Rissa!
We had a great tour with Sebastian on our first full day in Amsterdam. Felt very safe and got to see a lot of the city. Highly recommend!
Execute ebime tour! The best. Would recommend to all as the funnest way to see Amsterdam. Highlight thus far of our trip. The only challenge was that I believed I booked E bikes but when I got there, they said I only had booked regular bikes so either I made a mistake or the booking was not very clear. Either way Mike’s accommodated us and made it happen. They were the best. And our guide was just so knowledgeable and fun to be with. Be careful riding bikes in the Amsterdam we had one down, but all went well.
What a wonderful tour and Simon was a fantastic guide giving lots of interesting local knowledge alongside informative historic facts — very well delivered.
Bridgett was a wonderful guide. Knowledgeable with a sense of humor and great knowledge of the city
Fantastic tour would highly recommend. Our guide Rissa was excellent. Great knowledge, enthusiasm and just the right amount of health and safety to make sure our group was confident in the busy bike lanes of Amsterdam. If you are debating if the extra cost for e-bikes is worth it I would say go for it. They were a lot of fun and our 2 teenagers love the added tech as part of the overall experience. 10/10
We had a great time. Marcus our guide was super helpful and knowledgeable. A great way to see parts of the city. Thank you
Great experience a lot of fun. Not very strenuous so all ages can do it! Guide stops frequently, good way to get acquainted with all of Amsterdam in a few hours time
The highlight of our weekend! Marcus was absolutely fantastic- gave us the the right amount of information and was a delightful guy. Would go for a longer one next time!
