Samuel and Flor were very professional, shared a lot of information, and answered all our questions. Great people — highly recommend! Leo and Michelle
Incredible tour, Sam is really great. Good explanations, with heart and soul what makes it even better. I totalmy reccomend
Samuel was amazing! He has great knowledge about the topic. He showed us real pictures and took us to great places to understand everything. Highly recommend!!
Incredible tour. Full of cultural content and detailed information. Content not seen elsewhere even when doing other tours. Thank you very much for conveying the information in detail.
Very good experience. I recommend this activity; the guide Samuel is a very good professional.
Very well explained, an impressive tour. The guide was top-notch!
An unforgettable experience, with Samuel, a fantastic guide, tremendously committed and with amazing knowledge of the subject. He is also a charming person. If we return to Amsterdam, we will do the route again, because it has been one of the best parts of the trip.
Wonderful Tour. I recommend it. The guide was spectacular. Thank you Samuel.
The guide was impeccable; the way he told the story was truly moving. Super respectful, kind, and he gave us information about good places in Amsterdam. It is clear that they put a lot of effort into their work and researching the subject matter. I highly recommend it.
A very interesting, highly informative, and dynamic tour that helped us understand the role of the Netherlands during WWII and to see the city with new eyes. Samu is an exceptional guide who knows how to convey history through work and personal interest that leave a mark (in fact, we did two tours with him!).
Seeing the Amsterdam of the thirties and forties of the 20th century has been very interesting thanks to how our guide, Samuel, captivated us. Personally, one of the best free tours we have enjoyed.
Excellent free tour about the Second World War. Samuel immersed us fully in the stories and experiences of the victims of the Holocaust. He conveys his passion for the history of this era. Totally recommended.
Samuel gave us a very pleasant, interesting, and fun tour. Nothing more to say. Perfect.
Excellent tour, very interesting.
It is my second time doing this tour, and without a doubt, I would do it again. I had the experience of this tour with Samuel three years ago when I came alone to Amsterdam, where I was fascinated by the tour, thanks to the energy and dedication he puts into telling the various stories of the country and city. On this occasion, I came with my family, and I wanted to do this tour so they could experience what I experienced. By coincidence, our guide was again Samuel. Without a doubt, he is a guide 11/10; it is a pleasure to learn and know. My family and I would repeat this tour.
It's been a great experience. Samuel is a very prepared guide. It entangles you in the story of the 2nd GGMM, with characters that are perfectly connected to the events that happened in the city and the walk through those places. It makes you live it and has excited me on several occasions. Thank you.
An amazing experience. Samuel’s knowledge of World War II is enriching and opens your mind to knowing the grays of history. If it was up to me Samuel would give a talk in all the institutes so that the young people do not forget and learn not to repeat. In addition, he has helped us a lot with tips and recommendations about the city. 100% recommended.
Samuel tour very special, entertaining and rigorous, with very elaborate information memorably told.
We did this freetour with Florence in March 2026. We found it most interesting to know the history of what happened in the city during the second world war, very well explained by Florence
A tour necessary to understand the second world war in Amsterdam
We were lucky enough to do the World War II and Anne Frank tour in Amsterdam with Samuel, and it was truly one of the best experiences of the trip. Samuel is not just a guide, he is an amazing storyteller. He has a way of telling the story that gets you from the first minute and doesn't let you go until the end. It achieves something very difficult: to explain a period as hard as the Nazi occupation with great respect, sensitivity and, at the same time, maintaining interest constantly. The way he talked about Anne Frank was especially exciting. He didn’t just give out data, he got us to really understand his story and the context in which he lived. There were moments that stick with you. In addition, Samuel conveys passion for what he does, answers all questions in detail and makes the group comfortable at all times. You can see a lot that he enjoys teaching and that he masters the subject.
Hello. History repeats itself, on this tour we are shown. There is good research work behind it, it is not a tour anymore. Very good
Amazing tour, lots of history, lots of information and an exceptional sensitive, human perspective. It is the second we have done with Samuel, happy with his warmth, his good vibe and his knowledge. Recommended!
Phenomenal a complete experience
Today's visit was very interesting, very well explained and highly recommended
Tour of 10! Samuel is a guide involved, educated and who explained everything wonderfully well. Highly recommended this tour, essential if you go to Amsterdam. All right!!
Very complete, the boy is very nice, and explains everything great. If you're going to Amsterdam, don't miss this.
Definitely one of the best tours I have done so far. The exceptional guide to shared data and dynamism when it comes to explaining. He had the sympathy of a Cape Verdean in the body of an Almerian ;) I would do all the tours with him if possible, highly recommended.
It was an unforgettable experience, to know the history of the Jews in Amsterdam de la Samuel, expert in the matter and in love with his work.It makes you feel what they could live in that time. From Seville we will recommend it 100%to everyone 🌎.thanks tb for the advice to go to dinner at cannibal royal, SPECTACULAR!!!
The best free walking tour we did with my friends. You could tell that Samuel is very passionate about what he does and manages to convey it in a moving way. If you want to learn about the Second World War and how it was lived in Amsterdam I highly recommend it!
Amazing tour. Thank you very much to Samuel for his passion for storytelling and for his previous preparation and study work. We went with my 12-year-old son and it is highly recommended that you know all the edges of the story as Samuel tells them.
Perfect! A very well structured tour! The guide had very good knowledge of the matter. Samuel has brought the story closer to each and every attendee.
Excellent tour. Very emotional and shocking but super necessary. The guide always very friendly and passionate, always carrying the narrative in the best way. Very happy with the experience and recommend it 100%
Taking the tour with Samuel was a gift. My partner and I agree that it has been the most professional Free Tour we have ever done, and that has been thanks to Samuel’s very prepared knowledge. Thank you!
An unforgettable experience, where not only have we been able to acquire a lot of real and valuable historical information, but we have been able to see a little more of Amsterdam and get to know one of the many stories it has. It is an experience that I recommend to everyone, very well explained and that can be enjoyed to the fullest.
Tour highly recommended, to be able to visit and understand the Jewish quarter. Samuel as a guide was great. On the tour they show places that were essential in the second world tour in Amsterdam
Experience highly recommended! You don’t even need to enter museums (except maybe Anne Frank’s) because they explain everything (we enter before the tour). Florence was our guide, you can see that she enjoys making these visits because you get fully into the story she tells. From 10!!!
The visit of the Jewish quarter with Florence was very interesting, explains very well, makes it enjoyable and is very pleasant. I would recommend it for sure
Samuel is the best. An excellent explanation, highly recommended. Much work behind the explanations, curious and interesting data.
Samu is spectacular! Very well documented special tour and real images. The perfect itinerary. Recommended 100%.
Super interesting visit. Super well-documented, with real data and visual material that allows you to understand a little more how World War II unfolded in Amsterdam. 100% recommended
After doing the tour we have been fascinated with the history of the country. Samuel is certainly the best choice to tell you about what happened in World War II and the Frank family. It's been a pleasure!

We have been fascinated by Samuel’s tour, rating his passion for his work and how well prepared and studied the subject has. 100% recommended
We did the tour with a Spanish boy. We don't remember if he names. He came by bike. Excellent guidance and very good handling of the information transmitted with a strong position in favor of not forgetting and for peace. Congratulations!!!!!!
Samuel is a super nice boy and as the story goes, he makes you feel like you are there, just talking but also with photos, articles and curious facts. Glad they do their job with such gusto, rating that he likes the story and transmits great.
