It was not “luxury” as advertised… the staff was great, but there was no tablecloth, boat was nothing like it showed…we did get cheese and beer, put on a dirty table … I felt cheated!

Itinerary
The itinerary is a little different for each departure location. Each itinerary has its own charm! Please contact our support team for more information on this.
Nestled within the historic confines of the Prinsengracht, this iconic house served as the refuge for Anne Frank and her family during the tumultuous years of World War II.
The Westerkerk (English: Western Church) is a Reformed church within the Dutch Protestant church in central Amsterdam, Netherlands. It lies in the most western part of the Grachtengordel neighborhood (Centrum borough), next to the Jordaan, between the Prinsengracht and Keizersgracht.
The Royal Theatre Carré (Dutch: Koninklijk Theater Carré) is a Neo-Renaissance theatre in Amsterdam, located near the river Amstel. When the theatre was founded in 1887, it was originally meant as a permanent circus building. Currently, it is mainly used for musicals, cabaret performances, and pop concerts.
The Rijksmuseum was founded in The Hague in 1800 and moved to Amsterdam in 1808, where it was first located in the Royal Palace and later in the Trippenhuis. The current main building was designed by Pierre Cuypers and first opened in 1885.On 13 April 2013, after a ten-year renovation which cost € 375 million, the main building was reopened by Queen Beatrix. In 2013 and 2014, it was the most visited museum in the Netherlands with record numbers of 2.2 million and 2.47 million visitors. It is also the largest art museum in the country. Our boats will sail along the Prinsengracht with a view on the Rijksmuseum The museum has on display 8,000 objects of art and history, from their total collection of 1 million objects from the years 1200–2000, among which are some masterpieces by Rembrandt, Frans Hals, and Johannes Vermeer. The museum also has a small Asian collection, which is on display in the Asian pavilion.
The Amstel is the biggest canal of all, and Amsterdam was founded from this canal which was originally a river. Fisherman builds a "dam" and called is Amsterdam.
Since most canals in Amsterdam make a curve, seeing through so many bridges at once is very rare!
The most common theory on the origin of the name is as a derivation of the French word Jardin, meaning garden: most streets and canals in the Jordaan are named after trees and flowers. Another theory is that the Prinsengracht canal was once nicknamed Jordaan (the Dutch name for the river Jordan) and that the neighborhood beyond the canal came to be called this as well. Our Flagship canal tour will start and end here in the Jordaan.
The three main canals (Herengracht, Prinsengracht, and Keizersgracht), dug in the 17th century during the Dutch Golden Age, form concentric belts around the city, known as the Grachtengordel. Alongside the main canals are 1550 monumental buildings. The 17th-century canal ring area, including the Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht, Herengracht, and Jordaan, were listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010, contributing to Amsterdam's fame as the "Venice of the North"
Our boats will cruise the Prinsengracht.
The Munttoren (mint tower) was once part of the Regulierspoort which consisted of a gate with a tower on each side. It was built between 1480 and 1487 as part of the medieval city wall. Back in the 17th century, the tower was used to mint coins.
Dutch National Opera (DNO; formerly De Nederlandse Opera, now De Nationale Opera in Dutch) is a Dutch opera company based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Its present home base is the Dutch National Opera & Ballet housed in the Stopera building, a modern building designed by Cees Dam and Wilhelm Holzbauer which opened in 1986.
One of Amsterdam’s many bridges is the beautiful Magere Brug, known to English speakers at the Skinny Bridge. This wooden drawbridge was once so narrow that it was hard for two pedestrians to pass each other. To cope with increasing traffic on the Amstel, a wider bridge replaced the narrow original in 1871.

Fantastic tour hosted by Kevin and Nirmin, providing a fact filled trip blended with a great sense of humour.
We had a great time on the cruise in the evening. The girls on board were very informative & friendly.
Kevin and Max looked after us so well. Drinks and cheese aplenty coupled with entertaining stories. Highly recommend:)
Our tour guide was great. He was funny and was a great host. The cheese and wine were delicious. I highly recommend this tour.
Glad it was a nice day outside good weather Lizzy was amazing enjoyed the views, wine and cheese Amsterdam is lovely.
Friendly, entertaining, plus we learned a lot about Dutch history along the way! Great cheese and wine. Kevin and Phillip did an awesome job, as did the driver whose name I will not attempt to spell :) Would definitely recommend!!
philip and kevin are absolutely amazing !! 10/10 experience. amazing !
Cattle car! We were so packed in this boat people were falling off the seats. Could not hear the person talking about the city and windows were fogging up due to the high number of passengers. Miserable experience. The employees must be posting for this drivel to have such a high rating! Find a smaller boat with another company.
Kevin and Ignacio were awesome
Very good experience. Ignacio, Kevin and max were very informative and funny
I was supremely disgusted with my experience with this excursion group and their chosen tour guide. She was from Aruba and was difficult to understand. Not only was she difficult to understand, she screamed the entire time in an ear-piercing pitch similar to that of Yzma from Emperor's New Groove. It was so loud and grating it made it impossible to relax and enjoy the cruise. She also found it wise to sprinkle in expletives whenever possible and repeatedly told us stories about the "sh*tty" bike she rides so it doesn't get stolen. In addition, my tour was originally booked for 4 people but had to be switched to 3 when our co-traveler's mother died the morning before our flight. We were discussing the funeral on the tour when this Aruban grand stander stopped in the middle of her screaming spiel, looked at me in front of everyone and said, "Ma'am. Can you not?? I can't hear myself think!". I'm sorry, but this is absolutely unprofessional and abhorrent behavior. This girl was more concerned with her little 'performance' than any kind of customer service. It was a miserable time and I will NEVER recommend Flagship Amsterdam to anyone. In fact, I will warn anyone, given the opportunity.
Kevin, Claire and juliet were fantastic hosts
The hosts were fantastic and confident The wine kept flowing! The only thing that would make it better is clearer instructions on how to find the point of departure - there are lots of different docks and different tour operators within each one - a simple note on the listing on which tour company is delivering the tour would have sufficed Otherwise, it was a fab experience!
Lovely boat trip, travelled at dusk so got the benefit of the changing light and bridge illuminations. Light hearted but informative guides. Drinks were regularly replaced. I thought it was a fair price.
Do not select this cruise! This is a cattle car! People were packed in the boat so bad that the wind is fogged up we could not even see out. It was so loud we could not hear the guide and we had to scream at the host to a refill. It’s a terrible cruise very little information shared, and a waste of your money.
Perfect way to see the city from a different angle. Central departure point and a fun and relaxing way to spend some of your trip
Tour guides seemed inexperienced, pointing out sites of interest when we were almost past. Mike didn’t work, and more time was spent on food and beverages than sights. Covered boat was difficult for seeing everything.
The cruise was fine, but I was disappointed with the adult jokes and remarks about a gay bar when I was with my young daughters. I would not recommend this tour
A lovely morning on the canal, led by our guide, Anton Very entertaining and informative Highly recommended
1st night in Amsterdam, taster of the city. Very relaxed informal cruise in early evening. Hosts were great with their stories/local banter! Nice cheese and wine.
Beautiful views and the stories! The boats are comfortable and warm. The available snack and drink options are appreciated!
This hour long canal tour was everything as described and the tour guides were very knowledgeable and funny. It was also a good price, as the wine and cheese is unlimited! Would recommend!
Nick was great tour guide. Instead of cheese and mustard. They should offer ham or prosciutto to their food menu.
Amazing! Tour guides were very funny and informative, beautiful views seeing the city from the water.
Best things we did in Amsterdam. We had the all inclusive drinks package, great start to our afternoon 😀 commentary from the hosts was really interesting, seats were super comfy, loved it!
Its a wonderful experience. We were served cheese and unlimited wine. Both the service staff are very informative and share whatever things you asked. Definitely recommend you to join this tour. You won't regret.
Very knowledgeable tour operator. Clean boat. Accommodation made for occasional rain. Mohammed and Walter were superb
It was great experience, nice atmosphere we really enjoyed it
Nice 1 hour cruise with wine, beer and cheese on a late afternoon The staff were very friendly and provided some area history on the canal
A nice way to spend an hour seeing various sights and places around Amsterdam and good value. Different choices of wines offered and plenty of it. Learnt a lot about the city and different places from the guide, was well worth doing. We did go to the wrong place to board, for the cheese and wine one it’s past the Anne Frank museum entrance the canal at the back.
Great experience!! They provided a good amount of cheese & mustard for snacks and bottomless glass of wine. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had lots of jokes which made it entertaining, she also didn’t talk the entire time which was nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
This canal tour was fantastic. The guides were absolutely delightful, so knowledgeable and friendly. We had such a nice chat with them. Of course the wine and cheese were the best and a great addition to this boat trip!!! Thank you so very much for this great experience during our brief 2 day stay in. Amsterdam. I recommend this highly!!
Thoroughly enjoyed our canal cruise. Love the classic boat, it was comfortable with nice big windows for taking photos. Captain was very pleasant. Sophia, our guide, was wonderful - extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of humour, which made the journey so much fun. We would highly recommend this cruise.
Excellent tour at night. Our host was brilliant, very funny & knowledgeable, we enjoyed the cheese and she kept the drinks flowing!
Clear night, we requested for them to roll up the curtains and they did. Beautiful and knowledgable guy! He advised us at the very instragamammable moments!
We missed our reserved cruise despite the orange jackets, etc., which were not easy to see on a crowded quay. We were rebooked onto the next cruse, but had to find the office to do so. The cruise was comfortable and interesting. The Guide was knowledgeable and humourous, and the cheese and wine were enjoyable.
Guides were friendly, informative and engaging. Wine and cheese was perfectly ok. Great value.
Hard to find your location- include info that you have to look for an orange podium. It really was a drinking experience and we didn’t sign up for that. We appreciate the hosts giving us some water.
Frank is funny and knowledgeable
What an entertaining way to explore some of Amsterdam's canals & history. Our two young guides were informative & entertaining - would definitely recommend 👌
This was an amazing experience with Kevin, Isis and Tommy. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed all the information and fun facts. Thank you
I chose the boat because it has a wooden frame and is covered. It’s spacious, comfortable and stylish. The guiding was engaging but not overwhelming. Very enjoyable!
Fantastic experience! Kevin Isis Tommy (and Phil) were great! Very informative and hilarious. This will easily be a mandatory experience for everyone I bring to Amsterdam!
We were on a little weekend getaway and decided to join this canal cruise which turned out to be the highlight of our trip! Anna was our guide and she was so kind, humorous, and informative. We left with a greater knowledge of the area and continued to explore Amsterdam while referencing what we learned. Excellent cheese and wine service as well! Highly recommend!
Canal boat not exactly like the photos however it was a good night. Mia was very good trying to keep everyone supplied with cheese and wine but I felt it was too work much for one person to do, she was very friendly and funny. The “skipper” Theon was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience but couldn’t hear everything due to some passengers speaking loudly.
So nice. Exceptional. Kevin and Tommy. I recomend for fun, history and feelings!
Great time with guide Kevin and skipper Tommy
Kevin and Tommy were amazing. Lots of knowledge and fun!
