They rescheduled me from 11AM to 1PM. They didn’t show up until 1:40PM and the boat wasn’t there yet. I left and when on a boat from another company.
Boat wasn't there for 11 am tour that I booked via Tripadvisor. Well after the 11 am start time they finally responded to a message and said they don't do an 11 am tour. I asked for refund from Tripadvisor. Not sure which screwed it up but not a good experience.

Main issue is with website, website unclear. I requested/booked an open boat as in picture and got a covered boat. Name of company not clear on booking form. e-boats,classic boats etc there are lots of companies not well advertised. should has a photo and company name clearly on booking so you can identify easily the boat as they all park in same area on the canal. Seat cushion area not dried properly so we had wet jeans.Tour captain was friendly but not a very structured tour information, came across haphazardly. information girl stood with her back to us so the 3 bits of information she gave we couldn't hear. friendly crew just need more structured tour information to point out sights.

The boat never showed up. We didn't receive any information about any cancellation or anything. We learned by other people that this is apparently common from them. Hopefully, another company (Friendship Amsterdam, which I highly recommand instead of this one) offered us to go on their boat tour freely, to make it up to us even if it wasn't their fault.

Boat never arrived and company never contacted us. We booked tickets the night before this activity and our tickets were automatically confirmed. On the day of the trip, we arrived to the departure point 15 minutes early and stayed until 10 minutes after departure was scheduled. We confirmed with other tour operators that we were in the right place to board, but the boat never showed up. We made the most of the afternoon, but would have appreciated contact from the company about the trip being cancelled.
Boat didn’t show, no one answering phone, waiting for a refund! No help at all, we were gutted. We hope someone contacts us

Joshua was really really nice and gave us an excelente guide tour! We loved it even though his other colleagues weren’t really cooperating with him, not wanting to go on the boat with us (specially Aurora who was really rude/arguing with him in front of everybody - not professional at all)!

Open bar offered so much more than I expected, for the cheapest on Tripadvisor this is undoubtedly the best, we had the whole boat to ourselves except one other small group who booked it at the place just before. I would say it was a terrible experience, however i cant even say that much, because the boat didnt show up in the first place and i didnt even receive a cancelation notification. Apparently thats a common occurence for this company. I recommend looking elsewhere
My wife and I pre-booked a canal boat trip with E Boats Amsterdam departing at 18:00 on the 29th of June. We were at the arranged pickup point approximately 20 minutes before departure, but to our big disappointment they didn’t show up. The money for the trip (42€) was deducted but no information about a cancellation or delay was provided from the arranger. After waiting an additional 10-15 minutes or so, we decided to go with another boat company, Friendship, who were awesome and whom I would warmly recommend. I’ve emailed E Boats requesting a full and prompt refund, but I don’t hold out much hope.
The guide tour speaker which was the guy driving the boat was grumpy and wasn’t pleasant! He seemed to be making fun of us.
I was with my family (with teens) and another family friends walking towards the end of the day around Amsterdam, and we found this cruise almost by accident, or I should say fate, and decided to hop on. It was a great experience. They were very friendly, kind, service oriented and explained many aspects of the city. Highly recommended!!!!

Best experience! Ben and Joshua provided a delightful ride. Extra comfortable and great route. Politely asked us to wait while we watched them clean the boat and restock. Joshua speaks multiple languages and was extra kind addressing to us in our language. 100% recommended!
We waited 30mins, the boat didn't turn up and we were unable to communicate with the tour operator. Useless and a waste of time.
Our tour was meant to start at 3 but after 40 minutes of waiting the boat still hadn’t arrived and we didn’t receive any sort of message to explain what was happening. Another group who was also waiting manager to get in touch with trip advisor who then tried to contact the boat company but there was no answer. The boat company then sent a cancellation email 3 hours later, this is very disappointing as we spent a long time waiting for something that wasn’t going to happen with no word or explanation from the company.
I recently went on an Amsterdam canal tour with an amazing captain named Joshua and a fantastic bartender named Ben. The tour was fantastic - Joshua was incredibly knowledgeable about the city and its history, and he made the tour incredibly interesting and engaging. Additionally, Ben was an excellent bartender, providing delicious drinks throughout the tour. The canals of Amsterdam are beautiful and seeing them from the boat was a unique and special experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Amsterdam. The captain Joshua and bartender Ben made it an unforgettable experience.
