Amsterdam’s Ghostly Experiences Group Tour

We enjoyed our nighttime tour of Amsterdam. The tour definitely focuses more on the dark side of the city’s history rather than ghosts - just something to know before booking. Would recommend

Sierra was knowledgeable about the dark history surrounding Amsterdam. She gave us good recommendations for food, and was a pleasure to talk with. She pointed out a lot of POIs that would easily have been missed without a guide.

Sierra did an awesome job taking us around the city and pointing out different landmarks. She was able to give tons of details and stories about each place and answer all of our questions. Definitely recommend this tour and especially this tour guide!

This was less heavy on the ghostly sightings in Amsterdam than expected but our guide Mike gave us a very interesting insight into the dark history, local customs and hints and tips to avoid tourist traps. A great tour!

The Ghost Tour was amazing! Our guide, Michael, was extremely knowledgeable and delivered the dark history of Amsterdam with the perfect amount of dark humour. As someone who's been living in Amsterdam for a while, I've learned many things I hadn't heard before and would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

We had a great time exploring all the haunts in Amsterdam city center. Our guide was great and since we were a very small group it was extra special.

We recently took the Ghostly Experiences group tour in Amsterdam, and it was an unforgettable evening. Our guide, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. He had a great way of bringing the dark history of Amsterdam to life, pointing out eerie details in historical sites that we would have otherwise missed. The tour took us through hidden alleys and quiet corners of the city, where Michael shared captivating stories of the city’s past, including some of its most sinister events. It was both educational and thrilling, perfect for anyone interested in history with a darker twist. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see Amsterdam from a new, ghostly perspective!

I enjoyed so much this spooky tour. Stephan made a real performance for us. Guiding us with his lantern, he took us to the journey through time and reality. It was really spooky and very professional.

I am someday going to do this tour live, but right now it is just virtual. One of the best guides. Stephan's imagination has no limits. His knowledge of the area along with embellishments makes it one of the best spooky Halloween tours I have ever seen (except for last year!!!) Always a must see.

Stephan has once again, outdone himself!! The music in the background, puts you in the spirit of the night of Hallowe'en along with all of the effects he puts into place to make if so realistic. He creates a scene where you are scared for him and another who crashes into a house as a witch on a broom. Then the ending where he is killed, is so real, just amazing!! Do not miss his tours, you will be delighted, amazed, learn and totally enjoy

Sooooooo spooky! What a Halloween tour! Loved it. A great fun tour with lots of spooky stories. Would have loved to have done this in person but since it was physically impossible this was perfect. Stephan creates the atmosphere and I won’t spoil it by telling what the ending was but will just say that it was great.

I have taken a few Halloween tours with Stephan, I highly recommend them. A mixture of stories and facts, the tour is fun from beginning to end, put this in your calendar for next year, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely fabulous spooky tour. Extremely creative and dramatic with lots of fun and even props. Stephan really outdid himself

You cannot go wrong with a tour from Stephan - knowledgeable and funny. He turns a tour into a real 'experience'. There are so many ghost stories and hauntings to hear about - but these are also mixed in with historical facts. An entertaining and fun evening - Stephan really gets into the spirit of the evening - you might even spot some gruesome bits and pieces along the way - so keep your eyes peeled. If on this or any of Stephan's other tours, you will not be disappointed.

Stephan really knows Amsterdam very well - and therefore has lots of pertinent tales from around the city. He is also rather theatrical - and really gets into character and makes the event more of an occasion - rather than just a dull walk from place to place. He enjoys building up the spooky atmosphere - leading us down small side alleys and past graveyards - keep an eye out and you might see something gruesome!! So many interesting stories - that involve ghosts and hauntings, but also interwoven with the history of the city, and even a few comic elements! A really interesting experience and time will fly!

I loved the tour as you show. I took lots and lots of postcards, and also shared them with my daughter who lives in the UK.

Amsterdam has a good supply of ghost stories and Stephan clearly knows them all, so his ghost tours are always something to look out for. This Halloween one was an absolute classic. Spooky and fun at the same time, with old tales and on this occasion one that couldn't have been more recent - all leading up to a stunning finale. I'll definitely be looking out for more.
