All-round great hotel. Restaurant was very well priced for dinner although breakfast a bit pricey. But the food was very tasty. The outside seating area seemed nice. Shame it was a bit cool to use it. My only issue was it is a fair walk to the ferry to get to the station / main city so if you are in Amsterdam for a short visit, bear this in mind.
After a bad experience with another hotel in Amsterdam, we urgently had to find somewhere else to stay late at night, and this was the only hotel that welcomed us at that hour. They truly saved our night. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and spacious. Everything, from the bed to the bathroom, was perfectly clean. The staff were also incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. We felt comfortable and safe from the moment we arrived. If we come back to Amsterdam, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
it was a great experience! Great cost-benefit for a room for three people. the only small improvements would be: fix air conditioner and fridge, they are not cold enough. but it was a great stay. they have good services like bike rental and a beautiful deck 🫡
Pro: nice river view, the receptionist are friendly, nice neighborhood, has a gym Con: far from metro and ferry, especially if it rains, breakfast is pretty basic, some room has carpet floor that has stains and smelly, finally it’s not integrated with Hilton reward yet as other Yotel do, so you don’t get Hilton points yet as of 2026 September The receptionist helped me and switched me to a room on the first floor after the first two room has stains on the carpets in them, she and her supervisor were very nice. The gym has filter water so it’s great and you can chill at the water front to work or just sit there. I do think the property is bigger in the common area than other yotel but nothing is ever really free at Yotel isn’t it, late check out or upgrade doesn’t happen as expected and room is compact and ask for the hard wood floor if you mind the rug stain and smell
We had a great stay. The room was clean and air-conditioned (much appreciated during a heat wave). The lobby had a relaxed, modern vibe with plenty of space to sit, grab a drink, and plan our day. The gym were open 24/7 and had enough and really modern equipments. The staff were also a big part of what made the stay so enjoyable. They were attentive and consistently went the extra mile. Whenever we needed extra amenities, keycards, directions, or general info, they had us covered. Special thanks to Oussama, Soraia, Pedro, and Thiago for making our stay an awesome one. The location worked perfectly for us. We rented bikes from the hotel and were around 5 to 10 minutes from anywhere we were heading. Biking to the ferry took around 3 minutes, and we were pleasantly surprised it ran late and night too and came every few minutes. The food and cafés were better on the north side too, especially the ones serving brunch. We had a great time and would happily stay again.
