Pictures online looked decent. However, the rooms are actually pretty old & a lot of furniture was damaged. The shower head was leaking pretty bad but we couldn’t be bothered with it. Thankfully they had a rain shower which worked well. One of the towels had a stain. Bed was too soft for me, but that’s a personal preference. Otherwise, was ok! Check in and check out were both a breeze and staff were generally polite. If you’re not fussy, it’s a decent stay with a good amount of space and a mini fridge provided. It wasn’t that cheap, but was one of the cheaper ones in Amsterdam (since it’s not in Amsterdam centraal) so I guess you get what you pay for. Don’t expect much.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, we had a good experience, so I’m giving it 4 stars. The room wasn’t perfectly clean — for example, we noticed a little bit of cobweb, but nothing too serious. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked very well, which was a big plus. I also liked that the windows didn’t have bars on them, which was nice for Amsterdam. The location is good: there is a tram stop very close to the hotel, so it’s easy and convenient to get to the city center. The staff were always very kind, friendly, and helpful. I asked for an extra blanket, and they provided one without any problem. One thing I didn’t really like was the early check-in policy. If you want to check in before the official time, you have to pay €5 for every hour earlier. I think it would be nicer if, when the room is already ready, guests could sometimes check in one or two hours earlier for free, as some other hotels allow. There was also no toothpaste in the room. The hotel also has a very cute inner courtyard where you can sit and smoke, a nice chill area, computers, and the option to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Overall, it’s a good hotel and deserves 4 stars in my opinion. It’s not a super “wow” place, but it’s a perfectly good option for a few nights in Amsterdam, and I would recommend it.

For the price u can't complain. Perfect for transport but just not in walking distance if u want to b closer to the centre. Bedrooms are cleaned quite late in the afternoon. It was really hot so water in the room would of been nice. Also cost £20 to check on early eventhou the room was ready?

I was really looking forward to visiting this hotel but feel disappointed at their lack of flexibility (even when it comes at no loss to their costs). I had booked online in April for a two night stay in August 2026. A few weeks thereafter, the hotel suffered a data breach and I received phishing WhatsApp messages. They did not reach out to me at any point to advise me of this data breach. Unfortunately things came up and I couldn't make the dates I had originally booked. I reached out to the hotel asking them if they could swap the dates, additionally, I wanted to book and extra room as well. Due to the fact that I had made a non-refundable reservation, the hotel would only offer to change the name on the reservation, which was no good to me. Given the context, you would think this would be an easy PR win for them, I wasn't looking for freebies, I even offered to pay the difference between the non refundable rate and the normal rate, book an additional room - more income for the hotel and I get to change the dates - everyone wins. I'm sad that I have to lose 219.60 euros that the reservation cost me but I have learnt my lesson. Please do not book this hotel if you value your privacy.
