The Toren is in such a great location, everything walkable but out of the hustle and bustle of the centre! It’s in such a lovely quiet, pretty street in the canal but with food and drink options within a 1 minute walk. The room had air con which was great and the room was tidied everyday with cold drinks and water in our room! The reception staff were helpful! I would highly recommend The Toren if visiting Amsterdam… I would stay here again if visiting again!
The Toren is a beautiful hotel. It looks elegant, feels elegant, and you are welcomed like you are family coming home from a long trip. We splurged for a canal view deluxe room and it was stunning, both the view and the room. All of the staff were super helpful, eager to share restaurant suggestions and places to visit. They are attentive to every small detail. The breakfast is delicious, abundant and served very quickly. They are also open for late night dinner/snacks when most restaurants are closed. I hope to come back to Amsterdam again one day and I will stay here. Great hotel experience.
The Toren Hotel was a great place to stay. Luxury surrounded by amazing people on staff. Zsolt and Ray at the front desk were welcoming, funny, authentic, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Zita in the dining room provided us with excellent service and great food. She was attentive and kind. My wife and I were at the Toren with another couple. Both rooms were clean and luxurious. We'd go back, if for no other reason than the people on staff. The Toren Hotel has my highest recommendation.
Could not have been happier with our recent stay at the Toren. Location ideal. Lots of great food options within a few minutes walk. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly / helpful / attentive. Bar serves a great cocktail with amazing service. Highly recommend!
The hotel is beautiful and charming. The location is perfect. The beds are super comfortable and the Jacuzzi tubs are so relaxing. And as much as all of that already sounds like the perfect place to stay it’s the customer service that blows me away every time! This is the second time we have stayed at The Toren and it is the only place we will stay when we are in Amsterdam. We first came during the holidays (the decorations were stunning!) and I fell in love with the place. Upon check in, I was warmly greeted as a returning guest. Everyone—check in and out, bartenders (the drinks, oh my!), maintenance, and the manager Michel— made us feel welcomed and valued. We can’t wait to go back!
