Over the last 13 months at Radisson Blu Centrum, one person who has consistently stood out is Francesco. A true professional and an absolutely amazing bar supervisor and mixologist, Francesco & Rohit from front office is simply exceptional at what he does. He has served me some of the best drinks I’ve had, with a passion and attention to detail that clearly shows how good he is at his craft. But what makes Francesco truly special is not just his skills behind the bar—it’s the person he is. He remembers every guest by name, understands their preferences, and makes everyone feel genuinely welcomed and valued. That personal touch is rare and speaks volumes about his professionalism and character. Thirteen months later, I can confidently say that Francesco is not just great at his game—he is simply awesome at it. A real asset to the Radisson Blu Centrum team and someone who makes every visit a little more special.

This is by far the worst Radisson Blu hotel I have ever stayed at. During a two-week trip, I stayed at three different Radisson Blu hotels consecutively as a VIP member, and unfortunately, the staff at the Radisson Blu Amsterdam Victoria Park were by far the rudest and least helpful. The staff were extremely rude, gave me incorrect information, made me wait unnecessarily, and did not even apologize for their mistakes. The only exception was the gentleman at the main entrance who helped us with our luggage. He was polite and helpful. At the entrance to the breakfast restaurant, I was stopped and told that breakfast was not included in my stay. They did not show me any list or provide any explanation. I tried to call my wife so she could clarify the situation, but they refused to listen. I was kept waiting for several minutes, only to find out that the list being used by Arda, the staff member at the restaurant entrance, was simply incorrect. After speaking with reception, I was eventually told, “Yes, you can have breakfast,” but no apology was offered whatsoever. I also won’t even get into the fact that the staff member was casually chatting with a colleague while I was trying to resolve the issue. There was another unacceptable situation during check-in. Although we had already completed check-in, the gentleman at reception told me that he could only give the room key to my wife. Earlier that morning, they had taken both of our passports for the two rooms. I explained that my wife’s passport was in the safe in the other room, but he offered no help or solution. As a result, I had to wait for around 30 minutes with my young child. My wife was also treated very rudely by the staff. After staying at three Radisson Blu hotels during the same trip, the contrast was shocking. I have never experienced this level of rudeness, poor communication, and lack of accountability at a Radisson Blu hotel before. For me, this hotel is no longer an option in Amsterdam. I will definitely not be staying here again.
We had an amazing stay! Everything was spotless, the hotel was beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Gonzalo at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude from the moment we arrived. We were celebrating our anniversary, and he helped make our stay even more special. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality, and a big shout-out to Gonzalo for going above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!
Everything you want or need with great services from the time you arrive and during your stay. Great big comfy beds, spacious rooms and we had a wonderful skyline for a window view. Location was perfect being close to Metro, pubs and restaurants, plus all the shopping & wild fun in the heart of the city.
Always have a great stay at Radisson properties and this one was no different. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service from the staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfactory and we enjoyed an evening meal in the bar on one night. Our room was the mezzanine suite, which is quirky and comfortable. The decor and furniture are very plain, but we really liked the separate lounge area and roof terrace. Beware the stairs to get into the suite and up to the mezzanine are small and steep! Location is very handy for the city centre and there's a shop and coffee shop over the road, but that does mean it can get a bit noisy.
