Nhow Amsterdam Rai

Hotel is lovely and the location is just perfect (a couple mins walk from the Europaplein metro). The rooms are clean and well managed. The breakfast buffet, while not very extensive, is filling and decent. The only slight disappointment was our interactions with the staff. While courteous and polite, I always had the feeling they were there to do what they had been assigned to do and not a step extra. The one pleasant exception was our interaction with Greg who was managing the breakfast buffet on the 31st of August. He made it a point to welcome everyone with a smile and not only had a great conversation with us but made sure to tell us about the hotel chain and its global presence and how we could join the loyalty club. It was truly a pleasure talking to him.

Really great hotel. Attention to detail everywhere. Customized styling and decoration in the rooms, restaurants, even the elevators. Building has many, but really many, elevators. The breakfast is one of the best hotel buffets i have seen. High quality, huge selection. Close to metro (Europaplein ) and rai train station + rai tram.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nhow Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. A special thank you to Emil, who made every morning start with a smile thanks to his warm, friendly personality. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

The hotel is in a good location to be accessible to the city centre by metro. The rooms were small but sufficient. Upon check in there was a lot of dust, but the hotel staff was very attentive to my concerns and conducted a thorough cleaning. They cleaned daily. I think the cleaning before check-in could be better. Other than that very clean. Excellent breakfast and great views. We enjoyed the in room amenities as well. The air conditioning was excellent. Very good value for Amsterdam.
