What a wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed our time at this hotel, and what stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the entire staff. We initially experienced a small issue with our reservation, as we had made some changes that weren’t fully reflected in the booking system. However, the team went above and beyond to resolve everything and even arranged a room upgrade with a beautiful view overlooking the Flower Market. And what a view it was! Absolutely breathtaking! At first, we found the beds a little uncomfortable and mentioned this to the reception. Instead of simply apologizing, the staff took our feedback seriously and went out of their way to arrange two extra-soft mattress toppers to make our stay more comfortable. That level of care and attention really impressed us! The housekeeping service was excellent, everything was clean and well maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was outstanding!!! They serve delicious food, healthy options, sweets and snacks. Great coffee and tea! Most importantly, every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the receptionist, who was particularly kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as pleasant as possible. It’s not about everything being perfect from the beginning, but about how people handle situations and make their guests feel valued. And this hotel truly exceeded our expectations in that regard! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the NH in Amsterdam and was very impressed with the level of service throughout my visit. As a solo traveler, feeling comfortable and well looked after is especially important, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One thing I really appreciated was how professionally my request for a room change was handled. I asked if it would be possible to switch rooms, and the staff accommodated my request immediately, without any discussion or inconvenience. They were friendly, understanding, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had the best possible stay. The entire team was always polite, approachable, and happy to help whenever I had a question. Their attention to detail and commitment to great customer service really stood out and made a positive difference to my experience. Thanks to the excellent hospitality, I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily choose NH Flower Garden again on my next visit to Amsterdam and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with outstanding service and caring staff.

Prime Location. The service was on top of everything also very clean rooms, beautiful views of the entire city. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Has a great restaurant attached. They also have a great breakfast buffet, and the lobby is very chic. The beds are comfortable large. I have stayed before and I will stay again many times.

Excellent hotel with a great location. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I ended up here for a night on a layover with about 20 hours to see the arra. The hotel is situated in the flower market and about a 9 minute walk to the palace. It was very nice to just walk out and be in the middle of everything. I ended up in a room with a balcony which was nice for a cup of coffee in the morning and to take a look out on the cityscape.
