Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was good. There was aircon and you could also open the window. Nice view of the harbour from the room I had. Lovely pool and sauna. A nice touch. The location Is abit out of the city center but I was aware of that when I booked the hotel. It is accessible by the 48 bus from Central Station. There is a 7min walk then from the bus stop to the hotel. It's a nice location by the harbour but it's not central. What really let the hotel down was the customer service. It was awful. From the non-welcome at reception (also no info provided about where anything is in the hotel; even though I didn't have breakfast included the girl could have mentioned it as I may have had it one of the mornings; also there was complimentary coffee in reception which I only found out about as I was leaving). I found the male staff to be much better than the female staff. They were more professional and engaged. I complained about service at lunch one of the days and the girl was making faces behind the male worker's back as I was speaking to him. He was very nice and willing to take on the feedback. Also John at reception when I was leaving was very good. He asked how my stay was and I said hotel was lovely, service overall not so much. Also the food is not up to par. There is no real kitchen there so the meals are frozen and reheated and they charge up to 30 euros for a reheated dish. I stuck with the panini..the mozzarella and pesto was OK. There is a brasserie up the road but it's closed Sundays and Mondays.

Great stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well organized. Special thanks to Faw for his friendly and professional service. He was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a company event. The hotel is modern and playful. The rooms are great, and the bathroom was spotless—I loved the shower! At check-out, we were assisted by Facu, who was really friendly and accommodating. The service was excellent. Thanks a lot! We very much enjoyed our stay.

We thought this hotel was great! Really fun location in the harbour, we paid extra to have a window and a long view over water and it was great to watch the barges chug passed. We appreciated Jesse at the breakfast buffet helping us figure how to get to the airport early the next morning. What a helpful guy, with superb English and local knowledge. In fact, all the staff are really helpful and nice, great vibes. We will come again 😀🌞
