Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam

Great hotel on a super nice location with a fantastic team! We had a 2-day conference with 25 attendees from all over Europe and the hotel team has exceeded all our expectations. We had a great meeting room available with daylight, fantastic audiovisual support and amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The evening program arranged by the hotel was great too, we got to see and experience Amsterdam in lovely leisure time set-up. The location of the hotel is great for every form of transportation and the team used every single opportunity to elevate our stay by getting everything right in detail. They really made us feel at home and cannot thank them enough.

I stayed here for 3–4 days and overall had a decent experience. The hotel interior and bedroom were really nice, comfortable, and well-designed. However, cleanliness could be improved, and some basic amenities that guests would normally expect in the room were missing. The welcoming experience could also be better, as one staff interaction felt a little unwelcoming. With better attention to cleanliness, providing essential in-room amenities, and a warmer approach to guests, I believe the hotel could offer a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience. There is definitely good potential, and I hope to see these improvements in the future.

Stayed with my Wife recently, parking was easy, instantly got upgraded rooms (top floor) and free breakfast for each day of our stay (guests of the day). Thank you 👊 I'm usually quite hesitant to pay for breakfast, as I'm plant based ( vegan ) but so happy they offered it to us for free. They had plenty of plant based options, including dairy free milk. It was honestly the best hotel breakfast buffet I've ever been to. Almost forgot the 24/7 access gym (with fruit for guests in the lobby) We used to stay at the Best Western when visiting Amsterdam, we have now been converted Leonardo Royal 🫡 Til next time

We stayed here over 3 nights in July and loved our stay. We had booked a suite so were on the top floor with great views of the canal and the city. The hotel is very modern and looks and is maintained very clean. It’s only across the street from a metro stop but unfortunately it was under repair by the city so we had to walk a little but that was good for our family. Would love to stay here again!
