From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and happy with our choice. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and enthusiasm. Check in was very simple and convenient due to the self check in system. Mariana was wonderful from the moment we walked up. After check out she aided us in checking our bags until we left later that afternoon for our flight. The overall trip and stay was a success.
I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A special thank you to Ioana, the accommodation manager, for her kindness, patience, and support. She was incredibly helpful and made my experience even more enjoyable. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so pleasant. Highly recommended!
We had a great stay here. Room was big and spacious as well as a large and good bathroom. The only downside is that the room service we booked for one day didn’t happen but staff at the reception apologised and it was fixed in the afternoon. I will recommend this hotel!
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The app not so easy to get things done through!! Self check-in quick and easy. Breakfast pricy unless your a big eater but food ok for a buffet. Views are great from the top and whilst being on the edge of a park is a nice change from the city 7-12min walk to a tram. BOLT taxi service were difficult and not a single trip I could get a pick up. Wi-Fi is open without password. Good selection of TV channels. Hairdryer and iron also included. No robes or slippers !
A good hotel with a convenient location. It’s right next to a beautiful park, and there’s easy public transport to the city centre. The parking at the hotel is also a big plus, especially if you’re travelling by car. The room was nice, cosy and had everything we needed. I especially liked the convenient location of the power outlets — it was easy to charge several devices. The only downside was the bed linen, which had a rather strange smell, as if the detergent or fabric softener had a very strong and unusual fragrance. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a little unpleasant. The staff were fine and everything went smoothly. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.
