Jaz In The City Amsterdam

I stayed here as I needed to be in the area for a conference. It was a lovely hotel! Clean and spacious rooms, the staff were friendly and helpful too. It was also close by to metro and train stations for easy access to the city centre.

I've never been disappointed by this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very friendly. On my first visit, we were even upgraded to a magnificent suite!!! The rates are more affordable than in the city center, but the hotel is very well connected and the location is quiet. The view on the city is very good too !!

I have stayed at this hotel several times now, and it is always a pleasant experience overall. I really like the design—from the welcoming lobby to the functional yet cosy rooms. The Highlights: The Rooms: I highly recommend requesting a room with a view facing the fields rather than the stadium/courtyard side. It’s lovely to sit in the cosy window seats with a drink and work on your laptop. The Bathrooms: Very functional, featuring a separate toilet and shower, which I appreciate immensely. The Breakfast: Excellent as always. The omelette station, in particular, is highly recommended. The Downsides: Check-in & Booking System: The only real disadvantage is the booking system—or perhaps the staff's ability to navigate it. While the receptionists are perfectly friendly, checking in takes absolute ages. They often struggle to find reservations, pull up the wrong guest data from the database, or mistakenly try to charge you two or three times for the same booking. This process definitely needs to be streamlined. Verdict: Despite the check-in hiccups, this remains my absolute favourite hotel in the Bijlmermeer area (Bijlmer ArenA), where standard, charmless chain hotels are otherwise the norm.

basically a nice hotel but we could not get a shower that delivers warm water longer than 1 minute! So once one stood wet and soaped in there the water supply ended!Not even cold was available,so it was wash it all off at the sink which luckily did spend water like it should. We asked polite for repair,but nothing happened.
