Staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped with free minibar and very clean. The rooftop Spanish restaurant is definitely a must, excellent food and drinks. Location also great, next to bus and train stations. Bike rental also available there. Definitely recommend!

We were in the middle of an intense Amsterdam heatwave, and as a mom with a toddler, comfort wasn't optional, it was urgent. We live in Netherlands too. Indoor temps at home were creeping toward 30°C, which is genuinely unsafe for little ones. I called almost every hotel in the city searching for early check-in and *real* air conditioning (because let's be honest, in Amsterdam, "airco" often just means "climate control" that barely makes a dent.) This hotel was the exception. From the first call, the team was warm, attentive, and just *got it*. They made it effortless. And then they exceeded every expectation: a beautiful upgrade, a sleek, modern space that felt like an actual sanctuary from the heat outside. One of the team members even gave my toddler a little doll, he's kept it as his sleep companion ever since. Anyone who knows Dutch hospitality knows it can be famously no-frills.. so this level of care genuinely stood out. Beyond belief, honestly. We'll absolutely be back. ✨

Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, and our room was spotless and very well maintained. The location was perfect, with both the metro and tram just a short walk away, making it easy and quick to get anywhere in the city. It was also very convenient for the airport, which made traveling even easier. One thing we particularly appreciated was the smooth check-in process. We completed the online check-in before arrival, and when we got to the hotel, all we had to do was stop by the reception desk and collect our room key, which made everything quick and hassle-free. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay.
