The unique The July - Twenty Eight offers a new hotel/apartment concept with spacious, comfortable design apartments combined with the service and facilities of a luxury hotel. We've stayed at a number of hotels around the US and several in Europe and Ireland. The July Twenty Eight exceeded our expectations and was easily top five of all our stays anywhere. The accommodations are nice and clean. But it was the staff that set this place apart. The staff was amazing! For example, we were there to attend a sporting event at the Bosbaan and our youngest came along. It was her birthday on one of the days we were there and since we had to provide passports for all guests, the July Twenty Eight staff knew my daughter's birthday. They left a hand written birthday note on her birthday with a free cupcake to a local bakery. It's that kind of attention to detail that sets this place apart.
Phenomenal stay! Sauna was a dream, 1 hour private session with a great gym next door too.
Easy bus to and from AMS airport o your doorstep- tram is available to the city centre.

We had a great stay at July Hotel Amsterdam. Our apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
A special thank you to Idel Silva for his outstanding service. When we left the hotel, we had to leave behind our EV charging cable after it became stuck in the charging station. Idel went above and beyond to help us recover it. He stayed in touch with us, coordinated with the technicians to have the cable released, and arranged for it to be sent back to us.
His dedication, communication, and follow-through were exceptional. This level of customer care is rare, and it made a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Idel, for your truly 7-star service!
This hotel, a bit off the city center, was perfect for our large luggage after a long cruise. The hotel watched our luggage while we explored. A streetcar stop outside made it easy to reach the city center or major museums. We walked back a couple of times through Vondel Park, a lovely area. The room had a kitchen, a grocery store a block away, and a good Italian restaurant (Bella Ciao) nearby. If you prefer a quiet place with public transportation access, this is a solid choice.
The rooms feel new, fresh, and super clean. The staff was extremely friendly. When you reserve the sauna, you get the sauna, a lounging room, and a large shower facility all to yourself for an hour -- it was quite amazing. The neighborhood is quieter but lovely with some great restaurants. It is well-located about 25 min from the airport and then 15-25 minutes from the city center. We loved it here and can't stop raving about our visit!
