We came here after a couple of cold days camping, I had seen this hotel years ago and thought it was unique. We were on our travels and thought we would treat ourselves to a stay here. The bed was massive and probably the most comfy bed we have ever slept in. Location was great as we had our electric bikes. The shower in the middle of the room was a unique feature. Parking was easy to find a space, the view was good. The breakfast wasn't the best, but it was okay. Glad we stayed here.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Was here for one night on a business trip. Looks impressive (Tower with views over nothing really interesting), dated, shower was almost broken, air con wasn't functioning throughout the hotel and all the rooms when stayed, needs serious refurbishment. Location is useless, in the middle of nowhere with no nearby restaurants or bars in walking distance. Avoid.
Been to the restaurant at 17 or 18 floor i forgot, great view but i feel like the table for 2 people isnt safe (it keeps moving and if you put your arms in the table, the table can turn around) and the chair is ok for asian like me, but if you are european body, i recommend you to sit in the sofa. The food was so so. I mean, i expected more than this, because ive tried in France with the same price and they have better taste of food.
Rooms are a neat concept with a tube shower in the center of the room. That was a highlight. Price vs value, not worth it. Rooms do not have refrigerators. There are also no ice machines at all on the property. There is no glassware at all in the room, just small (really small) cardboard cups. Staff is fantastic. Based on my hotel history, location and value for money dont add up on this one. Overpriced, flashy but lackluster. (We are staying on the executive floor,15)
Our check in experience was really smooth and pleasant. The staff welcomed us warmly and everything felt easy and well organized from the start, which gave us a great first impression. We went for dinner later in the evening, and this part was a bit mixed for us. The dishes didn’t fully match what we expected from the menu. The pasta didn’t have much flavor and tasted more like a simple tomato based sauce, and the prawns were quite chewy. Because of that, we weren’t completely satisfied with the food. We shared this feedback with the manager in a polite and friendly way, and she was incredibly understanding, fair, and professional about it. What really stood out was how she handled the situation. At the end of the evening, just as we were about to leave, she surprised us with a bottle of wine as a kind gesture. That honestly meant so much to us and completely changed the tone of the experience.
