Corendon Amsterdam New-west, A Tribute Portfolio.

I really enjoyed my stay here in July 2026, my family of 3 stayed in family room and absolutely found this hotel to be a haven. The no 2 tram was so handy and great for a nice scenic view to and from Amsterdam centre (took around 20 mins). The spa and pool was good and my daughter could use the pool before 12, we used it twice. The 24 hour shop was handy for last min drinks and snacks and you can self serve. The restaurant was so good and was definitely fine dining, so not cheap but we enjoyed two meals here. I had the snapper and yuka fries which was a nice change and I also had the beef tacos, so food. The parmesan fries were to die for. I really liked the cocktail bar and the bartender girl was happy to make us drinks nor on the menu. I loved the Paloma, really nice! The service staff were very friendly and left our PJs folded and always said hello ok the corridors. It isn't central and is easily accessed by Metro or Tram. Small comments, the blinds made horrendous noises opening and closing at night and at 7am and the bathroom sensor meant the bathroom light went off mid shower or if you didn't move for 20 secs getting ready. Cue waiving and dancing 😂 Definitely would recommend.

I had the great pleasure of staying in the Corendon Boeing 737 Suite. A truly fantastic experience for any aviation enthusiast. The suite is magnificent and clean. You can try out and experience everything right there on the plane. It would be nice if the guests treated the airplane with care so that many more people can enjoy it. Overall, the hotel is a lovely place; the pool, restaurant, and staff are all excellent. A big thank you to Paulina for the great check-in and for taking so much time to ensure I had a wonderful stay. And thanks to Dorsa, too. The King Room is the same size as a standard double, so the bed feels slightly oversized for the space, but otherwise it was very good. There’s no balcony or outdoor space in the room. Room service was very fast and we couldn’t fault the snacks. We got chips and a hummus dish. For €22, the room service convenience was fair enough—the portions were a good size and both of us were content. The service always came with a friendly smile. When we asked for a toothbrush kit or razor kit, it was handled quickly and without fuss. When we asked housekeeping for clean towels, the staff member kindly provided a full set—bath, hand, and floor towels. It’s the little things like that people really appreciate. We were also offered extra water, which felt thoughtful and reassuring. The hotel has a swimming pool with about four to six loungers and a low-temperature infrared sauna. In other areas, there’s a Turkish bath, a beach-style lounging area, and two saunas—one dry and one with steam and essential oils. The lobby is well laid out, with a small computer area for a business centre and a high table with seating for around eight people if you want to work there. We didn’t eat in the main restaurant, but it looked like it would be nice. The spa area itself was pleasant, although the steam room was broken when we were there. You do need swimwear and flip-flops, but they sell them for €8 and they come in all sizes (EU 39, 42, etc.). The location is very good. The Number 2 tram is just around the corner, about a two-minute walk beside the police station, and it goes straight into the city centre.
