Apollofirst Boutique Hotel

This beautiful hotel is a dream. We used to live around the corner, and i was back for a visit. So glad I chose to stay at Apollofirst for my week in Amsterdam. Besides its perfect location to ‘live like a local’ the rooms are so comfortable and thought out. Staff were amazingly friendly and the inner courtyard was a peaceful respite. Thank you so much for having me! Definitely consider this gem for a stay in Amsterdam.

Fabulous hotel. Amazing staff. And great location. We stayed for 4 nights and honestly felt like we’d found the perfect hotel - lots of character, beautiful room with balcony overlooking the little garden, a breakfast to keep you going all day, and not even a 5min walk to nearest tram stop - getting you to the hear of the city in under 10mins, and even closer to the museum quarter. Of an evening it’s a lovely stroll to Vondelpark, for a beer or two in the charming cafe/restaurant. Chic and soohisticated whilst being charming and comfortable.

Hotel overall was very nice. The breakfast was great, a little pricey, but great. In our room, the TV didn't really work for more than a few minutes. They AC continuously had a buzzing sound go off every few minutes. The towel warmer did not work and the bathroom fan came on, but the room became very foggy every time we showered. The bed was a little too hard for my personal liking but that is to each his own. These things are fixable, and overall didn't diminish our stay. It is in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Would stay again.

Perfect stay for a perfect city trip! The hotel and the service were impeccable, and so welcoming. The room was gorgeous and the outside courtyard such a delight for evening drinks or a perfect morning breakand. Beautiful, calm location in easy walking distance from picturesque locations. We walked a lot but there's actually a direct tram to the center right around the corner. Would LOVE to stay again 🥰
