You will be picked up from your preferred location by our driver, then at 7:00 AM you will start your discovery trip heading to your first location, Petra city.
At 10AM you will be arriving to Petra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the SEVEN WONDERS OF THE WORLD built in the 3rd century BC by the Nabataeans. Upon arriving there, you will get to explore the ancient city and discover its most significant locations. -the Djinn blocks, three enormous squat monuments, standing guard beside the path, they take their name from the Arabic word for spirit, the source of the English word 'genie'. Other than the fact they were built by Nabataeans in the 1st century AD, little is known about their why or wherefore. -Petra treasury, “Al Khazna” Almost 40 meters high and intricately decorated with Corinthian capitals, friezes, figures and more, the purpose of the Treasury is unclear, However, the most recent excavation here has unearthed a graveyard beneath the Treasury. -The famous “Siq” and Water Canals. Many other captivating locations will be waiting for you to discover in the beautiful city of Petra.
After a full day of fun and discovery in the historical city of Petra, gladly we will drive you back to Amman city and drop you off at your preferred location.

I went with my partner from the Amman to Petra and the whole experience was wonderful. The communication before hand was great, and we were collected on time as arranged. Our driver Nidal was so knowledgeable and friendly, not only did he give us information on Petra itself, but was so happy to share stories and facts about Bedouin culture and Jordan in general. The car was clean and we were give ample time for stops and photo opportunities if we wanted them. I highly recommended this tour to anyone visiting Petra.
Hassan Al-Khateeb from Yes Jordan Tours was our tour guide for the day and we had an incredible trip. From waiting to collect us from the airport with a personalised sign, to complimentary bottled water throughout the day and thoughtful rest stops, to free WiFi throughout the journey, his hospitality and professionalism were second to none. We first visited the Dead Sea and had a morning of tranquil luxury including mud rub and salt scrub before floating in the early morning sun. On the drive to Petra we stopped to take in the breathtaking views and saw the phenomenal natural beauty of the desert. In Petra, we were guided by a knowledgeable local who explained the history of the city whilst pointing out many fascinating sites. This was a tremendous day we will never forget and we cannot recommend the experience, and Hassan, highly enough.
Petra tour was amazing. It was truly an exceptional experience. Hassan Al-Khateeb was very knowledgable and made the journey unforgettable. He is a very good and skillful driver. I travel solo and so thankful to Nidal to be my guide. Car was very comfortable, he gave me to Petra wi fi router, so i could easily find him, we went to the best experience in my life in the Wadi Rum desert. When I needed charger he bought special one. We went to Petra and Wadi rum on a day trip with Khalil and it was wonderful. He is really friendly and took very good care of us. Everything was very well organised and we were able to do so much in a day. Khalil is also very considerate and does everything he can to make you feel comfortable!

I travelled with a colleague to from Amman to Petra, on to Wadi Rum and back to Amman in one day in autumn 2022. Petra and Wadi Rum are 'must see's' while visiting Jordan. Yes Jordan Tours went above and beyond to make my dream of visiting Petra come true. My driver Jawdat picked me up from the hotel at 7 am, drove to Wadi Musa for 3 hours and back to the hotel for another 3 hours , all while providing a safe and accommodating environment the whole way. I booked my private trip through Expedia and Jawdat immediately reached out to me to make sure I stay up to date. He was also extremely responsive and punctual whenever I had a question or a concern. The ride was very clean and comfortable at a very reasonable cost!! Our driver / guide Hazem is super .He is knowledgeable , enthusiastic , keen to share his knowledge and most obliging to help us . He made us comfortable by taking our time to see and enjoy the sights , bring the most patient driver we ever had. He is enthusiastic and love to show the best side of his country to the visitors. We had only 24 hours in Jordan to see Petra, and this tour made it so easy. We were picked up from where we stayed in Amman by our lovely driver Hasan Alkhateeb in the morning. He made everything so easy, making sure we had everything we needed to get the most out of the day. He also explained the sites we passed during the drive. We stopped for breakfast at a place he knew which was delicious and had lovely shopping too. We made it to Petra by midday and spent the best 6.5 hours there with a local tour guide, which was fantastic. An unforgettable experience. Our driver even was happy to stay past our scheduled time to leave so we could enjoy Petra for longer. We then were picked up for the drive home with fresh water and it’s so relaxing this way. Highly recommend!!
We got in touch with Khalil a few days prior to reaching Amman. It was the best decision my wife and I could have made. He curated the whole trip baised on our requirements. And added his own unique touch to make the trip a special one. His hospitality, knowledge and experience showed throughout the journey. A warm reception, at the start of the day, he got us geared for our adventure, offering us Wifi, a quick Coffee/Tea during the drive, a quick local snack/Breakfast bite, and away we went. The car was comfortable,well mainted and suited us. Khalil happily offered all his experience and knowledge during the long drive to Petra from Amman and back. Time appropriate Restroom haults. A small brief before entering Petra about the Do's/Dont's and options. Which was very helpful. We had an amazing day trip. If we had more time we would have exercised the option of spending the night at Wadi Rum. Thank you Khalil, this was one our most memorable days.

Fantastic trip to Petra. My driver Hasan Alkhateeb was at my accommodation at 7am sharp and had everything prepared. During the three-hour drive, Hasan told me a lot of information about the area, which I really liked. All in all, I can only recommend the day tour with Hasan.
