What a fantastic trip. Our guide Mohammed was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and made our trip very memorable. We were able to see many places, but nothing felt rushed. Everything was very well managed so there were no delays in pickups or drop-offs. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit Jordan!

Mohamed was the best. Always pleasing and doing his best. The car was always clean, with wipes and he offered stops and water. We patient. Keep flowing Mohamed.

It saddens me to leave this type of review, as we usually have wonderful experiences everywhere we go. Unfortunately, the 2 stars reflects how our experience was handled by Flow Travel. The actual visit of Jordan was wonderful, as the beauty of this country already sells itself. Our main driver and pseudo tour guide Ala'a Alrfaie gave us 5 star service from beginning to end. He was wonderful and a pleasure to have during our time with him. Unfortunately, the problem was at the beginning. We were supposed to be picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel, as advertised. The company knew our time of arrival, as confirmed previously. However, on arrival, we had no communication as to where to go and who to expect. After multiple attempts to contact the company, Mohamed finally responded and said someone would meet us. No mention where. So we went thru Passport Control, paid the 80JD ($112), and proceeded to baggage hoping to find someone. Finally found the representative Rami who apologized, because according to him, they did not expect us until several hours later, even though his paper clearly stated our correct arrival time. He then said that he was calling our group name out loud (we actually passed each other at Passport Control), but he was calling another persons name that would be part of our whole group instead of my name as listed. On top of that, after finding us, we were told to wait for several more hours for the arrival of the other group that would join us on the tour. That was not supposed to happen, so we declined and requested to be taken to our hotel as advertised. They tried charging us extra just to get picked up. We asked why would we pay more for a service that was supposed to happen that was originally paid for already. So they finally agreed and sent a driver to pick us up. We still waited over 1.5 hours at the airport until we were picked up. Lastly, we found out that we were not supposed to pay the additional fees for the visa, as the rest of the group who was picked up later that day told us that they were greeted at the Passport Control and was given the visas without additional fees. I brought this up to Mohamed and Rami, and asked them to do the right thing and resolve our issue. The company made an honest mistake in not being ready to receive us on arrival. But we ended up paying an additional $112 for visas they should have taken care of. We waited over 1.5 hours at the airport to get picked up, after they tried charging us extra to send a driver that should have been there on time to begin with. No accountability. Apologies yes. But no offer to make it right. I waited over 1 week after we returned home for them to do something. I have contacted them repeatedly and have been patient and professional. This is now my recourse to let others know about this company’s integrity. Mistakes happen, even with poor to zero communication we were patient. But they have refused to do the right thing. Let this be a warning. We DO NOT RECOMMEND FLOW TRAVEL. Please choose another tour company for Jordan.

We had a great time with the tour of Jordan. We did this as an extension of an 8 day tour of Egypt with Nourbelle Tours. The Jordan segment was arranged with Flo tours. Our tour guide was Ala'a Alrfaie and he was with us the entire tour. Our group included five persons including my wife, daughter and myself. It was a very inclusive tour for just five days and we could have spent another couple of days and found it engaging. We really saw a lot, thanks to the itinerary and our excellent tour guide who kept us moving efficiently through the sites, spending the appropriate amount of time at each site and moving efficiently to the next. Site specific guides were provided at Petra and Jerash (on a one day extension). Ala'a really knew the territory and how to support the group, keep us healthy, fed and happy. He seemed to know everyone at the many sites we visited and was always punctual in picking us up after each visit. We had some special needs and some might have found us frustrating to support on a tour; but Ala'a was patient and supportive through it all. We highly recommend this tour and itinerary especially with Ala'a as a guide. We were very happy that we planned an extra day so we could visit Jerash, Ajloun Castle and another day at any of the sites would have been great too.

Flow was our in country coordinator for a 5 day trip to explore the highlights of historic Jordan. They executed flawlessly from pickup to drop off. Our driver Azmi was genuinely committed to ensuring we got the most out of each stop and helped adjust timelines when we wanted to dive deeper into amazing sights like Petra and Jerash. He even found us a genuine local gourmet spice shop- not a tourist trap- to pick up some local flavors to bring back for our foodie sons.

The first part of Desert Kingdoms & Nile Treasures Expedition via TourRadar. The Jordan part of the trip was via Flow Travel. Their confirmed itinerary for the whole trip was perfect and delivered 5 days before the tour started. I was a little concerned the initial noted hotels were old and dated and the reviews very average, but happy to report Flow have changed these hotels some time ago and I can confirm on the whole very comfortable accommodation: E.g Amman Tulip Golden Plaza Dead Sea Spa and Resort – a bit tired but great facilities Wadi Rum Sharah Camp (not so luxurious….but it’s the experience of a tent LOL) Petra Quattro – very nice We went to the Ampitheatre, Citidel in Amman, The Dad Sea, Mt Nebo, Madaba, Wadi Rum and Amazing Petra! Our tour driver and semi guide was Azmi. He’s not allowed to guide on site, but is very knowledgeable and shares as much information as possible beforehand. Azmi was terrific! We only had a Petra Tour guide for 2 hours onsite included in the price which we found was quite sufficient. Azmi was fabulous -he helped us buy water at local shops and also came to pick me up to go to a pharmacy when my knee was playing up. He ensured we felt safe and happy, and I’m sure he was a key contributor to why we enjoyed Jordan so much. Hands down 5/5. Highly recommend Flow Travel and especially if you have Azmi as your Driver guide.

We spent 5 days with Adli who guided us through the main spots in Jordan. Adli made us do a truly Jordan tour: local places and activities, keeping us away from any kind of scams. All the time we felt safe and always having fun. In these days we visited Petra, little Petra, Wadi Rum, Madaba, Nebo, Dead Sea, Amman with no rush but only enjoying. We also wished to make some changes on the tour along the way and he always found good solutions for us, as well as one time we had a major issue (lost passports!!) and he helped us out until we solved the problem. Highly recommended!!

I had 5 full days touring Jordan. Each day was full and different. Day 1 was north from Amman to visit Umm Qais, Ajloun Castle and Jerash. Day 2 was driving to Petra with a stop at Mt. Nebo and the Petra By Night. Day 3 was a full day at Petra. Day 4 started with a restful morning then a drive to Wadi Rum for a 4WD tour and stargazing. Day 5 was at the Dead Sea. Throughout the whole tour I was very well looked after by Flow Travel. I was assigned a driver and private car. The driver, Mowafaq (meaning Lucky in Arabic) was excellent. He got me where I needed to go in comfort. He made sure to ask me what i needed. He hired private guides at all the required sites. Throughout the whole tour he was friendly and cheerful. I had a great time in Jordan - seeing so many places from the far north to the far south. If you plan to travel in Jordan then I can recommend Flow Travel.

Our driver Kiswani was really good and drove us around the country during our trip. He has a great taste for music and is a fun person. His car is comfortable and was always clean. We took so many photos and enjoyed our time in Jordan immensely. It’s a beautiful country filled with great food, scents, and incredible people.

The main reason for Jordan, has always been Petra as I am in a quest to visit all the 7 wonders😆 but Jordan is more than just Petra to be totally honest. The itinerary prepared for us intrigued our excitement from the very start. Our journey started in Amman greeted by Rami. Unfortunately the weather has not been in agreement with me. I was not prepared for it, since we arrived from Cairo, the weather surprisingly a lot colder even at midday. I immediately getting the cold so my best lesson is check the weather for the trip upfront, dress accordingly! 4 hours trip to Petra was not disappointing, Petra was astonishing as expected. Muhammad, our tour guide is the walking encyclopedia for Petra, Wadi Musa, he left no stone unturned when it comes to Petra and he took the best pictures of us🫰🏻we enjoy his session tremendously. Our best company in Jordan definitely has to be Muwafaq, our transporter from airport, to Petra, to Wadi Rum & definitely to Dead Sea. He spoilt us, accomodating us to whichever fits our preference without jeopardizing the schedule. He’s the star of Flow Travel & Tour definitely🫶🏻 At the very last day, we had a glimpse of Palestine from Mount Nebo. From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free. Amin. We arrived in Jordan and were meet by Joe our driver. Joe was fluent in English , Arabic and Turkish. Joe did a phenomenal job translating, and organizing our tours at Jerash, Petra and Wadi Rum. We had Joe for Four days and felt completely safe. As Americans going to the Middle East with the conflict in Gaza we were hesitant on going. Joe made us feel welcome. As we drove through Jordan he gave us the history of the Jordan and what we were seeing. He was great for conversations and stopping for a quick photo opportunity. I would, without hesitation, recommend Flow Travel. They took care of us from the start to the end of the tour. Abood Abudayyeh our tour guide, and Amer our driver, were just excellent. Not only were they helpful and caring during the tour; We will always be grateful to them for their unwavering help when we had a medical situation in the ‘middle-of-nowhere’ Jordan. Even though it was in the middle of the night, they dropped everything to be with us in our time of need. It was customer service beyond the call of duty. What more can one ask for…

We left as a couple my husband and I, but in Jordan we found a group of exceptional friends with whom we shared our holiday, between laughter and culture, in particular we met an extraordinary person, Rakan was not only our guide these days, but he immersed us in the culture of his country, told us stories with an incredible passion and was always present for every need to make us live an unforgettable experience.

My girlfriend and I went on a 5-day tour of Jordan. We started from Petra and then moved to the wonderful Wadi Rum desert. Later we also visited the Dead Sea and bustling Amman. Everything was very nice and quiet thanks to our Guide Adli Abu Sarhan who was really always available and ready to help us!

Our quartet was welcomed from the moment we arrived, during all the tours until the end of the expedition, by the dear and attentive Kiswani. The car is comfortable and impeccable in cleanliness and safety. Our driver Kiswani is very punctual, friendly, attentive and organized. We had a very pleasant experience. Five days around Jordan in search of the main attractions, very well organized and exhaustive. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience! Rami met us at the airport and even helped us withdraw money from the ATM. Then he took us with Ahmed who was our guide and driver throughout the trip (he has excellent Spanish, very fluent!) he made us feel at home, safe and accompanied the entire time. He was attentive to every detail and made our trip an unforgettable experience. Although it is a time of conflict in the neighboring country, I can tell you that we feel completely safe in Jordan, there is no type of impact there, you can travel safely and help keep tourist activity running in the country.
