Strongly recommend Mr Omran Brkawi, if you're planning to travel to Jordan! He's extremely professional and experienced and would assure the best service possible, be it with hotels and accommodations or with an itinerary or with a fleet of cars and drivers.

This trip to Jordan was amazing! Our driver, Omran Brkawi, made everything fun and unforgettable. He was nice, always knew the best places, and told us so many cool stories about Jordan! The Dead Sea was so weird but awesome! You just float, and it's like nothing I’ve ever felt before. Then we went to Petra—walking around for 6 hours sounds like a lot, but it was so beautiful that I didn’t even mind! At the end, I got to ride a donkey up the stairs, which was scary but totally worth it. Wadi Rum was my favorite, especially at night. We went stargazing, and it was literally the best place to see falling stars. And diving in the Gulf of Aqaba was incredible too; I saw so many colorful fish underwater. Also, Jordanian food is so good! Omran took us to the best places to eat. If you ever go to Jordan, you have to go with Omran. He made this trip the best ever!

We were a group of E and our agreement with Omran was for a sedan. But he took us on a van - which was so much more comfortable. Omran took good car of us - taking us to good restaurants where we were able to have good Jordanian food . The cars were always in good condition with good ac. The Wadi Rum experience that we booked with him was also great value. In the end he gave us a surprise gift at the end - a glass bottom tour through the Red Sea. We enjoyed Jordan and I would highly recommend Omran’s service

Went to Amman for a short trip through Jordan Day Tour and More. My travel was very well organized and special thanks to the tour manager Omran. We got a good driver with English speaking and very helpful through out the trip. All places was covered and very well managed. Highly recommended to use this agency for any Amman trips.

We had Omran and his team for 4 days. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, very good at communication and very kind . He was full of good suggestions and went above and beyond the duties of a driver. As two Srilankan/British women he was concerned about our safety and always made us feel comfortable. He recommended a fantastic Wadi Rum camp which was so superior to the one we had initially chosen. He treated us to a wonderful boat ride on the Red Sea. He was full of recommendations and would check in with you regularly and nothing was too much for him. We would definitely recommend Omran 100%, he made our trip extra special and we feel like he is now a friend . We will certainly tell all our friends and if you need a driver, look no further!!

Based on the previous reviews we were excited to book this tour. Omran’s local knowledge, expertise and his driver network certainly cannot be faulted. However, we were very disappointed with the Wadi Rum part of the tour, which we were asked to pay an additional USD 100 pp to include dinner, bubble tent, breakfast and a jeep tour. The camp we stayed at (on other travel websites) was rated 1-star and USD 25 pp! The accommodation was extremely basic and breakfast was simply the leftovers from dinner the night before. This ended up being more than what we paid for a 2-night 5-star stay at the Hilton Dead Sea! The issue here is not the quality of accommodation, but the prices charged. Overall we cannot fault the safety and expertise on this tour. However there is an issue with pricing, given that we paid essentially 750 USD for a 4-day taxi service with some stops along the way, which did not include entrance fees, accommodation or guide costs. I certainly would not want others to fall into the same trap.

For the 5th time I was in Jordan. In 2014 I found our driver Omran via internet and since than I go with relatives and friends. And every time Omran is our driver or he arrange a good driver for us. I still visit new places in Jordan. Now in March we had great time again. But it was not very busy with tourists because of the war in Gaza. I Will tell you all that Jordan is save to go!!

Perfect service and amazing organization We landed in Amman and spent one night there,the day after the driver drove us to Petra and finally Wadi Rum desert 🏜️ We had an incredible experience sleeping in the booble room and the jeep tour!

Jordan day tours and more is the company name and we certainly got more!! Omran met us at the airport when we arrived and the next day our tour started with the sights of Amman and mt Nebo then past the Dead Sea and into Petra. Omran knew all the good spots for shopping and photos including a glorious sunset. We were treated to Turkish coffees on the way. From Petra we went to Wadi Rum tasting fresh hot flat bread and falafel on the way. Omran organized a great stay at a desert camp that included a delicious traditional dinner and breakfast. The jeep tour was a highlight of the trip. As a surprise on the way back to the Dead Sea Omran took a detour to Aqaba and a trip on a glass bottom boat. I cannot recommend Omran and his company highly enough. If you want to see the real Jordan use this company. Absolutely the best value for money.

I travelled to Jordan for one week in January with my parents and Omran took us around this wonderful country with his extremely comfortable van. I understand that people might be reluctant to travel to Jordan under the current circumstances, but, trust me, this is perfectly safe and you will in fact be able to enjoy Petra or the Wadi Rum without the usual crowds of tourists. Omran is reliable, super friendly, gave us plenty of useful tips (restaurants, sites, etc) and made sure we always felt safe and treated like family. A fantastic experience, so please do not hesitate to trust him and let him drive/guide you through the wonders of his country.

Our driver and guide made this trip above and beyond excellent. He was very knowledgeable and showed us many things in excess to our intended sightseeing. He was very safe and protective, which was a high concern of mine, being the father of our family. He introduced us also to local foodand was very helpful for us experiencing the country. We found this driver OMRAN BRKAWI -based on other reviews. When he picked us up from the airport, he was waiting for us, for several hours, unfortunately because our plane was delayed. He packed us in his van and we headed off for the Hilton downtown for the night. This guy is really a laugh a minute. We talked about the planned itinerary I had in his comments, led to some adjustments that were helpful. He really knows the country like the back of his hand. Everywhere we went, he knew some people. We needed something, he made it happen. he figured out ways to save us money. He had insight about all of our hotel options. He picked us good places to eat at a good price. I think what’s most important is that he knew the place that is safe to go and the places that it’s not safe to go. he knew what tourist destinations and options were good, which ones were not so useful or worthy. He took us on some back roads that we never would have found. He’s on my permanent list for the next time we come back he will be our man. Yes, he drives like Mario Andretti, but we never felt unsafe. In a country full of crazy drivers, he navigated the roads perfectly.

My friend and I (2 girls) travelled through Jordan (Amman, Madaba, Petra, Little Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Jerash) for a week with Jordan Day Tour and More and I would highly recommend them. We had Mr Omran (the owner) himself driving us for some of the dates and a couple of other drivers for the rest of the journey. Everything was very well organised so the change of drivers was not problematic at all - all the drivers were reliable and professional. Omran remained the main point of contact for us throughout and he always responded promptly to any questions we had through WhatsApp (and in person when he was driving us). He also gave us great recommendations and advice (where to exchange money, which restaurants, which activities/tours to go for /prioritise). As a result we could make the most of the week we had in Jordan. Also, we felt very safe - with what's going on in the region, we almost cancelled our holiday but we were really glad we went. Jordanians were very welcoming and there was no safety concern.

Omran was a helpful and responsive driver who gave us many tips about where to go, eat and drink. His English is perfect. He was flexible with timings too with reasonable rates. He had a couple of other drivers in his network who assisted us who were also friendly and helpful. Would recommend others to use his services and explore Jordan's beautiful landscape. There may be concerns in the media about its proximity to the middle East conflict but these are misguided, once you arrive here you feel relaxed and safe.

From the time my wife and I arrived in Jordan we were treated with nothing but kindness and care from each of our drivers. They were kind and gave us suggestions and advice which we used during our five day stay in Jordan. They were patient with us and picked us up at the time we asked for and even were willing to wait and adjust the time if needed. I would highly recommend this company to our family and friends.

My husband and I just returned from our amazing Jordan trip. I organised the trip with Omran via email and he could not have been more accommodating and helpful. On arrival in Amman, Omran promptly picked us up from the airport and drove us to Aqaba for a relaxing couple of days. Before he left Aqaba, Omran took us out to a lovely fish restaurant for dinner. We had so much fun in Wadi Rum and Petra is truly amazing. After Petra another lovely driver picked us up to take us back to Amman via Shobak and Karak Castles. During our trip Omran checked in with us every day to ensure we were happy and everything was going well. There is a saying "to go an extra mile"... Well that doesn't apply to Omran. He went 100 000 extra miles to provide me and my mum with possibly best quality of service. We felt extremely well taken care of throughout the whole journey. Amman, Jerash, Mount Nebo, Bethany, Madaba, Dead Sea, Dana, Petra, Wadi Rum were our destination but the actual drive from or to each of these places made a very unique experience. Omran made an effort and showed us places we could not find in the travel guide books. I want to thank for every little and big gesture of his generosity which went far beyond my expectations. We booked Omran for a Taylor made trip around Jordan. We covered: 1. Jerash 2. Madaba & mount nebo 3. Dead Sea 4. Petra 5. Amman Omran and his team adjusted my itinerary to see more than what we expected and chose times to visit sites when they was quiet. The vehicles are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The drivers are very professional and interaction whilst driving made the journeys go quick.

Omran and his team of drivers were great for our first time in Jordan. Omran picked us up on the first day and took us down the Kings Highway, stopping for local Jordanian coffee and telling us about Jordan and its history. He knows all the best spots and took us to have Turkish coffee, a fantastic lunch in Madaba, and falafel just outside of Petra. On the third day Omran arranged a surprise visit to take a glass bottom boat tour in Aqaba. The other drivers Islam and Raed were friendly, professional, and good drivers. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this tour :)

After finding Omran's company with a Google search we organised a bespoke 12 day itinerary through Jordan, with this company providing drivers and our stay in Wadi Rum. We were blown away by how wonderful this country is to visit, and Omran's drivers were punctual and friendly throughout. The cars were comfortable and we appreciated the flexibility with timings. Omran helped us with suggestions for our itinerary which were really helpful. The Wadi Rum hotel night was brilliant, the staff were so so friendly and the desert is amazing. In terms of itinerary we'd 100% recommend Amman, Feynan Ecolodge, Petra and Aqaba in a heartbeat, but we also went to Madaba & Dead Sea and loved it all.

Jordan is an amazing country with beautiful people a rich culture and long history (not to mention great food!) There is a lot to cover in a few days. We could have hired a car to do it ourselves, but using Omran and his team was the best decision we made … why? 1. We had a fantastic trip though Jordan with the great help of Onran! He gave us good advices, helped us organising with time schemes, makes jokes, is very sweet to our 6yr old daughter (spoiling her with little gifts, treats, snacks) and did a small detour to have the best views around Petra! Costs are simular as renting a decent car, and it saved us a lot of hassle. We also had wifi in the car 😊! Many thanks Omran for the great tour!

From arranging our personalized trip details with Omran months before the trip, timely communication and responses before and during the trip, the drivers being 100% flexible with drop-off and pick-up times and extra activities planned on a whim, taking us to great local restaurants and roadside cafes (we had the best falafel sandwich that we’ve ever tasted in life outside of Petra), recommendations and tips on touring each destination without having to hire a guide, and much more. We had door to door service from the moment we arrived at the airport until we were dropped off at the airport 10 days later. On long drives they entertained us with a plethora of information on Jordan and personal stories growing up in different parts of the country, or Israel/Palestine, or let us play loud music and jam, or simply let us sleep lol. I wouldn’t hesitate on booking with Omran again if traveling back to Jordan in the future!

Based on great reviews I decided to ask Omran for a private transfer for our group of 6 people. We wanted to plan a 4 days roadtrip. I visited Jordan few years ago so I had some ideas about our itinerary. I discussed it with Omran by e-mail and we fine-tuned it together. Omran gave us very good additional suggestions. Communication before trip was very smooth. I have to say that Omran is much more than a driver. He's also a tour guide. He took care of us all the time as if we were his family. He prepared several surprises which I don't think we ever forget. Freshly baked local bread he brought to the car in the middle of nowhere. Or invitation to dinner to camp near Petra. Or arranging lunch on a boat in Aqaba. I don't think I remember everything he did for us. He always did something nice and memorable. If you plan to hire private transfer with a driver, then Omran is the best choice.

Excellent tour, full of surprises. I would say it includes 90% of the places to see in all Jordan. All drivers were focused on safety whilst driving, on-time and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the experience, it’s hassle free, no wonder it’s a 5* tour based on reviews so far. Would recommend Omran and his tours versus renting your own car.

It was my first time in Jordan & my sister had booked him as our driver after her extensive research & reading reviews on best drivers in Jordan etc. Omran made our trip so much better because he took care of us as one of his good friends instead of looking at us as another client. He went out of his way multiple time & one was to s 3 hour detour total to take us to Aqaba which was not part of our itinerary because he loves that place so much that he thinks the trip to Jordan can’t complete without a stop there. We came to explore the culture & beauty of Jordan and left with knowing a really good friend in Omran. He clicked as a group and we booked his company for driver & instead of having someone else drive us he made his schedule to drive us during our 6 days in Jordan. I honestly don't know where to start! Lets get the practicalities out of the way: clear communication, professional drivers, polite, punctual and clean. Now lets talk about why my trip to Jordan was much much more than I had ever dreamed - Omran is a great ambassador for his country and the knowledge and love he has for it just makes you fall in love with Jordan too. We spent 5 days in Omran's company and our trip would not have been the same without him. He immersed us into local life and took us of the tourist track. Even, popping in some surprise places that we had missed during our research of Jordan. Something that will make me return soon. By the end of day 1, it felt like I had known Omran for years! And I do hope this is the case for the future. Omran became a good friend and not someone you just meet whilst on holiday. Keep doing what your doing Omran!
