Mohammad of Joyful Roads helped my mother (mid-80s) and I have the most amazing trip to Jordan. He accompanied us for a week as we travelled across the country. My husband and I planned our trip to Jordan and were very lucky to find Mohammad. He gave amazing suggestions for our trip and was great at communicating back and forth on our itinerary. Mohammad is the best person to know when you are visiting Jordan. He extremely trust worthy and highly professional which is what we all expect. It was our first time in Jordan and of course we would worry all kinds of things. Right after walking out the arrival gate, Mohammed was there waiting for us even our plane landed one hour early. I will tell you this was THE BEST travel decision I have ever made. Mohammad helped me refine my itinerary to make the most efficient use of our time. He gave us recommendations of restaurants and hotels, including a camp in Wadi Rum. Take his recommendations! He knows what he's doing. Incredibly Impressive Driver! At the conclusion of May 2025, a quartet from Croatia had the great delight of traveling alongside Mohammad – Joyful Roads Private Car Service. 5 stars don’t seem to be enough for this excellent and exceptional company. Mohammed not only drives you wherever you need to go in a spotless and reliable car - stocked with drinks, snacks and wifi - he also makes suggestions on the way and will make short detours to places of interest that weren’t part of the itinerary. We saw so much more than we originally imagined. If you want the best travel experience, look no further. The price is agreed before hand and paid at the end of the trip. We booked Mohammed for a week and were not disappointed. Having such a safe and knowledgeable driver was priceless. We can’t thank him enough.

Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by Mohammad.  The car was super clean and had a lovely smell. Bonus he had snacks and a few drinks as well. From the flawless Hotel Pickup in Amman to the very kind driver, the entire experience was awesome. Would recommend starting earlier in the morning (such as 5 or 6am) since Petra gets more crowded later in the day. Guides at Petra are fixed at 50 JOD which was useful for photos and explaining the sites. The car was stocked with soda, snacks and water which was appreciated. Our driver, Mohammad was very good. No complaints whatsoever.

We are a very well travelled couple (50+ countries) and have celebrated my 40th birthday in Jordan, with our parents. As we have high standards and expectations when travelling, we have to say that Mohammad surpassed those. Mohammad is extremely kind and attentive, for example he was waiting for us at the airport with big birthday balloons and made a beautiful ‘Happy Birthday’ sign for me; our car was very clean, stocked with water, various drinks, snacks and a fruit basket (he even remembered who drank regular Coke and who drank Diet Coke); during our time on the road, he made sure we only stopped at very clean toilets; we received excellent wifi in the car and a power bank; and so on. Every detail was taken care of. While driving, he was calm, polite and respectful, and responded swiftly if we had any questions. He never tried to upsell us, but rather found ways for us to save money. At all times we and our parents felt safe and at ease with him. Mohammad is very knowledgeable about Jordan and helped us to plan this trip to perfection. We visited the Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and Amman. He was everywhere with us and was available 24/7. We would highly recommend Mohammad to everyone visiting Jordan, especially for the first time. It is not easy to find all information online if you’re not doing an organized group tour, but thanks to Mohammad we seamlessly experienced Jordan and would absolutely come back. Truly a VIP experience.

After deciding to visit Jordan, the question of finding a driver arose. I was very lucky that Mohammad from Joyful Roads agreed to drive me during my 11-days stay there. Before the trip, he helped me a lot in defining the sites to visit and planning the route; the communication with him was perfect, and none of my questions went unanswered. All of this encouraged me to go and to have him as my driver throughout the stay. Once there, everything was perfect, far beyond what I dared to hope for. Mohammad was incredibly dedicated and kind, accommodating my last-minute requests, sometimes waiting for long hours at the sites to give me time to visit and take photos, or stopping at spots along the way to admire beautiful landscapes. It was important to him that my stay in Jordan went as well as possible, and he was always ready to intervene if necessary. The car was in perfect condition, comfortable, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, water, coffee, and snacks for small cravings. Note that he was there every day on time, and his driving was just like him: pleasant and calm, truly no stress at his side. During the trips, he talked to me about his country, local customs, and recommended a few restaurants in the stopover cities. I don’t usually write reviews because I don’t always get the quality of service I want, but I felt compelled to do so with Mohammad. From start to finish, he provided excellent private car service during our trip to Jordan. I tend to get motion sickness in the car, but I never felt a thing when Mohammad drove. He was careful and mindful, making our journeys smooth and enjoyable. He was always polite, friendly, and extremely patient, especially when waiting for us at the airport. His service really began when I first contacted him via WhatsApp. He helped us tailor our itinerary and answered all of my questions, including concerns about traveling to Jordan due to the war in neighboring countries. Mohammad reassured me that we were safe, and his calming presence made a big difference. Throughout our trip, Mohammad handled all the transport, always arriving on time, which was incredibly important to me. He went above and beyond by having coffee ready for us, taking great care with our bags, and ensuring the car's AC was at a perfect temperature. Additionally, he provided WiFi, snacks, juice, and water to keep us refreshed. When we were in Wadi Rum, he even offered to let us borrow the WiFi if needed. On some of the more exhausting days, when we were so tired from early tours, we fell asleep in the car, and Mohammad drove so carefully and smoothly. My husband and I went to Jordan during marathon visit and decided to take a short tour to do Jordan. We contacted this so -called company (which is not a real company), only an individual who sells tours. In short, this driver "Mohammad" was more interested in stressing us again and again while driving us around to make commissions. This happened on many different occasions, he stressed us to buy products from the Dead Sea during the tour, to buy mosaics, even restaurants, in Amman, Petra, and Aqaba. He has good talking skills, but his intentions were all about stealing our money. We did not enjoy the trip because of these problems. In addition, we regret that we use a person other than a professional company. Do not fall into the same mistake we had

I was traveling in Jordan from 19th of April to May 7 2024. Mohammad drove me from the start to the end. I traveled with him all over Jordan. We took the smaller roads and he explained to me about his culture. I had a wonderful experience. Mohammad droped me off at the destinations I had planned and was always very punctual picking me up. At the sights I wanted to visit, he waited patiently letting me take my time. I always felt safe with him driving. He drove carefully and at a pace with which I had time to enjoy the scenery. I could ask at any time for a stop for photos. Mohammad is very kind, responsible and fun to be with. Next time I visit Jordan, he is my driver! I must add that Jordan is very safe and the people are very friendly, interested in who is visiting their country. Every Jordainien I met was respectful and peaceful. It is a great place to visit!

Over the course of two days we took a car trip with Mohammad from Amman to Wadi Rum then to Aqaba and back to Amman We felt completely comfortable and cared for from the beginning His stops, pacing and suggestions were just right We had delightful conversations and a fun time throughout Mohammad took us for an excellent lunch in wadi rum , dinner and fantastic desert in Amman , stopped often along the way to get us coffee and treats , called up a friend in Aqaba to arrange a private boat tour with snorkeling and homemade BBQ lunch We felt like family after our brief two days together . He became a friend and we have stayed in touch Cannot say enough about this wonderful experience

We booked airport transfers with Joyful Roads via Trip Advisor. Mohammad responded promptly and provided us with all the information. We then decided to book with him a trip to Bethany and Jerash. Raad patiently waited for us at our arrival as we were delayed at the airport because only two people were issuing the entry visa for Jordan pass holders . Raad was very polite, professional and friendly. He helped us getting registered for the Bethany tour and talked to us about the area, which is managed by the government. He waited for us while we were touring , we could not believe how close we were to Israel. It was an wonderful experience then we went back to Aman and had the most delicious lunch at Tawaheen Al Hawa . We all started getting to love Jordan . Another day Raad also took us to Jerash, he is so easy going and makes you feel at ease. He came to us to purchase the tour tickets, we took the tour withHassan we learnt so much with him. Really enjoyed it and he patiently answered all our questions. Next another wonderful lunch … Jordanian food is delicious!! Mohammad who is the owner picked us up from the hotel to take us to the airport. Down to earth, polite, genuine person. He drove early morning from Wadi Rum to Amman to take us to the airport because he makes a point to meet his customers at least once! That speaks volume of his commitment to his customers and his business. I came across Joyful Roads after we booked and paid our trip to Petra and Wadi Rum, we talked to Mohammad about our experience with the other tour. He tries to take his customers early morning to Petra and to the Dead Sea to avoid the heat, which makes more sense as it gets super hot !! He makes sure his customers are well taken care of, while other companies look for what is more convenient to them. In this trip we went to Egypt , Turkey and Jordan ..I never thought Jordan had so much to offer, it was the highlight of the whole trip. So much that I want to go back and will book with Mohammad without a doubt! Many thanks Mohammad and Raad for helping to discover and sharing your beautiful country!!

Oh man I cannot say enough great things about Mohammad!!! From our very first conversation before actually hiring him until our drop off and even conversations after drop off at the airport, he was extremely professional, nice, punctual (that’s a biggie with me) communicative, knowledgeable, accommodating (he kept our luggage 5+ pieces with him-there was 4 of us 😅- while we took a 3 day trip to Egypt) kept water, sodas, snacks. He would make multiple stops if we needed sustenance and wouldn’t even let us pay!! I mean even so trusting as to wanting payment in a closed envelope which I refused to do because I wanted to make sure he got his payment, his tips were in a closed envelope though ☺️ His minivan was amazing!! He asked us to choose between a sedan and minivan but with 4 of us plus all the luggage we decided to go with the minivan even if it was gonna cost more. Our schedule and timing from start to finish was kept on point until the last day. Because of the war erupting we had to change our schedule on Friday with protests and heavy police and military presence. He did tell us about the protests that were going to happen and we appreciated the information so we finished everything we needed to do on Thursday and just hung out at the hotel until the evening when he picked us up to take us to the airport. I’m so glad he told us from what we’ve seen on TV. I only write reviews when I’m seriously impressed. I write this as I’m waiting to board my flight in Amman back home to the US. Please do yourselves a favor, if you visit Jordan definitely hire him as your driver. Mohammad, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and so do the ones that were with me and I will definitely refer you to anyone that visits Jordan. Thank you my friend, I hope I get to visit again 😊

My wife and I booked an 8 day trip in Jordan and we used Mohammad's private car service for our entire trip. I have to say that this was the absolute BEST service and experience we have ever had! Mohammad is very personable, kind, courteous, and super hospitable. The amenities he provided were wonderful (he has Wi-Fi, snacks and drinks available in all of his vans between him and his other driver Ahmad). He initially picked us up from Queen Alia international airport when we arrived in late in the evening and dropped us off to spend two nights in Amman. Then his other driver, Ahmad, took us to the Dead Sea for one night and picked us up the next morning to head to Wadi Rum. Ahmad is super kind and even took us to a Dead Sea shop (on the way to the Dead Sea) and a stopped for a lunch break on the way to Wadi Rum. We stayed in Wadi Rum for one night and Mohammad picked us up the next day to take us to Petra where we stayed for 2 nights. He also picked us up to take us to back to Amman for our last night and took us to the airport the next morning. Overall, I would highly recommend Mohammad's private car service to anyone visiting Jordan. We will certainly book his service when we return to Jordan.

I booked two day trips (for me and my friend) and two airport transfers with Mohammad. One day was for Madaba, Mt Nebo, and Bethany Beyond the Jordan. The other was for Jerash, Ajloun, and Umm Qais. From the planning stage, he was very prompt in replying and supplied us with the details we needed to make decisions. He graciously accommodated several changes I requested and was very generous with the pricing (that is, he didn't charge extra for a couple of additions I requested). When we finally met him on the first day of our tour, we found him to be very friendly, courteous, personable, and welcoming. Very thoughtful, too, always anticipating our needs. A nice plus: his van has Wi-Fi and a tray of snacks and drinks. On one of the day trips, we were driven by Adam (who works with Mohammad) who was also very helpful and patient. We found both men to be safe and careful drivers. We never felt unsafe. If you're ever visiting Jordan and needing private transport service, do yourself a big favour by contacting Mohammad Hmaidan. We had an amazing experience with Mohammad! Can't describe with words,you have to experienced by yourself. From the first moment we saw him he was very welcoming,helpful and made us feel very comfortable. He was a professional driver who gave us many tips and advices for Jordan. He had a big and clean van and Everyday he refresh the basket with snacks. He was always on time and was following our schedule as we initially planned together before our arrival. We strongly recommend him and his company!

An amazing service with the utmost professionalism. Super easy and laid back too, contacted on WhatsApp and gave all information regarding my flight and where I needed to be driven. Was super helpful in giving extra information regarding the planned holidays. Would highly recommend to anyone.
