There is one church with mosaics-not very interesting and loads of places that want to sell you them-kind of assembly line looking stuff. It was a boring excursion

A truly brilliant day out with the great company and hospitality of our driver Muhammad Bardaghawi. He took us to a couple of churches, a mosaic workshop and of course Mount Nebo. He was very helpful with any questions we had and was extremely knowledgeable, making our transition to each sit really smooth. He was kind and patient, giving us the time we needed at each site, he also helped us with advice if we had any questions on how to go about the best experience on our first day and first excursion in Jordan. Our family truly thinks of him as a gem of a human being and a great driver- we would highly recommend this driver and this experience to anyone who is looking to book this excursion.

A really relaxing and enjoyable visit. We spent around 3 hours for the entire tour and really enjoied it. There are beautiful views and corner points where take picture, but also interisting mosaics and monuments. More important thing, we had a nice guide driver (absolutely raccomendated) that gave us clear and useful instructions.
Dear Future Travelers to Amman , After a long week of volunteering with a medical mission, my friend and I were hoping for a relaxing day exploring the historical sites of Jordan. Today we had the pleasure of spending the day with Moe Al-Sheikh! He was early to pick us up which is always nice and greeted us with a pleasant smile and warm welcome. Immediately, he provided a great narrative of the history of Jordan as we made our way to our destinations, Along the way, he provide bits and pieces of current events, summarized our route as we drove , and even stopped to buy me a Turkish coffee! All of these simple but significant gestures just made for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable day, Moe is a safe and considerate driver and quickly became our friend. He speaks beautiful English and was a pleasure to spend the day with ! Cheers!
I was moved by the history of Moses and the thought that the 12 tribes camped in this area. The church was so simple and beautiful.
Solo travelled with a driver called Moe Al-Sheikh - very punctual, safe driver. I didn’t need a guide nor research anything beforehand as Moe was very knowledgeable! Good English too and was able to explain everything very well. Definitely recommend, even as a group. Thanks Moe! :)
The car arrived at the pickup point on time. After a forty minute drive to Madaba you have twenty minutes at St George's church to view the mosaic map. A further thirty minute drive and you arrive at Mount Nebo. This is a spectacular site to visit. The visit lasted for one hour and then back to Amman. This is not a guided tour. It is just a driver to take you from place to place.
Mohamed was a great driver. In spite of rain he got to the sights so we didn’t have to walk far. Interesting discussions along the way. Only thing that would have made it better would have Ben SUNSHINE!

Great place to visit for history lovers. My tour guy Mohammad Al-Sheikh was really sweet as well, pretty chill and knows his stuff we'll. He made us stop by at a local mosaic gallery (recommend this as well).
We would recommend this trip to anybody. Fantastic trip. Hassan is the best driver in Jordan. Car is good and we have enough time for every stops.
Driver was 1 hour late. This was not communicated to us. Very expensive for what it is. Entry to sites not being included is a joke considering the high price. It’s a glorified taxi ride
Great half day trip to Madaba (St George church) to see the mosaics and to Mont Nebo. Thanks to our driver that accepts to add a stop in Madaba archeological site.
It was a very pretty experience! Our driver was polite, if you want to visit Nebo Mountain and Madaba this is a good choice.
I would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a quick trip to Mt. Nebo and Madaba. The drive is easy and I did not feel rushed.
Muhammed was a very qualified driver with good english skills. He picked me up promptly at the hotel (even rung the hostel to know he was arriving soon), took me to get coffee at the start of the trip and were very open to let me have my time, and get snacks etc. Would definitely recommend the trip and driver to anyone else! I did this trip last October and even though it says half day, I only spent probably about 3 hours with my driver. My driver was good. He was patiently waiting for me while I was inside the landmarks I was supposed to go. He was a good driver as well and giving me some tips while I’m in Amman. The trip alone though, you can do it yourself. Just get an Uber to take you to the places included in this tour. It might be even cheaper. Unless you want the convenience of having your own driver waiting for you and pay over $100 for three hours then take this tour.

Very short, we couldn't stay 2,5 or 3 hours in Madaba - only 1,5 hour. You can arrange private taxi in similar price or even cheaper, so this trip is not very competitive.

The clear and pleasant climate, the charm of the place and the incredible panorama made the experience pleasant. There's not much to see, but the site is well maintained and worth a visit
Very nice excursion , Madaba and Mount Nebo superb mosaics - our driver Hatem is very kind , considerate and even allowed us to visit the sublime Church of the Virgin Mary in Madaba .
