Wonderful tour full of history and culture. Jerash is incredibly well-preserved, and walking among the ancient ruins was a dream. The driver was very polite, knowledgeable, and drove safely through every stop. I loved how organized the day was — Jordan is truly a gem, safe and full of kind people.

Itinerary
The Citadel has a long history of occupation by many great civilizations.Evidence of inhabitance since the Neolithic period has been found and the hill was fortified during the Bronze Age (1800 BCE). The hill became the capital of the Kingdom of Ammon sometime after 1200 BCE. It later came under the sway of empires such as the Neo-Assyrian Empire (8th century BCE), Neo-Babylonian Empire (6th century BC), the Ptolemies, the Seleucids (3rd century BCE), Romans (1st century BCE), Byzantines (3rd century CE) and the Umayyads (7th century CE).[2] After the Umayyads, came a period of decline and for much of the time until 1878 as the former city became an abandoned pile of ruins only sporadically used by Bedouins and seasonal farmers.Despite this gap, the Citadel of Amman is considered to be among the world's oldest continuously inhabited places
This magnificently restored theatre is the most obvious and impressive remnant of Roman Philadelphia, and is the highlight of Amman for most foreign visitors. The theatre itself is cut into the northern side of a hill, and has a seating capacity of 6000. The best time for photographs is the morning, when the light is soft – although the views from the top tiers just before sunset are also superb.
Completed in 1989 as a memorial by the late King Hussein to his grandfather, this blue-domed landmark can house up to 7000 worshippers, with a further 3000 in the courtyard. There is also a small women’s section for 500 worshippers and a much smaller royal enclosure. The cavernous, octagonal prayer hall is capped by a magnificent blue dome 35m in diameter, decorated with Quranic inscriptions. This is the only mosque in Amman that openly welcomes non-Muslim visitors.
The ruined city of Jerash is Jordan's largest and most interesting Roman site, and a major tourist drawcard. Its imposing ceremonial gates, colonnaded avenues, temples and theatres all speak to the time when this was an important imperial centre. Even the most casual fan of archaeology will enjoy a half-day at the site – but take a hat and sunscreen in the warmer months, as the exposed ruins can be very hot to explore. The site covers a huge area and can seem daunting at first, especially as there's virtually no signage. To help the ruins come alive, engage one of the knowledgeable guides (JD20) at the ticket checkpoint to help you navigate the main complex. Walking at a leisurely pace, and allowing time for sitting on a fallen column and enjoying the spectacular views, you can visit the main ruins in a minimum of tow hours

The tour was well-organized and very informative. We started in Jerash, which is such an impressive site, then explored Amman including the Citadel and Roman Theater. This tour gave us the best of both worlds—ancient ruins and vibrant city life. Khaled was our driver and made sure we were comfortable throughout. We started in Jerash, exploring the Roman ruins, then returned to Amman to see the Citadel and Rainbow Street. The lunch spot served freshly baked bread and delicious mezze. Worth every minute!

We had an incredible day exploring Jerash and Amman! Jerash was absolutely stunning with its ancient Roman ruins and well-preserved history. Walking through the columns and theaters felt like a journey through time. Amman was equally amazing, offering a mix of modern culture and rich history, especially the Citadel and Roman Theater. Our driver, Moe, was outstanding! He was friendly, professional, and provided so many helpful tips throughout the day. The car was super comfortable with water, WiFi, and even a charger, which made the trip even more convenient.
My driver Mohannad was very helpful and shared a lot of information with me on the way. This is a driver only tour and if you want a tour guide, you will have to hire one where available at some locations. It seems as if this is how most tours are set up here.
We had a very interesting and impressive tour with Zaid. We heard and learn more about Jordan, also with his recommendations we tast very delicisous dishes from Jordan cuisine.
Really great trip taking in the highlights of Amman and Jerash. Excellent service from Safwat. Would recommend for anyone’s trip to Jordan!
Amazing tour around Amman with excellent stops to take beautiful photos. All the historical sights were amazing to see. My driver Emad was excellent. Very good to talk to, had a lot of knowledge and was also a funny person to conversate with and also introduced me to delusions food that left me very satisfied that I chose this tour.
We had an awesome experience. Mustafa, our guide is one of the friendliest and most hospitable people that we met in Jordan. He knows the land (and everybody) like the back of his hand. We highly recommend that you book this tour and be sure to ask for Mustafa if you want to really enjoy your trip to Jordan. Mustafa is hands down the best guide in Jordan.
Our guide Ahmad was amazing, courteous, knowledgeable and on time. Jerash is definitely worth the detour. We loved his suggestions and everything we did during the day. Our family of 3 would recommend (mother, son & daughter)! Thanks Ahmad!
