The company was very professional and communication prior to arrival was very easy. My driver, Ibraheem, reached out via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time before I had to even ask for his info. He was waiting with a sign and easy to spot. In the car, there was plenty of water, juice and even a piece of chocolate waiting for me. My comfort was top priority. During the drive, Ibraheem showed me a video of the Dead Sea facts on his CarPlay screen, we stopped at a sign designating we were at Sea Level and a nearby factory that makes Dead Sea beauty products. If I didn’t already have a group tour booked, Ibraheem also offered to help arrange with sightseeing, as well. You will have a great experience when booking with this company!

My husband and I booked this transfer from the Amman airport to the Petra Marriott. Munir was our driver and was there at the airport early and had a sign with our names on it. As we started on the three hour drive Munir was like a tour guide and told us information about the area, things to do, and even stopped at two places for photos! He also accommodated us with several restroom stops as my husband had got food poisoning and wasn't feeling well. Munir also had snacks and water in the car too. He was professional and really made the drive feel fast and easy. Highly recommend him!

We had an outstanding experience with our driver Mohannad. He communicated throughout and was waiting when we exited baggage claim. We arrived early morning and our hotel was closed, as was a nearby restaurant that we thought was open 24 hrs. Mahannad was patient and made sure we were safe before leaving us at a hostel that we found last minute. We don’t know what we would have done without him driving us around until we found something open!

We booked our Taxi from Amman Airport to Wadi Rum, Wadi Rum to Petra (Wadi Musa) and Wadi Musa to back to Airport Our Driver was Mahmoud, Excellent guy, speaks fluent english and if you are a football enthusiast like me, he is the perfect guy to talk football all you want on your way. Super flexible with time but he is always punctual and a gentleman through and through. He can wait even an hour for you and will always suggest you best things regarding your trips. The car we got was Toyota Camry and Kia Optim Recommended.

Used this service to get to and from the airport as the alternative to the additional option from my group tour because it was more cost friendly for solo travelers. From the airport, you have someone meet you with your name on a sign. In the car they usually have small waters available, which are helpful after a long flight. On the way to the airport, you get picked up right in front of your hotel. Super easy breezy!
