Amman Airport Private Departure Transfer

On time driver with a very clean car. Friendly and good english spoken. I can certainly recommend this service

The driver was very professional! Great timing and customer service. Would strongly recommend it.:):):):);):)

Provided good service. Had a bit of a hiccup on driver arrival time (arriving 40 minutes before time the company gave us) and wished the company had given us driver's information directly so we could have coordinated. But very clean and nice car, and prompt delivery to airport!

We are happy with our Amman Airport transfer service with Zaid Tours and Travel. Our driver was on time to pick us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the airport with lots of time before our flight. Courteous and friendly. The car used is very clean and smells good. I highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with our airport pickup. Our driver was a few minutes early and was waiting for us in the hotel lobby. The vehicle was clean, the driver was friendly and we got to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.I recommend the airport

The driver was great. He was very communicative and punctual for a very early morning pickup from the hotel. Definitely important that you have WhatsApp or some way to communicate with the driver on the day of pickup. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to pre arrange travel to/from the airport.

Great, no issues arrived early and waited until I was ready. Got to the airport in time. Nice car and well organised.

Very quick and efficient car service to the airport. Driver used a newer Hyundai Sonata which was very comfortable.

Driver picked the two of us up from hotel right on time. Clean, comfortable vehicle and driver spoke very good English. Driver helped get us set up with luggage cart for our bags making it easier to navigate through the airport. Overall great service and good value for money in our opinion.

Ease of booking Driver was on time Clean vehicle and spacious the drive was smooth and perfect. We got to the airport on time

Our friendly driver arrrived at the hotel 10 minutes before the appointed time. We were taken to the airport without any issues.

Driver was prompt 3 hours before flight departure. He was friendly and helpful. Booking in advance removed the stress if organising a taxi

My Dubai airport pick up went very smoothly and was very convenient. The driver was professional and the car was comfortable.

I missed my incoming flight into Amman, so my airport transfer had to be delayed by a few hours. The flight attendant on the plane i was on helped me out and updated them with my new pick up time. As planned the driver picked me up in a clean car and drove me safely to my hotel. I also used them for my transfer back to the airport. Great service with a smile!

It is not the first time that I use ZAID travel for my transfers from and to airport and every time I do I reiterate that by far they are number one in service in Amman Jordan. And not only this I have also booked with them a family trip and my daughter loves it, you can’t ask for better service and the beauty of ZAID travel is they serve you 24/7 and make sure that we as their customers get whatever is needed done in a professional and superb way. Thank you for a continuous wonderful service and wish you and the whole organization all the best and more success in redefining what service really means. Tarek F.

If I knew earlier, I would have booked all of my tours through Zaid Tours. Great customer service.

No problems or issue. Driver dropped me off with more than enough time to spare.

The trip to Jordan Petra , Jerash, and Wadi Rum have been very successful. This ws a once in a lifetime trip for me and my son and left the country very satisfying. The Jordanian people are very friendly and very helpful. I got slightly injured during my trip in Wadi Rum and the people in Wadi Rum , my guide Bassam Jebreen proved to me more than a guide . He became a good friend of mine especially when he brought me to the Jordan Hospital to be treated for my injury and waited patiently after I was seen and brought me back to my hotel. After wearing a knee brace, Bassam Jebreen continued to bring me to the places that I paid for the trip. It shows the honesty of this person. We continued to Jarash and was overwhelmed by the beauty of the Roman ruins. I would recommend to wear a hat during the entire stay in Jordan due to the heat especially during June or July. I would highly recommend Viator and especially ask for Bassam Jebreen.

Well organised and comforting not to worry about details

This company was always right on time and did all they promised.

Efficient service but driver was talking so much I felt a bit overwhelmed being single female

Excellent, the driver was exactly on time and the ride to the airport was quick. The driver also liaised with our contact at the airport who helped us get through immigration. Well worth booking and we found that our other arrangements were much easier with having already pre booked our transfer.

I recommend purchasing round trip airport transfers. Amman is a very busy city. Lots of traffic. Shadi, my driver was waiting after I went thru customs and got my luggage. High recommended.

Great experience! Our driver arrived early and even let us stop by Starbucks on the way to the airport. He was very nice, spoke great English and provided us with some details on the area on the way to the airport. Highly recommend, as it takes some of the stress out of traveling to have all the details taken care of ahead of time.

Excellent efficient service. The driver was on time and we got to the airport with plenty of time. Much easier than trying to use local taxis or buses,

In retrospect, your transfer to the airport was way over priced. We could have had the same service for 1/2 of your charges.

Other than that, the service worked well and we were pickedup and delivered on time.

We had a last minute hotel change, and this was not a problem for the transfer company. Vehicle was great. Driver arrived ahead of schedule. Excellent service. Highly recommended for all travellers.
