I had an outstanding experience with R.H VIP Transportation Services, and I want to specifically thank the driver, Bardaghawi. He handled several of my transfers from Amman to the airport, from the airport to my hotel, and from the hotel to the bridge with a high level of professionalism. He was always on time, very patient, and respectful throughout. The car was clean and comfortable, and the hospitality during the rides was a nice touch. What stood out most was his kindness and flexibility he waited when needed and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this service, especially if you have Bardaghawi as your driver.

Driver was absolutely awesome, including giving us time to get oriented, visit an ATM and get snacks for the drive from the airport, as well as giving us so much information on our one-hour drive! Thank you Bassam!

Bassam was wonderful. Communication was clear and he was waiting for us with a sign to ensure a quick and easy transfer. He was friendly and spoke about the surroundings as we drove, a great intro to Jordan.

Abu Adam - Mr Mint was so amazing and very accommodating. Their services are reasonably priced too! This was a late minute trip so they did a great job taking us to and from Dead Sea.

Our 1-hr drive from Amman airport to our Dead Sea hotel was seamless! We arrived after midnight and our driver Ali was already waiting for us right outside baggage claim. He was even gracious enough to wait an extra hour because we forgot one of our luggage’s and had to head back inside. During the drive, he provided us with an o review of Jordan’s rich history. A very nice welcome to Jordan indeed! Thank you, Ali!

Our tour guide was Samer. Samer is a lovely guide and he has explanined to us a lots of things. It has been a very nice day!

Younes welcomed us beautifully in Jordan and made us feel very special. We enjoyed driving around Jordan with him and seeing all the stunning sights. Much recommended!

The only positive thing about this transfer was that he was waiting on time with my name correctly spelt on the board. We arrived nearing midnight and as you can imagine it was late and by night it can feel a little overwhelming arriving in a new country for the first time. I am a single parent who travels often with my young boy. The driver didn't speak a word of English and the seat belts didn't work, His boss rang me and demanded I give him my passport information without explanation. He then called again, and I couldn't understand why we weren't setting off, I told the man I couldn't understand and it eventually came about that he was trying to tel me that the seat belts didn't work. I was terrified for mots of the journey especially when we hit an area with 'No Service' on my phone. I have never been so relieved as I was when we finally reached the hotel. I had a wonderful trip in Jordan, one of the best but this was a terrible start and the only truly bad part of my entire experience. I wouldn't book with this company. May vehicles are modern, with air con and wi fi, they offer comfort and security, Do not bother, it's not worth the expense.

We had very poor weather with an unusual snowstorm, yet our driver was on time, exceptional, safe, and courteous. The owner of the company called to make sure all was right and when bad weather forced a change of planes, the company made phone calls to our hotels for us to make changes. We chose to use them multiple times on this trip to Jordan after this positive experience from the airport. They were very good and we will for sure use them again.
