Excellent service and Mr saeed who dropped us off to the airport was very cordial and professional. The car was excellent condition . Mr Assad who picked us from airport was very helpful and provided lot of information. Highly recommended service provider . Thank you.

Assad was very helpful in the 3 rides. He is great driver and excellent service. Very knowledgeable of the roads.

Great team very professional much appreciated. Mr. Asa’ad was very welcoming and kind. Great experience

Easy airport shuttle that worked seamlessly to get the three of us and our luggage to our hotel. Driver was waiting and communicating via WhatsApp was prompt

We saw our driver immediately upon exiting the airport. Had the sign with our name. There were five of us and we had lots of luggage luckily, all fit the van.

Great communication with the company leading up to the trip! Very punctual on the day of the trip. smooth ride

They did not turn up at the airport left us stranded at midnight, no explanation to why or apology. viator were quick to refund the money

As a solo female travling in Jordan, I wanted a safe, reliable "easy" ride to my hotel from the airport after a long day of flying from the USA. The driver contacted me via Whatsapp and was ready and waiting when I arrived. He was very professional and spoke english - very friendly and the company also helped me with a ride to Petra later in my trip. I would highly recommend.

very easy airport transfer. Driver was on time and we made our way to Amman. The drive only took 45 minutes! Finding/dropping off at the hotel was also very simple.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent airport transfer booking. Upon arrival, the driver demanded an additional 20 JOD, claiming that we were “delayed.” This is completely unacceptable and inaccurate. In fact, our flight arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. When booking the transfer, we were required to provide full flight details specifically so the driver could monitor the flight arrival time and allow sufficient time for immigration clearance and baggage collection. This is the standard and expected purpose of providing flight information. Despite this, the driver still insisted on extra payment, which felt like an attempt to take advantage of us. We were effectively pressured into paying, and this has left us extremely dissatisfied with the service. This behavior reflects very poorly on the service provider and on Viator. We believe we were unfairly overcharged and request that this matter be investigated and the extra 20 JOD refunded. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

Getting through immigration took a long time, and by the time we got through, the 55 mins allowed waiting time had passed and our driver had left. However, Amir - our driver, did return after we contacted the Tour operator. The vehicle was what we had ordered and it was a comfortable ride into the City. We were so impressed that we have asked him to drop us back at the airport in a couple of days.

Fantastic Awesome 👌 No delays confusion or Complaints. Nabeel was dope! YALLAH!! 🇯🇴 Would definitely ride with this company again

Used this service for transport both from and to the airport. Both drivers were friendly and professional. The cars were spotless and comfortable. Costs only a few dinar more than an Uber, and guaranteed a classy ride and prodessionalism. Worth it, in my opinion. I regret that I didn't get my second driver's name, but the first, Ibrahim, was excellent.

Needed an urgent service as previous driver bailed and did not show up. The driver came 5 am in minutes notice and drove us from Aqaba to Amman airport in time for our flight.

Service was excellent. Driver was very nice and went out of his way to help locate the Vrbo in a confusing area. I would definitely recommend this service.

The driver texted me via Whatsapp soon after I landed to let me know he was waiting outside baggage claim. He had a clear sign with my name, helped with my bags at the airport and again at my hotel. Everything went as expected.

Great service our drive Ehab was amazing to talk with. Seamless experience getting dropped at our hotel. Our Jordan trip was memorable because of Ehab. 100% recommended.

Excellent service. Experienced, safe and kind driver. Knowledgeable of the region. Mohammed Aljolani was a very nice man.

Driver was professional, came on time and in a suit Car was clean and spotless, with ample airconditioning

On time, friendly driver, no problems getting to airport. Would recommend this service for those needing airport transportation.

The driver was friendly, polite and gave some good tips for places to eat and things to do while in Amman.

I learned 18 hours before arrival that my tour provided an airport transfer. Unfortunately, Viator required at least a 24-hour cancelation, so I didn’t cancel my booking. My rating is based upon the driver being on time.

Driver was very friendly and professional! Would definitely book again. He told us about the city on the way to the hotel.
