We had an absolute dream trip exploring Jordan, and BARDAGHAWI made the entire journey truly special. He is exceptionally nice, professional, and genuinely caring at every step of the way. He was always attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our trip. One of the highlights of our trip was when he recommended a city walk in Amman—he took us to try authentic Knafeh, which turned out to be the absolute best sweet I have ever tasted in the world! We had an incredible trip to Jordan and a great experience that took us all over. From Amman to Petra to Wadi Rum to the Dead Sea and back. A key part of this was our driver Bader. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile and we couldn't have made this trip work without him.

My tour of Jordan with my family will forever be an experience to remember. After traveling from DC to Amman, Khalid Najar picked us up from the airport and welcomed us like family. Communication was always smooth and easy, as his English is excellent. We began our trip at the Dead Sea, where we enjoyed a seaside spa experience with Dead Sea mud, delicious food, and a visit to Bethany Beyond the Jordan, the baptism site of Jesus. Of course, we visited Petra and later toured Wadi Rum by jeep, followed by dinner that evening. After Petra, we drove further south to Aqaba and spent time at the Red Sea, which was incredibly relaxing, especially after a full day of hiking in Petra. Later in our trip, we toured the ancient city of Jerash and also visited the Sea of Galilee. This experience was made truly special because of Khalid, who was not only our guide but also became our friend. He was an incredible advocate for us and made us feel safe and comfortable in a new place. Hearing about his life in Jordan and his deep love for the culture was eye-opening. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is open to adventure and wants to experience the Levant!

Visiting Jordan had been on my list for a long time, and after some online research I decided to book with R&H. Rod was incredibly prompt and helpful, answering all my questions clearly and quickly. On arrival I was met by Mohammed (Bardaghawi), who was my driver for the next few days. He was always on time, courteous, and looked after me as a solo female traveller with real care. He was also a fantastic source of local knowledge and clearly very proud of his country. Although I booked my hotels separately, Mohammed recommended an excellent guide for the Little Petra back route to the Monastery, which ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend R&H, and Mohammed in particular, to anyone planning a trip to Jordan.

Khalid was our private driver throughout our 5 days in Jordan and made the entire trip seamless. He was punctual for every pickup, drove safely, and kept his vehicle spotless and comfortable. His local knowledge really enhanced our experience. He provided great historical context for Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea, recommended excellent local spots off the tourist path, and suggested route adjustments that saved us time and helped us avoid crowds. Khalid was professional, friendly, and flexible when our plans changed. His English was proficient, and he communicated clearly about logistics and timing. The vehicle had reliable climate control, and he always had cold water available. If you need a private driver in Jordan, Khalid is dependable and knows the country inside and out. Fair pricing, zero hassles, and genuinely good company for long drives between sites. Would absolutely book him again for our next Jordan trip.

My family of four visited Jordan for 5 days. We saw everything you could comfortably see in that time with an eight and eleven year old thanks to our driver and guide Adnan Hamdan. Wow, an experience of a lifetime and if you our lucky enough to get Shadi as your driver you will indeed be blessed. He was an integral part of our trip, he turned up every day on time and car was spotless. He always had water, WiFi and good ac in the car. That’s the formalities, but he made us laugh everyday, told us stories and stories of the history of Jordan and Jordanian culture. He was fully flexible with the itinerary so you could enjoy the holiday at your pace. He brought us to so many other places not on the itinerary such as a water canyon hike and the hot water springs. He was so informative, but also linked us in with expert guides for the big archaeological sites eg Petra and Jerash. Sam guided us through Petra from the back entrance and we did the full one day hike. It was incredible he is a content creator and our pictures are just out of this world. As a woman traveller Shadi treated me like his sister and looked after me so well on this trip I would highly recommend him for any solo female travellers. We will wish Jordan a fond farewell but have memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Shadi

My wife and I had the most incredible time in Jordan and Shadi had a massive part to play in that. On the day we landed, it was my wife’s birthday and I messaged Shadi and asked him to organise a bouquet of roses. Not only did Shadi organise the roses, he bought a bottle of red wine and even sprinkled rose petals on the floor of the car. What a welcome to Jordan!! That really set the tone for us and we cannot recommend this tour highly enough. The historic sites coupled with Shadi’s insight and knowledge made the tour feel unique and personalised. Shadi even had some adhoc activity recommendations that were fantastic. If you are lucky enough to have Shadi as your tour guide, you need to visit the Ma’in hot springs! What started as a trip I thought would be spontaneous and unplanned turned into a really well-structured adventure. In just 6 days I saw so much of Jordan: Amman and Jerash, Madaba, Mount Nebo, Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea and more… The whole program was on time but never felt rushed, with plenty of chances to enjoy the places and also relax. Imagine you manage to see all key locations in the country and recharge batteries at the same time. The driver Adnan was fantastic - super friendly, full of tips and honest advice, and connected with great local guides so I could choose when to do guided tours. He really made the journey smooth and fun, and I’d recommend him to anyone coming to Jordan. The agency also helped with hotel bookings, which was kind. I’d just say it’s worth checking reviews and picking places that fit your style, since not every hotel is the same quality. Overall, I’d definitely do this again, and if I come back with friends or family, I’ll use their service for sure. Jordan completely won me over with its hospitality, nature, and unforgettable experiences.

We were very impressed with the services provided by the company, particularly English speaking driver, Mr. Shadi. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful and the same time. Mr. Shadi is adaptive to the changing situations and suggested options and solutions which are always to the client's benefit. He genuinely looked into our affairs and welfare during our entire trip. We went to Jordan at the last minute. The service is not very good, almost ok not great at all . the first driver was named anas and was a messy and very disrespectful . He was 40 minutes late for the airport pick up and 25 minutes late the day after we started our journey to Jerash. one more time he was late, when we asked why he is late?, he respond disrespectfully & yelling. We asked another driver to replace Mr. anas and the company promised that there would be a better driver Second Driver Name: Muhammad was a very kind person during the journey, but he did not qualify as a tourist driver. We can rent a car and use Google Maps if we wish. I felt like I had to write about this experience to make people aware of it If we look elsewhere, the situation may be better I suggest you go somewhere else and avoid using these substandard companies

Our time in Jordan was truly remarkable. Despite initial concerns about the ongoing tensions in Israel, those worries dissipated the moment we stepped out of the airport. Thankfully, we chose not to cancel our trip, unlike many others. Mr. Mohammad Bardaghawi, our driver, played a crucial role in ensuring our journey was not only safe but also exceptionally comfortable.
