Our tour guide, Hamza, was very resourceful - covering all our needs (food, SIM, entry tickets, site information, history etc.). Ali Khater was our wheelsman in a spacious Hyundai Staria - gentle, comfortable & safe driving. Both were very accommodative as per our needs & went beyond their normal line of duty to make our experience memorable & special. Right from arrival experience (visa on arrival) to final airport drop-off - everything was planned & executed to perfection. Choice of accommodation, food, route planning - very well done. Working with this tour company: this was my first guided tour ever and I went in August 2025. I was met at the airport by the driver and he walked me through security and handled everything there. In fact I loved that he handled the ticket payments at the sites and the hotel check-in as well. I went back and forth with the company on refining the schedule and they were clearly experts on the country with matter-of-fact advice -- loved their professionalism. Now that I am dealing with a tour company in Egypt...I definitely notice the higher-end service I received from Sharezade. I am heading back to Jordan this summer and am already booked with this company again. My driver provided insight during the drive and took me to a few stops on the way (little grocery store, street venders). I could tell the locals liked him and he was so respectful to them and me. Great trip! I went to the middle east for the first time to visit Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Saudi was amazing. Jordan was also incredible. I had a very active visit: (Areas south of Amman) Madhaba to see the area Moses lived in, Petra (spent seven hours there), Wadi Rum (big highlight, the zarb rice and chicken dish was the best meal I have had in years). Areas east of Amman: visited three desert castles (absolutely amazing), the Prophet Muhummad's tree (unbelievably and so beautiful). Areas north of Amman: Ajlourn Castle (big wow and so lovely) and Jerash (massive, well-preserved Roman ruins -- life changing to see!). Areas in Amman: Temple of Hercules (I am definitely going back to this) and the Roman ampitheater. Amman * is * the Roman city Philadelphia - what an amazing place!

By the end of the trip he became more of a travel companion than our Driver. I had.a wonderful time in Jordan! Booking was easy: one email and an almost immediate response that included a detailed description of the tour and a very reasonable quote. Everything was planned like clockwork, from being welcomed at the airport and going through formalities up to being driven back in time for my flight. The driver, Riyad, speaks very good English and is a goldmine of information on many facets of life in Jordan, history, Islam, etc., and is open to any question. He is a very good driver and the car was recent and comfortable. He is also very calm and patient. During my five-day visit, I toured Amman and Jerash (day 1), the Dead Sea (day 2), Mt. Nebo and Madaba (day 3), Petra (day 4), and Wadi Rum (day 5). It was an unforgettable experience, with a close encounter with history, from biblical times to the Arab revolt led by Faisal, his son Abdullah, and Sharrif Hussein... and yes, also T.E. Lawrence. The time spent in the desert with the Bedouins remains va highlight of my stay. The accommodations were more than adequate, bordering on the luxurious at the Dead Sea and Petra, and the local food, mostly lamb and chicken, delicious. I highly recommend both Sherazade Travel and Riyad if you are considering a visit to Jordan.

Our driver Mr. Emad was super kind, so helpful and really professional. We got nice accommodations, all together a wonderful experience. Before deciding on Sharazade, I got quotes from other highly rated tour companies. Hayyan was the most responsive and accommodated all the adjustments we wanted, i.e., places we prefer seeing and those we can omit. Hayyan replied overnight to my numerous queries which made our decision easier. Finally, we were assigned to have Emad as our driver. Emad was friendly and gave us insights on local life in Jordan. He had a good grasp of tour durations and suggested start times. He is also good in English despite just learning it from his customers. We hope to get him again if and when we return to see more of the south of Jordan.

I contacted them via WhatsApp and asked Hayyan that we had 8days, our flight info and some of the key sites we wanted to visit. And what I got is return was above and beyond expectations. It all started with Rami picking us up from the airport, managing our visas, then being handed over to Yousef our driver and guide. He managed our schedules, tickets, accommodations, check-ins. I just finished an amazing 6-day trip in Jordan covering Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how smooth and enjoyable everything was. I was traveling with Ali Khater as our driver and Steve Sawalha as our tour guide, and both of them were absolutely outstanding. Ali is truly one of the best drivers you could ask for calm, careful, professional, and always on time. If we agreed to leave at 10:00 AM, he would already be waiting at 9:50. The car was always very clean, comfortable, and fresh, and he made every ride feel safe and smooth. He drove us all around the cities with great care, and bottled water was always prepared for us in the car, which was very thoughtful. During our trip to Wadi Rum, our luggage was also taken care of perfectly without any issues. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and knows Jordan very well. He gave us great advice on where to walk, how to negotiate, which spots are truly worth seeing, and how to experience each place like a local. We landed in Amman on December 18, 2025 and booked a 5 day trip. Our tour guide, Ali Khater, was truly one of a kind. He was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful, generous, and punctual. He ensured we visited all our destinations with the utmost ease and even gave us snacks and water out of the kindness of his heart. He also went out of his way to help my mother, who is unable to walk well, by pushing her wheelchair. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you so much for your unmatched hospitality and comforting presence. We loved our trip, and we would highly recommend both Ali and Sherazade to anyone!

The agency is very responsive and followed up on our travel. Their Aman airport reception and help in processing of Visa was outstanding. We had requested an English speaking driver however Yusuf a good driver could not communicate? The agency provided another driver next day and it worked out very well. Chain cigarette smoking seems to be common but we would have preferred a non-smoking driver/car. We had requested 4 star hotels for the two nights. Petra Moon Hotel worked out very well but the Aladdin Camp in Wadi Rum was a huge disappointment. We would rate it no more than 2 stars! Next time we would check the hotels offering independently prior to booking.

Via the website all of the itineraries are very clear, organised and cover all of the major landmarks you would wish to visit as well as notes accepting special requests and route changes along with advice. Just wanted to write a quick note on my experience with Sherzade. Hayyan was great upfront managing my bookings- and that included suggesting itineraries, making reservations and answering a million questions very patiently. Most importantly, he was very responsive. Ramy at meet & greet at the airport was very pleasant and efficient with helping us at immigration with our visas. We did a week plus private tour that covered amman, the dead sea, petra, wadi rum and aquaba. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. We are very particular on the quality and cleanliness of the vehicle- which was very well maintained and driven by Nader who was with us throughout our stay in Jordan. Ask for Nader if you can- he is always on time, drives very safely, keeps your vehicle clean, very well informed about the region and most importantly- impeccable manners & very good spoken English. Our holiday to Jordan was fantastic. Sherazade travel took care of us the whole time. We was met straight away at the airport, our visas taken care of and introduce to our personal driver, who would be with us through our tour of Jordan till he dropped us back at the airport for our flight home to London. Our driver was Riyad who was just fantastic. Spoke PERFECT english, was so knowledgeable about everything! Told us about Jordan all the history knew all the details of all the sights we visited, was always waiting at our hotel for us at the correct time for pick up, never late. Riyad was funny, polite, clever, chatty, always on time and most of all he made us feel safe being in Jordan. Jordan WAS safe the people are so lovely and welcomed us to Jordan as soon as they knew we was from England. We saw incredible sights Petra is absolutely wonderful, and floating in the Dead Sea was so cool, Wadi Rum desert was mindblowing the jeep tour fantastic. The tour was planned very well. All arrangements were as per agreement. Emad took me everywhere. He is a professional and helpful driver. Car was a newer Toyota Camary. Everything from arrival, visa, stays and drop off at the airport were managed well.

He then accompanied us to purchase an eSIM and exchange our currency for Jordanian Dinars (JOD). The entire experience was seamless and hassle-free. The itinerary encompassed overnight stays in Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. The journey from the Dead Sea to the airport takes only about an hour. Additionally, we never felt rushed, as the program exclusively offers private tours, allowing us ample time at each site. Yousef served as our driver throughout the five-day, four-night trip, and we greatly appreciated his service. He shared valuable insights about Jordan and drove with great care. He also accommodated our request to stop by the pink lake and patiently waited for us while we purchased souvenirs on our final day. The best hotel for us is Liwan Hotel in Amman and we chose Dead Sea Spa Resort instead of Ramada for Dead Sea. We also enjoyed Alladin Camp in Wadi Rum plus the jeep tour before sunrise. Lastly, we also loved the Petra Hotel with the balcony and is walking distance only to the entrace of Petra. Overall, Jordan is a safe travel destination, and Sherazade significantly enhanced our experience, especially given our limited time to explore the country. Thank you!

Had a great trip to Jordan with my family, thanks to Sherazada Tour and Travels. The support from their agents was amazing. Amani was very informative and the booking process was straightforward. He is experienced, well behaved, cooperative and Overall a great experience. most important part- they did not charge anything from us until our Hotel Check in at Amman. Look forward to many more trips with them. Small suggestion: Hotel Ramada at Dead Sea was not that great experience. it's quite a distance from dead sea. Shuttle Bus was not available at the morning. Without proper communication, had to wait for more than half an hour. Finally walked to the beach. arrangements at the beach was also not that great..
