W Amman

One of the best hotels to stay at while in Jordan 🇯🇴. The manager Walid goes above and beyond to make your vacation amazing. The employees all are respectful and accommodating, from the vell hops to clerks to waiters. The location of this hotel is paramount next to the Boulevard which has the best restaurants, shops, and ambiance. Breakfast is great in the morning and the rooftop is upbeat and modern. I highly recommend! Ask for the manager named Walid!

I had high expectations for W Amman, especially since we chose it for our honeymoon. From the outside, the hotel looks stunning, modern, and luxurious, which made us even more excited for our stay. Unfortunately, the experience inside didn't live up to that first impression. The overall stay felt much more like a trendy budget lifestyle hotel than a true luxury property. While the design is stylish, the level of hospitality and attention to detail simply wasn't there. The service was average at best. No one went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and there was nothing memorable about the guest experience. Since we were celebrating our honeymoon, we expected at least a small gesture a simple note, or even a room upgrade if available. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment whatsoever, which made the occasion feel no different from any regular stay. Luxury hotels are defined by their service as much as their design, and this is where W Amman fell short. The building creates an incredible first impression, but once you check in, the experience doesn't match the image the hotel projects. Overall, the stay was below expectations. It's a beautiful building with a great exterior, but for the price and the reputation of the brand, I expected a much more personalized and memorable experience.

I stayed in the standard room which was clean, but very compact. The breakfast spread was really nice. The chef accommodated my requests and made fresh pancakes. Variety is good. One needs to go through 2 lifts to reach their rooms which felt like a hassle. The wifi was goo and all the staff members were kind and polite.

I had an amazing stay at W Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room service was excellent—fast, professional, and always delivered with a smile. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm, vibrant, and inviting, creating a great overall vibe. The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic selection and outstanding quality. Every team member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued huge thanks to pinky she was genuinely amazing very friendly. I highly recommend W Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, great food, and a memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back!
