My wedding was there and I had one night as well. Organized team, Emily faces at reception, they have Ms Maisa , and Ms Yaz who are amazing and professional. They explained all details I need to know regarding the wedding night and the night I will spend. Their buffet was tasty.
Very disappointing experience. My wife and daughters only needed two rooms, but the front desk insisted they pay for three rooms. There was no reasonable explanation or willingness to accommodate their actual needs. It felt like they were simply trying to charge more money instead of treating guests fairly. In my opinion, this was nothing short of extortion. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
Had a wedding party over there it was perfect amazing service, really good food and comfortable rooms highly recmmoned this hotel.
What makes this special is the professional team, especially Amani and her supporting team in the ladies hall, and a gentleman ( with glasses) sorry I did not get his name, but he was very attentive and professional as well.
Amani made our event special and memorable,
Many thanks to you and your team for such a great service.
Highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience at the hotel, especially thanks to the outstanding service provided by the team. The location is ideal—convenient, accessible, and perfectly suited for both business and leisure.
A special mention goes to Ms. Bayan at the reception. She was professional, welcoming, and highly attentive to every detail. Her positive attitude and efficiency made the check-in process smooth and set the tone for a very pleasant stay.
Overall, the service quality exceeded expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
We had our wedding today at Alf Layla w Layla Hotel, and honestly the experience was beyond amazing! Everything was perfectly organized, the atmosphere was incredible, and every detail made the night truly unforgettable 🔥
A very special thank you to Amani, who was responsible for the planning and organization. She was absolutely wonderful — extremely professional, supportive, and attentive to every detail from start to finish. She made everything run smoothly and stress-free. Honestly, this wasn’t a five-star service… it was a ten-star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our special day so beautiful. I highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a special event!
