One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of the extremely loud music and people shouting in the rooms next to mine. Am I staying in a hotel or a nightclub? It was completely unacceptable, and the hotel did nothing to ensure guests could rest.
On top of that, the breakfast was terrible. Most of the food trays were empty, there was very little variety, and the quality was disappointing. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also very poor.
This was a terrible experience that I will never repeat. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
Such a very bad hotel for it's price
I wish I could give it 0 starts it's dirty and the stuff is old there's bugs all around
The staff are irresponsible and they have such a bad attudie towards you if u don't pay them for the stuff they do the safe doesn't work the bathroom has yellow and brown spots all over there is no hot water at all very bad and the food is such a bad quality type

At The Sanrock Hotel Amman
I recently stayed at the Sanrock Hotel in Amman, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The receptionist was copy my card numbers when I booked for one night, and the hospitality was poorly executed. The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which made it hard to feel welcome.
The room and amenities were decent, but the lack of warmth and kindness from the staff overshadowed any positives. For the price, I expected a more personalized and caring experience. but for now, I wouldn't recommend it based on poor condition of my room.
My stay at The SunRock Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and has a calm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
I would like to give special thanks to Hiba at the reception for her warm welcome, kind smile, and professional service. She was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay even better.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will definitely be coming back again soon
